The SIW was live on PPV at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. This event marked the last PPV before the official brand split tomorrow night on Monday Night Brawl. The show started with ads for the brand split before the first match got underway. Mike Carpenter put the SIW Lightweight Championship on the line against Dallas Nash in a Columbus Chain Match. Carpenter whipped the chain across Nash’s back several times and touched all four corners. As Carpenter went to deliver the RBI, this girl Britney Johnson came to ringside and jumped on the apron to distract Carpenter by showing him her tits. Nash busted Carpenter’s head wide open from behind with the chain and whipped the chain across his legs. After hitting all four turnbuckles Nash won the fight after making him tap out to The Answer leg lock submission. Nash and Britney celebrated in the ring with the SIW Lightweight Championship.
Jack Kent got an interview with the Super Patriots after the first match. They said that not only will they walk out with the SIW World Tag Team titles but they had a surprise for everyone. Uncanny Inferno’s old sidekick “Burn Wonder” Alex Gale who was paralyzed many months back then appeared on the screen and told them that he will be in their corner for their match against Fake Vex and Fake Enigma to support his favorite team. SP ended the interview by dedicated their match to their side kick
Diva Rumble 2 was next and it was one hell of a match will most of the SIW lovely divas participating. The eliminations went as follows:
1. Shelly The Bod eliminated by Envy
2. Olivia Danger eliminated by Regina Todd
3. Michelle eliminated by Heaven Lee
4. Angelica eliminated by Envy
5. Jill eliminated by Regina Todd
6. Heaven Lee eliminated by Regina and Envy
7. Envy eliminated by Regina todd
After helping each other to eliminate Heaven Lee, Regina turned on Envy with a slap to her face and delivered a spine buster before throwing her over the top rope. Regina became the #1 contender for the SIW Women’s title but that didn’t stop Envy from spraying her face with a fire extinguisher and kicked her down her until staff members pulled her back and stopped her.
Backstage, a limo arrived in the parking lot and the former SIW Champion Matt Uzi stepped out carrying a steel pipe and wore his “Uzi 1978-2005” Rated X t-shirt. Uzi’s attorney Gabe Nelson said that if Rated X showed up in the main event, he and his client will press charges. Uzi also had condoms for him and Jessie after he beats up her boyfriend in the main event.
After a video promo for SIW Desperate Measures in June, The SIW World Tag Team Champions DA took on The Super Patriots who were accompanied by Alex Gale who strolled down the ramp in his wheel chair. Inferno body slammed Vex and hit a leg drop off the top rope but Vex kicked out of the pin. Late in the match Kirby was dominating and cleaned house after sending Vex over the top rope and leveled Enigma with side suplex. As the Pats were dominating, Drako and Grunge came out from the crowd and pushed Alex Gale’s wheel chair towards the entrance ramp and threw him off into some electrical equipment. As Inferno chased them away, Kirby nailed Enigma with the Thug Bug and pinned him to win the SIW World Tag Team Championship. Paramedics took Gale out on a stretcher as the new champs looked on with revenge in their eyes.
Undefeated SIW Superstar James Airington had a few words for the undefeated SIW European champion Khristian Call before his match. Airington told Christina York that after the night was over, he will demand respect because not only will he be the SIW European Champion but he will be the only undefeated star in the SIW. Airington said that Trevor Derickson the CEO himself had labeled him the “Future of the SIW”
H-Bomb came to the ring to give chief of finances Vette an answer on whether or not she’s going to take on some entry level jobs in the company. The former SIW Women’s Champion flat out refused to do any chump work and told Vette to go fuck himself. Vette quickly came out and slapped her out of the ring. Vette then powerbombed the pregnant H-Bomb into the Spanish table. The crowd went silent as H was taken to the nearest hospital. We at SIW hope that nothing happen to Jenna Paige. Vette was arrested on the spot by Columbus authorities.
Zach Blain took on Ryan “NuTz” Brown in a No DQ, No Count Out match. Ever since NuTz cost Blain his match against Uzi the academy graduate wanted to teach him a lesson. NuTz rammed the steel steps in Blain’s back and then whipped him into the steel guards. Tyler “The Monster” Osborn watched the match backstage as Blain moved out of the way of a shoulder block and Nutz hit the ring post shoulder first. Both men were busted up wide open especially Blain after NuTz broke a monitor on his forehead. The match ended when NuTz went for the Nutz & Boltz but Tyler Osborn came out and distracted him. Blain countered and delivered the Punishment Driver to win the match. As NutZ got up and realized what just happen, Tyler closelined him and nailed NuTz with his own finisher the NutZ and BoltZ leaving him motionless in the middle of the ring.
