The Thanksgiving tradition known as Staying Alive starts with Monday Night Brawl General Manager Kevin “Titan” McColl coming out at the top of the ramp and expresses his displeasure with Ascended Supremacy running around thinking they own the place. Titan says that if Jace were to become the SIW champion tonight, a title that has been held by legends of this business, he will step down as General Manager of Monday Night Brawl
Bailey Brown takes on the newly bald Queen Heaven Lee battle in the first match if the night for the crown. Bailey rips off Heaven’s wig and then slaps her as the match starts. Heaven reverses a clothesline and hits Bailey with a flying forearm. Heaven delivers the Heaven-Canranna and covers but Bailey kicks out just before three. Heaven charges Bailey in the corner but gets kicked in her jaw. Bailey adds another kick to Heaven’s face and covers for a near fall. Out of nowhere Heaven rolls up for a two count. Heaven climbs to the top rope but out of nowhere Bailey levels her with a hard right and delivers a superplex. Bailey climbs to the top rope for her finisher when all of a sudden Chris Macavedi comes out and distracts her. Heavyweight champion JD Xtreme attacks C-Mac and all hell breaks loose at ringside. Heaven pushes Bailey off the top rope and pins her to win the match after delivering the Heavenly Star Press. Security rushes out after the match to break up the brawl between C-Mac & JD
SIW CEO Trevor Derickson is backstage with MNB GM Titan and tells him he is being irrational by threatening to quit his job. Titan says he hates Ascended Supremacy with a passion and hopes Jace does not become champion tonight. Trevor reminds Titan he is under contract and he won’t let him walk out without suing him in a court of law
Ragin’ Craig takes on Metalgod accompanied by NuTz in an inferno match that became one of the bloodiest matches in SIW history. Metalgod takes of the padding off a turnbuckle and smashes Craig’s head on the exposed steel. Craig is busted wide open but continues to fight back and knocks the wind out of Metalgod with strong power slam. Craig launches Metalgod over the top rope with a gorilla press and then ignites the flames around the ring. Craig sends Metalgod face first into the steel steps and it’s reported that Metalgod suffered a broken nose. Craig levels Metalgod’s manager NuTz with a folded steel chair. In true hardcore fashion Metalgod continues the match with a smile on his face and slams Craig thru the Spanish table with the God Bomb. Metalgod drags Craig towards the fire but gets hit with a kick to his groin and Craig whips Metalgod into the fire and the extreme legend ignites in flames. Firemen and staff members rush to ringside and put out the flames but the damage has been done
Jessica White is backstage with R.C. Aries who is pumped up for his match tonight for the Heavyweight championship. R.C. says him JD plan on eliminating their opponents tonight and putting on one of the greatest shows for the SIW fans. As to whether who is better him or JD…R.C. has no comment
Titan tells SIW Champion Terror Soule that he believes in him and hopes he gets the job done tonight against Jace Parker Davidson
Maurice Bad finally tasted sweet revenge at Staying Alive by defeating his former protégé and current SIW Kings member Ashton Daniels in a last man standing match. Ashton gave it his all but it wasn’t enough to stop the “baddest man in the planet” who won the match by throwing Ashton off the top of the Trevortron and into the electrical equipment. With the fans screaming at the top of the lungs, Bad snaps and goes on to apply the Bad Lock to a unconscious Ashton until officials managed to pull him off

Trevor Derickson & Titan defeated “Incredible” Ian Bishop and Kim Blair
Bozzman cuts a promo with Jack Kent and tells “The Reborn Force” Glenn Kirby that tonight is the night were he officially becomes a man. Bozzman says he will make Glenn Kirby humble and beat respect into his pathetic existence. Bozzman warns Kirby should Ascended Supremacy decide to get involved, he has a little surprise for all of them. Seconds later, Kirby, Laveaux and Davidson attack the challenger for the European championship. Fortunately they are chased away by SIW Champion Terror Soule and the rest of Twisted Thoughts
The guys in the crowd are all smiles as SIW women’s champion Vixen Foxx and SIW Lightweight champion Tara Michaels battle in a title unification lumberjill match with every SIW diva surrounding the ring. Both divas show great agility and resilience in a match with many near falls. Vixen whips Tara out of the ring and she is assaulted by all the divas before getting thrown back in the ring. Same thing happens to Vixen as Tara knocks her off the top rope to the outside. Vixen gets the upper hand as she reverses a suplex and drops a knee to Tara face. Vixen continues to dominate however the tables turn for the current women’s champion when Tristian and Taylor Michaels appear from the crowd and assault Vixen Foxx. All the divas get in the ring and a huge brawl breaks out. Dozens of officials and security are needed to break up the chaos as the referee calls the match a no contest. Titan comes out and says he might be booking his last match in the SIW as he puts every diva in another title unification match at Road To Glory in a Diva Rumble 7
”Sensational” Chris Macavedi is taking bets backstage from staff members and Jessica White asks him if he will be gunning for JD in the main event. C-Mac calls her stupid and says of course he will be gunning for the champion. C-Mac says not only is he going to take out JD, but he is going to take out each and every one of those so called “superstars” in the main event because none are as sensational as he is. Can C-Mac finally become champion once again?
