The show starts with fireworks blasting as Jimmy Hayden and Polar filling for Katie at commentary welcome everyone to Desperate Measures. SIW CEO Trevor Derickson has the Heavyweight championship on his shoulder as he makes his way to the ring accompanied by the first lady of the SIW Liana Lewis. TJD announces that tonight a new Heavyweight champion will be crowned bust most importantly the greatest Diva in the history of this business Liana Lewis will be reunited with the SIW Women’s Championship. The fans start booing when TJD tells everyone to stand up and show respect for the return of the great Liana Lewis. They get annoyed at the crowd and leave ringside

The Joker makes his in ring return to the SIW in the first match against Jay Reynolds. Joker applies a mandible claw early in the match but fortunately for Jay he manages to reach the ropes. Joker goes for a corner elbow but Jay moves and delivers a running bulldog. Jay covers but Joker kicks out. The Joker takes control of the match after delivering a vicious clothesline. Joker delivers a neck breaker and covers but Jay kicks out. Late in the match, the referee is lightly knocked down and the Joker sprays that green poison mist from his jacket flower blinding Jay and then pins him after delivering a snap DDT. After the match, the Joker fries Jay using a hand buzzer and paramedics quickly rush to ringside

Cameras catch with Brawl General Manager Titan who is accompanied by his good friend Heaven Lee. Titan tells Heaven that he feels she is ready to become the women’s champion, she’s beautiful, strong and smart, everything a champion should be. A staff member comes in and tells Titan that Terror Soule is being attacked down the hall. Titan runs to the scene and sees Jaffar and Mo assaulting Terror Soule. Titan orders security to stand back and do nothing. Titan slips Mo and Jaffar a couple of hundred dollar bills and thanks them for their help. Will Terror Soule be able to compete in tonight’s gauntlet?

Sisters Michelle and SIW Women’s Champion Xtina cuts a promo with a Jack Kent. Xtina says that she is undefeated at Desperate Measures and that streak will continue tonight. Michelle reassures Xtina that Liana coming back is really not a big deal because she sucks more than ever and she is fat and out of shape. They are confronted by Jill and Rashaa Kaad who insult them by calling them poodles and all hell breaks loose backstage between the four divas. Jack Kent gets knocked down in the heat of the action but thankfully security was close by and breaks up the chaos

Always a fan favorite wherever he goes, Zach Blain takes on The Inmate in the next match where the winner becomes the #1 contender for the SIW European championship. Blain delivers a swinging neck breaker early in the match and then applies a sleeper hold in the middle of the ring. The referee lifts Inmate’s arm up twice but the third time he elbows out of the hold and kicks Blain in the face with a big boot coming off the ropes. Inmate climbs to the top rope and goes for a big elbow but Blain moves out of the way and Inmate hits the canvas. Midway through the match the fans are surprised to see former Brawl star A.B.A make his way to ringside. Their cheers quickly turn to boos when Inmate is distracting the referee and out of nowhere A.B.A nails Blain with the Bad Ass Bomb and Inmate pins a beaten Blain to steal the win. After the match, A.B.A raises Inmate’s arm in victory as the fans boo them out of the building

On July 29, 2007, The SIW presents the “Hottest Event of the Summer” Summersonic live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada!!

World Tag Team Champions Maurice Bad and NuTz are interviewed by Jack Kent. Bad and NuTz agree that tonight there is no team and no friendship. Tonight is all about the Heavyweight championship. Jack Kent asks them if they are concerned about the stipulation that Matt Uzi may pick but they are not concerned. Bad says he is ready for anything, iron man match, submission, ladder and even an inferno match. NuTz says he’s waited his whole career for this opportunity so a stipulation won’t change a thing. Kent wishes them good luck in the main event

SIW Hardcore champion Titan makes his entrance wearing a “Divas Love Me” t-shirt. His first opponent in the gauntlet is Meastro, the former insane asylum patient. Titan knocks him off the apron with a big boot to his face and then launches him head first into the security wall. Titan takes Polar chair and then bends it over Mestro’s head with a chair shot. Titan covers but Mestro kicks out. Meastro nails the big man with a low blow and then climbs to the top rope but as he jumps to the outside Titan catches him and crushes his spine on the ring post. Titan sets up a table and power bombs Mestro through it and pins him with one foot on his chest. The next opponent is Jaffar but something is not right as Jaffar falls to the canvas with one poke to his chest. Titan puts one foot on his chest and covers him. The fans start booing at the outcome as Mohamed makes his entrance. Titan nails him with a head butt and also pins him easily with one foot on his chest. Before the next participant is announced, the fans are really angry with Titan as he shakes hands with Mo and Jaffar and start throwing pop corn and drinks towards the trio.