The SIW Extreme Champion Terror Soule was walking backstage when all of a sudden former ultimate fighter and former SIW Extreme Champion Pitbull attacked him from behind. Pitbull delivered a belly to back on the concrete floor leaving Terror Soule out cold. Before Pitbull could continue his attack, Heaven made him stop and promised to get him a rematch for the SIW Extreme title if he’s drafted on Carnage
The SIW Women’s Championship was up for grabs as Liana Lewis took on Xtina in one of the most anticipated matches of the night, a Ladder Match. Xtina showed her vicious side once again clawing the champ with everything she had and even knocked her down with a steel chair shot to her ribs. Xtina pulled Lewis by her hair on swung her across to the other side of the ring and then set up the ladder. As Xtina climbed, Liana drop kicked the ladder making Xtina fall to the canvas. Liana took her turn climbing the ladder but out of nowhere she jumped off and nailed Xtina with a flying body press. Both divas where hurt and bleeding near the end of this historic match but it was Liana Lewis overcame all odds and defeated her challenger after delivering Liana’s Flow on a the chair and slowly climbed the ladder to retrieve her title.
A commercial aired for the Draft this Monday. The SIW will hold it’s second roster split in it’s eight year history. Don’t miss the draft live on SIW Chat at 9PM EST Monday night as Kevin “Titan” McColl and Greg Banks pick their superstars for their respective shows.
”Red Hot” Rikki Cook came out with Kevin "Titan" McColl dressed in a suit and took on the new SIW North American Champion “The Disco Duck” Jimmy Cefalo in the next match. Four days ago, "Duck-a-mania" was running wild as Cefalo won a battle royal to win the title and had to face the runner up which turned out to be Rikki Cook the self proclaimed NA Champ. Jimmy whipped Cook towards the ropes but got his hip toss countered into a DDT by Cook. Rikki went for a pin but the champ kicked out. Cefalo hit a Russian leg sweep and went for the The Disco Ball of DOOM but Titan pushed him off the top rope. As Rikki distracted the referee, Titan nailed Cefalo with a Chokeslam and Rikki capitalized with a pin fall to win the match and the SIW North American championship.
Jimmy Hayden announced that Grandma Airington was arrested earlier in the day. The FBI got a tip that she was paying her latino friend cash for doing work around the house. Her friend was without a green card, so she was arrested on harboring an illegal citizen. The charges will be severe especially since she resisted her arrest. The SIW insider should have more on this story.
Both undefeated superstars James Airington and Khristian Call competed for the SIW European Championship. Not only was the title on the line but the prestige of being the only undefeated superstarin the SIW. Airington and Call performed the best match of the night hands down. No one had given Airington a real challenge until Rampage and vice versa. Airington went for the AirSlam but Call pushed him through the ropes making him land to the outside. As they fought on the outside the referee got knocked down when Airington whipped Call right into him. Call delivered the Killer Instinct 360 spinning facebuster but by the time the ref got into the ring, Airington kicked out immediately. Their classic match up ended when Call avoided another AirSlam and pinned Airington after the Falling Down. Airington shocked the whole world when he offered Call a handshake which he accepted. Christina York came to the ring and tried to get a few words from Airington who sat in the corner of the ring. Airington got up and responded with an AirSlam to York and left the arena in his wrestling gear
”The Greatest One” Matt Uzi came to the ring alone ready for a war in the main event. The SIW Champion Angel gave his wings to a kid but from behind Uzi nailed him with an elbow to the back of his head getting the match underway. Uzi threw him in the ring and clipped the champs knee and locked in the Uzi Figure Four. Angel came close to tapping many times but showed his endurance by taking the pain and eventually reaching the ropes. Midway Angel whipped Uzi in the corner and delivered a corner splash and then pinned him but Uzi kicked out at two. After the Uzi-Plex everyone thought Uzi became a four time champ but Angel barely kicked out. The match ended when Angel managed to lock Uzi in the Judgment Sharpshooter but Bernardo Williams from Rated X came down to ringside and broke Purgatory over Angel’s head getting Uzi disqualified and giving Angel the win. Uzi snapped and chased Bernardo up the ramp and eventually caught up to him and broke his neck with the Uzi Piledriver. The TrevorTron then showed four shadows that told him it wasn’t his time yet but to keep looking over his shoulder until the day Rated X comes for him.
