After the British anthem is played, the show starts with the huge Brawl vs Carnage elimination 4 on 4 tag team match. Brawl is lead by captain Chris Macavedi and includes world tag team champion Raven Frost, "Baby Face" Billy Icon & JD Xtreme. Carnage is lead by captain Maurice Bad and backing him is the former SIW Tag Team Champions Krazy J & Killa Red & the current SIW North American champion Johnny Ringo. Trevor is in Brawl’s corner and Banks is on the other side and they shout a few words at each other. C-Mac starts the match with Ringo but as C-Mac nails the NA champ with a European uppercut Ringo tags in Krazy J. C-Mac avoids a clothesline and tags in JD Extreme who has waited for the opportunity to fight Krazy J in the ring. Krazy counters an irish whip and levels JD with a corner elbow to his face. Bad is tagged in and executes a triple german suplex and goes for a cover but JD kicks out.

Elimination 1 (Carnage)
Killa Red dominates JD but out of nowhere JD levels him with a drop kick delivers the Adrenalin Rush and pins him to get the first elimination

Elimnation 2 (Brawl)
Moments after eliminating Killa Red, Krazy takes control of the match and pins JD after delivering The Krazy Xpress. Krazy and JD continue to fight until security comes out and escorts JD to the backstage area

Elimnation 3 (Carnage)
Ringo is tagged in but after getting whipped around by C-Mac he runs back in his corner and tags In Maurice Bad. C-Mac and Maurice get into a stare down which has the London fans on their feet and engage in a fist fight. As the match continues, Bernardo distracts the referee and Ringo swings a folded steel chair towards C-Mac but he moves and Ringo strikes Maurice instead. C-Mac covers a knocked out Maurice and pins him to eliminate another Carnage member

Elimnation 4 (Carnage)
After weakening Krazy with several rib shots and knife edge chops, Raven Frost tags in "Baby Face" Billy Icon who delivers a DDT to Krazy J who desperately needs a tag but Ringo doesn’t want any part of the match. Billy delivers a hook kick and pins Krazy after executing the The Icon Shot

Elimnation 5 (Carnage)
Johnny Ringo is left alone to represent Carnage on his own and shocks the fans and the millions watching live on pay per view when he falls to the canvas and let’s himself get pinned by C-Mac. After the match, Raven Frost grabs Banks and holds him from behind and lets Trevor hit Banks with a hard right hand to his jaw. Ringo and Bernardo celebrate with the Brawl team

Jessica White gets a few words from Johnny Ringo and asks him to explain his actions tonight. Ringo says it’s simple, he only cares about himself and he didn’t feel like carrying the weak Carnage team on his back. Ringo also brings up the fact that he has a title defense tonight and that is more important than getting a beat down from C-Mac and the Brawl boys. Out of nowhere, Banks wants to fight Ringo but security holds him back. Krazy, Killa Red and Maurice Bad even want a piece of Ringo but fortunately security keeps things under control

The fans deliver a standing ovation for Heavyweight champion Bozzman who is backstage with Darren Knight and his fiancée Michelle. Bozzman says it’s going to be a pleasure watching DDHK put an end to Roberts once and for all in a fifteen foot high steel cage. Darren says it’s obvious that Roberts is going to get the beating of his life tonight but most importantly, Michelle is about to become the new SIW Women’s champion. Bozzman wishes them both luck in their matches and tells DDHK from one Brit to another, that he has his back tonight

The next match is a 8 man diva elimination match for the SIW Women’s championship. Here is the elimination order: #1 – Heaven Lee eliminated by Rashaa Kaad by pin fall using the bottom rope for leverage
#2 – Rashaa Kaad eliminated by Xtina by pin fall after getting hit with the Goodie Kick
#3- Chastity eliminated by Olivia by pin fall with Olivia using the tumble of life
#4 – Michelle eliminated by Pamela by pin fall after delivering hurricanrana off the top rope
#5 – Olivia eliminated by Xtina by pin fall after getting knocked out with the Goodie Kick
# 6 – Pamela eliminated by Poison via count out after getting knocked down and out off the top rope
#7 – Xtina eliminated by Poison by pin
Trevor and C-Mac come out as Poison and Xtina are the last two divas in the ring. Trevor distracts senior referee Sam Carter as C-Mac attacks Xtina and drops her with the KOD. C-Mac places Poison on top of Xtina and she wins the match and is declared the new SIW Women’s champion. After the match, Trevor and C-Mac continue to make Xtina’s life a living hell until out of nowhere we see Queen Liana appear from the crowd and levels C-Mac and Trevor with a double low blow. Xtina nails C-Mac wit the Goodie Kick and Trevor falls victim to Liana’s Flow. The fans go crazy as Queen Liana and Xtina give each other a high five and throw Trevor and C-Mac out of the ring

The fans boo and chant “losers” as the cameras focus on C.R. Roberts and the man in his corner tonight, the one and only Grunge. Roberts says that he will show DDHK what it really means to be an SIW superstar. Roberts claims that DDHK was never properly initiated in the SIW but it’s going to happen tonight and there will be blood. Roberts says that their match tonight will make the Cervantes/Douglas match look like Disneyland. Grunge says that if Bozzman decides to stick his big nose in the match he’s going to get what’s coming to him

The next match is a brutal contest for the SIW Extreme championship involving the SIW Tag team champions “The Phoenix” Miguel Cervantes and “The Phenomenal” Jay Douglas. They battle all the way into the parking lot where Douglas slams Miguel face first into a cement pillar. Douglas notices a dumpster and rolls it towards Miguel but the extreme champion moves and Douglas slams the dumpster into a vehicle. Out of nowhere, Miguel spears Douglas into the side of another vehicle and then pins him after delivering the Chimera Combo on the hood of the car. After the match, Miguel and Douglas get a surprise attack by the former tag team champions Killa Red and Krazy J. After their assault, Dawg House leaves the tag champs motionless on the ground.