Terror Soule’s music is played but he doesn’t come out right away and the fans speculate he suffered an injury during the attack earlier in the night but he surprises everyone and comes out running and attacks Titan immediately. Terror clotheslines the giant out of the ring and Titan land on his back hurting himself badly. Jaffar tries to get involved but Terror responds with a hard left and drops him with a DDT on the entrance ramp. Mo tries to hit Terror with the Iraq flag but Terror moves and he misses. Terror rips the flag and breaks the pole over Mo’s head. Out of nowhere Titan crushes Soule with the steel steps and cover but Soule kicks out. Late in the match, Titan pulls out a ladder from under the ring and then sets it up on the entrance ramp. Titan goes to whip Soule into the ladder but Soule counters and Titan crashes into the ladder and busts his head open. Soule savagely punches Titan in the head and blood pours all over the entrance ramps. Soule folds the ladder and charges Titan but he gets the ladder in his face as Titan kicks it. A bloody Titan goes to cover Soule but he kicks out just in time. The match ends when Soule snaps and uses the ladder to lay out Mo and Jaffar and then hits Titan in his ribs. The crowd starts a “Holy Shit” chant as Soule jumps off the Trevortron with a flying body press and lands on Titan who falls back on the ladder. Titan is unconscious from the pain as Terror pins him to win the match

JaeVeli and his backup Trey and Cash are backstage flirting with hometown diva Envy when they are confronted by “The Greatest One” Matt Uzi. They get into a stare down as dozens of officials surround them. Matt tells Jae he made a big mistake by letting him choose a stipulation. Uzi then drops a bombshell on the SIW fans as he announces that tonight’s main event will be SIW’s first ever four way 70 foot high triple cage match for the Heavyweight championship. The only way to win is to grab the championship hanging from the top cage. And to add some more fun to the match, weapons will be located on the third floor

On July 11, 2007, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS. The classic event will feature members from both brands Brawl & Carnage and the return of “The Sensational” Chris Macavedi

The next match is the exciting Diva Rumble 4 including every diva from Brawl and Carnage for the SIW Women’s Championship. Rashaa Kaad did not participate due to a stomach virus she caught 24 hours before the show, she is replaced by Hannah Parks. The order of elimination:

Michelle, Xtina, Heaven Lee and Liana are the last four divas in the ring. Michelle delivers a snap suplex to Liana but out of nowhere Heaven Lee drop kicks her out of the ring. Xtina attaks Heaven and whips her to the outside but she passes in between the top and middle rope and lands on and mats. Liana and Xtina continue fight back and forth and it's anyone's match. Coming of the ropes they nail each other with a double clothesline. Moments later Xtina charges Liana but the million dollar princess flips her over the top rope to eliminate her with a back body drop. Liana is ecstatic and tells the referee to hand her the title. But out of nowhere, Heaven slides back in the ring and from behind launches her over the top rope and steals the huge win. Heaven starts crying tears of joy as she’s handed the Women’s championship. The fans give her a standing ovation as she celebrates her huge win. Xtina and Liana both look on in shock as the cameras cut to backstage

Backstage Titan is taken out on a stretcher and may have suffered a spine injury. He is driven to the Vancouver General Hospital for examination. We will know more about titan’s condition tomorrow night on Brawl in Calgary

Jack Kent catches up with Terror Soule in his locker room and congratulates him on his huge win and asks if he was ready for the obstacles he had to face in tonight’s gauntlet. Soule says that with Titan he expects him to do anything including cheating to win. Soule says tonight was not a gauntlet but a 3 on 1 handicap match which he survived. Soule says tomorrow night on Brawl, he takes on Mo and Jaffar in a handicap match and they will regret everything they did tonight

The main event is next and the triple cage structure is lowered as NuTz, JaeVeli, Maurice Bad and Matt Uzi make their entrance. All four competitors look up at the unforgiving steel structure before entering it. Uzi and JaeVeli immediately exchange lefts and rights and the match starts. NuTz takes his own partners head and slams it into the side of the cage and then stomps him in the corner. Uzi sends JaeVeli head first into the ladder connected to the second cage. Maurice sends Uzi flying across the ring with a belly to belly into the corner, crushing JaeVeli in the process. NuTz hits a knee lift on Uzi and climbs the ladder to get to the second cage, but Bad grabs his leg and pulls him down. Bad delivers a triple german suplex to NuTz but out of nowhere JaeVeli nails him with the Reality Check. JaeVeli makes it to the second floor but Uzi is quickly behind him. Uzi tries to cimb up but Jae nails him with several kicks to his head and makes him land back down on the canvas. JaeVeli goes to climb the ladder to the third floor but NuTz grabs him and drops him with a superplex off the ladder and on the caged bottom. JaeVeli’s back is cut and bleeding. Bad regains consciousness and climbs up to the second floor and stops NuTz for climbing the ladder and delivers a spectacular t-bone suplex of the ladder and onto the caged floor. Uzi is on the second floor also and nails Bad with a massive clothesline and then delivers the Uzi-Plex. Uzi rubs JaeVeli’s face on the side of the cage and then slams him face first one the other side. JaeVeli’s is busted wide open so is Bad. Uzi reaches the third floor where all the weapons are and sets up the ladder to take the title but out of nowhere NuTz knocks down the ladder and then smashes a trash can over Uzi’s skull. Seconds later, Maurice is on the third floor and smashes a steel chair across NuTz’s back. Bad sets up the ladder but decides to also set up a table and then launches Uzi through it with a belly to back. Uzi is in extreme pain and cut deep by the table legs. The fans start a “Bad” chant as Maurice climbs the ladder but out of nowhere JaeVeli hits the ladder with the Reality Check and Maurice falls into the side of the cage and rips some skin off his arm. JaeVeli raises his arm in victory and gives Uzi the middle finger. JaeVeli starts climbing the ladder but so does NuTz on the other side and they exchange lefts and rights at the top. They both fall off the ladder and through the cages and into the ring. The fans start a “holy shit” chant as NuTz & JaeVeli land on the canvas three floors down. Uzi smashes the steel chair across Bad’s skull before climbing the ladder and retrieving the Heavyweight championship to make SIW history once again