Bozzman and “The Reborn Force” Glenn Kirby battle for the SIW European championship in the next match which seemed to be as good as any world title match the SIW has promoted. With the fans backing him up, Bozzman takes control of the match early and gets a near fall after delivering belly to belly. Bozzman is launched with an over head back body drop and Kirby goes for an early Thug Bug but it’s avoided by Bozz. Kirby is knocked down with a running shoulder block and Bozz applies the Bozzinator in the middle of the ring. This prompts Marquis Laveaux to make his way to ringside. Bozzman snaps and gets into a fist fight with Laveaux until Kirby attacks him from behind and slides him back in the ring. Kirby locks Bozzman in his own Bozzinator but Bozzman reaches the ropes to break the hold. Kirby drops two elbows on Bozzman’s back and then climbs to the top rope but Bozz strikes him with a elbow to his face and launches him with a belly to belly off the top rope. C-Mac makes his way to ringside but seconds later Laveaux and C-Mac are threatened by a masked person holding a steel pipe. Bozz tells the masked person to “take care of them”. From behind, Kirby rolls up Bozzman using a handful of tights to win the match. All of a sudden the masked the masked person knocks out the champion with the steel pipe and Bozzman applies the Half Bozzton Crab until officials manage to pull him off
Heavyweight Champion JD Xtreme and SIW Champion Terror Soule discuss the good times they had in Forbidden Xtreme and whish each other good luck. Who would have thought they would eventually be headlining a double main event pay per view?
Before the next match, Titan announces that everyone is banned and whoever decides to get involved will be suspended for six months. SIW Champion Terror Soule tells Twisted Thoughts members Mysery and Prophet to stay backstage as he puts the title on the line against Jace Parker Davidson. Soule draws first blood as he slaps Jace. Soule executes a thez press and levels Jace with lefts and rights. Jace slips out of the ring and is chased by Soule. Jace slides back in the ring and then drops and elbow on Soule. Jace whips Soule in the corner for a corner clothesline but Soule moves and delivers a bulldog. Soule leaps off the top rope with a flying head butt and misses as Jace moves out of the way. Jace surprises Soule with a lung blower and covers but the champion kicks out right before the three count. A frustrated Jace places Soule in the corner and kicks him several times in the mid section. Jace climbs to the top rope and connects with a frog splash. Just when Jace thinks he has the match Soule kicks out just before three. Jace charges Soule in the corner and connects with his boot to his face. Soule hits Jace with a clothesline and then climbs to the top rope and connects with a flying head butt. He goes for the Soule Fusion but Jace slips out and drops the champion with a DDT. Jace executes the Twisted Reality and pins Soule to win the SIW championship
Bozzman appears on the Trevortron accompanied by the masked person. Bozzman tells Ascended Supremacy what happened to Kirby tonight is only the beginning of the end for them. Will we find out the identity of the masked person on Monday Night Brawl?
The blockbuster fatal four way elimination match for the Heavyweight championship between Marquis Laveaux, Chris Macavedi, R.C. Aries & JD Xtreme is next. C-Mac gets triple teamed by Laveaux, R.C. and JD but manages to avoid a huge beating by sliding out of the ring. R.C. and JD double team Laveaux but they get knocked down by a double flying clothesline from Laveaux. C-Mac spears JD and beats him down in the corner. Marquis clips R.C. knee and applies figure four in the middle of the ring. JD hits C-Mac with an enziguri and then goes to the top rope for the Adrenalin Rush but C-Mac kicks him while he’s coming down. Laveaux is hit with the Aries Rush combo and R.C. applies the Phoenix Wing. Laveaux starts panicking but manages to find the ropes to break the hold. C-Mac drops JD with the Italian leg sweep and then climbs to the top rope but out of nowhere Laveaux drops C-Mac with a tornado DDT off the top rope and puts him away with the dark side of the moon. Laveaux and R.C. continue to deliver punishment to each other with submission style wrestling until JD adds some speed by drop kicking both his opponents out of the ring. JD leaps over the top rope and lands on R.C. and Laveaux on the outside. R.C. whips JD into the security wall and then slides Marquis back in the ring. R.C. calls for the RCF but out of nowhere Marquis knocks him down and applies the figure four once again until R.C. reverses into a Philippine Crab. Moments later R.C. and Laveaux continue fighting back and forth until Laveaux surprises the R.C. with a roll up but out of nowhere JD slides back in the ring and rolls them over on their shoulders and pins both of them to retain the Heavyweight championship