Staying Alive History
November 28, 2004 [Staples Center] Los Angeles California
Matt Uzi joins Rated X and defeated The Uncanny Inferno via submission to retain the SIW Championship – Glenn Kirby was the guest referee

The cage is lowered for the next match between C.R. Roberts and Darren “Direct Hit” Knight. The winner of the match becomes the #1 contender for the SIW Championship. Bozzman and Grunge get into an altercation but the referee separates the two. Roberts starts the match with a cheap shot and sends DDHK face first into the side of the cage. Roberts kicks him in his face and then covers but DDHK kicks out at two. Roberts continues to kicks DDHK in his face but DDHK catches his foot and launches him into the cage and then drop kicks him into the side of the cage. DDHK delivers the impaler DDT and starts climbing the cage but Grunge gets involved and tried to climb on the other side but Bozzman pulls him off and throws him to the ground. Roberts attacks DDHK at the top of the cage and delivers a crazy superplex and both men are down on the canvas. After several minutes, the action continues and Roberts slams DDHK’s face in the side of the cage several times and draws blood. DDHK is busted wide open and Roberts makes it worse by punching the wound non stop. Bozzman gets the fans to start a DDHK chant which irritates Grunge. Roberts sets up DDHK in a tree of woe and charges him with a flying knee but DDHK moves and Roberts hits the turnbuckles. A fight breaks out between Bozzman and Grunge but in the cage, Roberts and DDHK battle at the top again and exchange lefts and rights. DDHK executes modified Direct Hit off the top of the cage. DDHK uses the little energy that he has left and crawls over and covers Roberts with one arm and pins him to win the match. Road agents and Grunge help C.R. Roberts backstage as Bozzman and DDHK celebrate the huge victory. DDHK receives medical attention after the match

Trevor and Chris Macavedi are in the parking lot and we find out that they are leaving the arena because of the embarrassing beating they received at the hands of Xtina and Queen Liana

Jessica White interviews general manager Greg Banks who is not content with the results of the interbrand match. Banks says the Brawl win doesn’t mean anything and only proves how corrupted their brand is and how much of a jackass Johnny Ringo is. Brandon Gateman appears before his big match against Ringo and tells Greg Banks that Ringo will “suffer the consequences” for what he did tonight

Brandon Gateman wants nothing more than to become the SIW North American champion and he can do that tonight if he can get passed his #1 foe Johnny Ringo who screwed over the Carnage team earlier in the night. Gateman says he’s going to make Ringo pay for what he did and dedicates his win to the Carnage locker room. The fans throw debris towards Ringo and Bernardo as they make their entrance wearing gas masks in case they have to deal with the same purple smoke they have seen in recent weeks. Out of nowhere, Gateman levels Ringo with a clothesline and his mask goes flying off. Gateman slides him in the ring and stomps the champion in the corner. Gateman goes for the BKO but Ringo counters and shoves him into the corner and then delivers a bulldog. Ringo climbs to the top rope for high risk maneuver but as he jumps Gateman moves out of the way and Ringo lands on the canvas. Late in the match, Bernardo takes off the padding on one of the top turnbuckles and Ringo goes to whip Gateman into the corner but Gateman counters and Ringo is whipped into the unforgiving steel. Gateman covers but Ringo kicks out. Bernardo jumps on the apron and Gateman grabs his shirt but Bernardo slaps his face and out of nowhere Ringo rolls him up from behind with a hand full of tights and pins him to win the match and retain the championship. Bernardo hits Gateman with a low blow and they double team the challenger. All of a sudden the arena goes black and purple lights start flickering. As the lights come back on we see Ringo and Bernardo unconscious in body bags in the middle of the ring. We see the letters C.C. flash on the Trevortron and then the number 113007

JD Xtreme walks out of the washrooms and he’s ambushed from behind by Killa Red and Krazy J. Dawg House deliver a beat down but all of a sudden we see the SIW tag team champions Miguel and Douglas even the odds. It takes several officials and lots of security to break this one up

”The Assassin” Sonny Smith and Natedawg battle for the SIW Championship in the main event. Maurice Bad is the guest referee and gave his word on Carnage that he would call this match between two of his good friends down the middle. They start with a test of strength which Natedawg easily wins and throws Smith in the corner. Natedawg charges his opponent but Smith replies with a kick to his face and then delivers a flying body press off the ropes. Smith covers but Natedawg kicks out. Smith delivers a snap suplex and then climbs to the top rope but Natedawg punches him in the mid section and launches him back in the ring the hard way. Natedawg is flipped out of the ring with a back body drop and then Smith goes for a suicide dive but Nate moves and Smith crashes into the commentary table. Natedawg whips Smith into the steel steps and then slides him back in the ring for a cover but Smith kicks out just before three. Sonny counters a hip toss and applies the Loc Jaw in the middle of the ring. Smith is looking to make the champion tap out. After struggling for a long time, Nate manages to break the hold by reaching the ropes. They battle back and forth until Smith goes to deliver the Assassination but Natedawg counters into the Gangstanator and pins Smith to retain the SIW Championship
