How Hardcore Can It Get?

    On Thursday April 3, 2003.  The OWA held a small PPV in a local Thunder Bay basement calling it "In Your House I".

    The event featured 3 matches on the card, billed as a mini-tournament to crown a OWA Hardcore Champion.

Match 1

The Beardmore Badnick    vs.    Danny Danger

    Make no mistakes about it folks this was no technical dream match.  This was a straight-out fight to the death.  The Badnick came out in a blaze of fury throwing everything he had at poor Danny Danger.  The match ended when Danger tapped out to the Badnick's "Nigga Pleez Neck Wrench".

Match 2

Johnny Mountain    vs.    Max Power

    This was the most brutal match seen in a long time, anywhere, by anyone.  Power took it to Mountain all through the course of the match.  Power scrambled his brains with head shot with some sort of huge steel pipe, but Mountain crawled back given Power a low blow and a monsterous "Mountain Goat Driver" that made a sickening crack as Power's head hit the ground.  Mountain then put Power in the "Cattle Russler" and was sure of victory, when, amazingly, Power kicked his way out of the "Cattle Russler" and delived the "Power Outage" erning himself the 1, 2, 3.

Match 3

OWA Hardcore Champinship

The Beardmore Badnick    vs.    Max Power

    Long time fueders Max Power and The Badnick collided in the middle of the room and a battle of epic proportions was kicked off.  Now as far as the OWA is concerned this was the most technical match in our illustrious history.  Both Power and the Badnick refused to budge an inch.  It all came down to an impressive Northern Lights Suplex by the Badnick, which Power managed to kick out of only to become the second victim of the night to the "Nigga Pleez Neck Wrench", and with that the Badnick saunters into the history books as the new OWA Hardcore Champion.
