Armani Styles started acting as a child and was in many plays and commercials for 4 years. He finally went to Hollywood to see if he could get a deal with any Hollywood agents but was declined at all of them. He got into a brawl with P.Diddy's bodyguards and got sent packing home to Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Growing up as a wrestling fan he decided to take his career in a new direction and train in Stu Hart's Dungeon.
