Mohamed with Jaffar in his corner and Metalgod open the show with a hardcore match. Metalgod gets a huge pop from the crowd as he breaks the Iraq flag in two which infuriates Mo and Jaffar. However Mohamed managed to get a victory over the god of extreme in his own game thanks to Jaffar hitting Metalgod with Jimmy Hayden’s steel chair. Mohamed delivers a piledriver through the Spanish table and pins his opponent to win the match. After the match the fans start booing as Jaffar claims from now on Mohamed will be known as Metal-Mo since he is the true god of extreme
Former SIW Champion make a surprise appearance at the pay per view and gets a standing ovation with the fans chanting “Natedawg” The former champion says his return for Wrestlefest is official as he has just signed his new contract last night when he met with SIW. Natedawg made an open challenge for Wrestlefest on the SIW web site to anybody on the roster. Some names that have been rumored to challenge Nate are his former partner in Affirmative Action Maurice Bad, Ragin’ Craig and EBW original Grunge
Trevor Derickson is having a meeting with his SIW Kings in the corporate lounge. Trevor tells C-Mac and The Living Dead he doesn’t care what happens tonight as long as one of them brings the championship back where it belongs. Jack Kent knocks on the door and bothers the CEO with questions about his ex and #1 contender Liana Lewis. Trevor gives Kent a dirty look and says he does not want to talk about Liana Lewis or her ridiculous match tonight
The next match is a triple threat between sWerve, Ragin’ Craig and Dark Tiger. Doomina and Rose Bonaparte stay backstage for this brutal match between three competitors that cannot stand each other. The winner of the match becomes the #1 contender for the SIW North American championship. Tiger whips sWerve into the corner and levels him with an elbow to his face. Out of nowhere Craig levels Tiger with a huge clothesline and covers but sWerve breaks the count. sWerve shows shades on Chris Benoit as he hooks Craig in a cross face submission. Tiger stomps on sWerve’s head and then launches him to the outside with a gorilla press. Tiger delivers a running powerslam to Craig and he covers but only gets a two count. sWerve clips Tiger’s left knee to bring the big man down. Craig gets rake to his eyes thanks to sWerve who drops him with a DDT. sWerve climbs to the top rope and out of nowhere Tiger shakes the ropes and he lands groin first on the top turnbuckle. Craig attacks Tiger and shows tremendous strength as drops the big man with an impressive Rage Factor and pins him to pick up the huge win
Trevor Derickson rips into MNB GM Titan about letting this main event happen. Trevor tells him that he knows how much he hates Liana. Trevor tells him he will regret it and he already has his punishment planned which will be announced tomorrow night on Monday Night Brawl
Jessica White interviews Liana Lewis and SIW champion Marquis Laveaux from Ascended Supremacy about their huge match in the main event. Laveaux said he could not ask for a more deserving challenger than Liana Lewis. Liana says Trevor better mind his own business tonight or else he is going to lose his balls. Liana also says Xtina is here tonight and rumor is she is extremely jealous of the Aerial Goddess. Jace Parker Davidson and Tara Michaels wish them good luck and Jace reminds them that he is next in line for a title shot at Wrestlefest
Wrestlefest 2009 will be held live from the most famous arena in the world Madison Square Garden in New York City. This sports entertainment spectacle happens only once a year and will include all the top SIW superstars
Xtina who is appearing at her first Meltdown takes on Vixen Foxx for the SIW Lightweight championship. It all started when Vixen ended the career of Xtina’s sister Michelle. Xtina has come out of retirement to seek revenge for Michelle by taking matters into her own hands. Vixen starts the match by hitting Xtina with a slap. Xtina slaps her back and jumps on her. Xtina delivers left and rights and Kevin Frost gets involved by standing on the apron. Xtina pushes him off but from behind Vixen drops her with a neckbreaker. The egotistical Vixen tries to pin Xtina with a one foot on her bumpy chest but only gets a two count. Xtina reverses a whip and sends Vixen in the corner. Xtina charges her opponent but Vixen moves and Xtina crashes into the turnbuckles. Vixen levels Xtina with a knee to her face and then climbs to the top rope. Vixen leaps with a flying elbow but Xtina moves. As Vixen gets up Xtina levels her with the Goodie Kick but out of nowhere Kevin Frost nails Xtina with Vixen’s mirror. Xtina wins via disqualification but is bloodied and lying in the middle of the ring. The fans boo as Vixen takes her title and quickly leaves with her manager

Paramedics check on Xtina backstage and the future hall of famer receives 8 stiches on her head
Gavin Payne is the special guest referee as C-Mac, The Living Dead, Vex and R.C. Aries battle for the SIW North American championship in a fatal four way elimination match. All four competitors start the match by beating the hell out of each other. Vex is the first to go when C-Mac surprises him with the KOD. R.C. spears C-Mac and pins Vex. The Living Dead drops R.C. with the DeathDT and covers but Payne seems to be counting slowly. TLD grabs Payne by his throat but the official nails TLD with a low blow. R.C. rolls him up from behind as he falls back and pins him to get the second elimination. R.C. and C-Mac continue the match and the “Sensational One” gets locked in the Philippine Crab in the middle of the ring. Ashton tries to reach C-Mac’s hand to bring him closer to the ropes but can’t reach. C-Mac manages to turn over and kicks R.C. in his jaw. C-Mac gets even by locking in the STF but R.C., a master at technical wrestling manages to break out and counters into the RCF. Ashton continues to try and cause trouble as he slides a chair in the ring. Gavin Payne throws the chair out and orders Ashton to leave ringside as he argues with R.C. C-Mac takes advantage of the situation and finishes R.C. with the KOD and pins him to win the SIW North American championship once again
Jack Kent congratulates Ragin’ Craig on his big win tonight. Craig says his win is dedicated to everbody in his home country of Australia that have suffered loss. Jack and asks his thoughts on the fatal four way the world just witnessed. Ragin’ Craig with his arm around Doomina says he “looks forward to proving he is better than C-Mac on the biggest stage in the business…that is if he can hold on to the title till then”
SIW Champion Marquis Laveaux and Liana Lewis deliver a historic match where Liana could become the first female to become the SIW Champion. They deliver a balanced back and forth match until Marquis gets the upper hand after delivering a spinning heel kick to slow down the Aerial Goddess. As the match continues things start getting weird as C-Mac appears from the crowd on one side of the ring. Moments later Ashton appears on the other side. The Living Dead also takes a side of the ring and the SIW Kings watch the match. Trevor comes out dragging referee Greg Banks by his ear and Liana seems to be screwed by her ex once again. All of a sudden Liana’s downfall seems to begin as C-Mac drops referee Sam Carter with an Italian Leg Sweep. Trevor smashes Marquis with the SIW Championship and Liana delivers Liana’s Flow. As this happens Jace and Tara run out only to get ambushed by TLD and Ashton. Trevor orders Banks to start counting as Liana covers Laveaux and steals the SIW Championship. The unthinkable happens as Liana and Trevor embrace each other as the show ends
