Carnage starts with the fans booing EGO Trip who cut a promo on the Trevortron. C.R. and R.C. claim it is their destiny to become the tag team champions tonight. As Ringo goes to speak there is a knock on the door. Bernardo answers it and gets ambushed by Asylum with a fire extinguisher and sprays all the members with it. Asylum jumps Ringo and levels him with vicious lefts and rights until security breaks it up. Asylum gets a nice pop from the crowd as he's dragged out of the locker room
Chastity and Poison from Brawl take on Queen Liana and Michelle in the first match. Michelle delivers a scissor kick to Chastity late in the match and covers but Poison breaks the count. Michelle clotheslines Poison out of the ring and continue their battle on the entrance ramp. As the referee tries to get the divas back in their corner, Chastity uses pepper spray on Queen Liana and drops her with the Grunganator and pins her to win the match

Both former heavyweight champions, James Airington and Brandon Gateman battle to a double DQ in the next match. The decision is made after both competitors shove the referee to the ground several times
Greg Banks announces that most of the Carnage roster will be part of the Assault Rumble like every other year including, Asylum, Airington, Gateman, Ringo, C.R., R.C., Bad, Smith and others. Banks says that either NuTz or DDHK won't be in the rumble depending on who walks out as SIW Champion tonight. Banks hypes Carnage as the better brand and claims they will beat MNB on their own pay per view
Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed this week’s edition of Monday Night Brawl
The next match is a brutal ladder match for the SIW Lightweight championship between two competitors that hate each other personally and professionally. Truelove attacks the champion as he makes his entrance and the match starts immediately. Truelove whips Krazy into the ladder in the middle of the entrance ramp and then nails him in the face with the ladder. Truelove slides the ladder in the ring and sets it up to get the title but out of nowhere Krazy drop kicks the ladder and Truelove falls to the outside. Instead of climbing the ladder, Krazy J jumps out of the ring with a suicide dive and lands on Truelove and levels him with punches to his head. Krazy whips him into the ladder set up on the steel post and clotheslines him onto the commentary table. Krazy climbs the ladder but shocks the fans as he jumps out of the ring with a swanton and lands on Truelove as they crash through the commentary table. The fans start a "holy shit" chant as both men are laid out motionless. Krazy eventually gets back to his feet and starts climbing the ladder but Truelove is not far behind. They exchange a few lefts and rights at the top of the ladder and out of nowhere Krazy launches Truelove with an overhead back body drop and reaches the title to win the match

The SIW Tag Team titles are on the line in a rematch from last week between EGO Trip members C.R. Roberts and R.C. Aries against the Bad Assassins. Roberts levels Bad with a knee to his face in the corner and then goes for another but Bad moves and delivers a triple german suplex and covers with a bridge but Aries kicks him in the ribs to break the count. Smith is tagged in and battles Roberts until he tags in Aries. Smith goes for a russian leg sweep but Aries counters into an abdominal stretch. Smith reaches the ropes the break the hold but Aries drops him with the implant double arm DDT. Aries covers but Smith kicks out. The action continues back and forth between both teams until things get out of control and the referee is knocked down. Another referee comes out as the match continues. R.C. delivers the Pheonix Assault to Smith and covers for a three count but on the other side of the ring the original referee sees C.R. tapping to the Bad Lock and makes him own decision. Both referees argue until General Manager Greg Banks comes out and says since we do not have a clear decision, there will be another rematch next week. The SIW Tag Team championship will be on the line in an Ambulance Match

January 5, 2007 St. Pete Times Forum | Tampa, Florida – “The Assassin” Sonny Smith defeated Duane Doogan in a casket match to retain the SIW North American Championship
Jessica White interviews the SIW Champion Darren Knight and Michelle. DDHK says he he has no choice but to defeat SIW's ironman and NuTz is going to get a hell of a fight tonight. NuTz appears and security immediately gets in between the competitors. NuTz tells DDHK he's going to eat him alive in the ring and the outcome will not be like Road to Glory. DDHK and NuTz get into a stare down as the cameras go back to ringside
The fifteen foot high steel cage is lowered as Asylum takes on Johnny Ringo for the SIW North American championship. The only way to win the match is to escape the cage and touch the ground, or to pin/make tap out your opponent. Asylum is all over the champion as the bell rings and busts his head wide open early in the match after slamming his head several times into the side of the cage. Asylum continues to strike the open wound and Ringo is losing alot of blood. Asylum goes for a corner elbow but Ringo moves and drops him with a running bulldog. Ringo stomps Asylm and drops several elbows and starts climbing the cage. As Ringo reaches to the top, Asylum is right behind and pulls him down from the cage but Ringo pulls Asylum down with him. Asylum tries to leave through the dooe but Bernardo slams it shut in his face. A bloody Ringo gets back to his feet first and power bombs Asylum on the turnbuckles. Ringo covers but it's not enough to put away the challenger. Ringo delivers the Ringo Bingo in the middle of the ring and climbs to the top of the cage and decides to deliver the Ringo Rocket but Asylum moves and Ringo lands face first and is not moving and is motionless in the ring. Asylum has the match won and starts climbing outof the cage. The Trevortron shows footage of C.R. and R.C. beating up the staff in the control room and push the button to raise the cage. Asylum gets surprises as the cage raises up to the rafters. Bernardo pulls Ringo out of the ring and wins the match as both feet touch the ground

The fans are on their feet through the main event match between NuTz and DDHK for the SIW Championship. DDHK uses his speed and smaller size to his advantage to stay in control of the match until he's leveld by NuTz's size 15 boot to his face. NuTz performs a scoop slam and then drops a big elbow from the second rope and covers but DDHK kicks out. NuTz launches DDHK into the turnbuckles with a sling shot and clotheslines him out of the ring. NuTz levels DDHK with the steel steps and then body slams him on top of the security wall. NuTz slides DDHK back in the ring and covers but DDHK puts a foot on the bottom rope to stay in the match. NuTz tires to flirt with Michelle and goes to feel her chest but DDHK attacks him from behind and sends the challenger face first into the ring post. Moments later DDHK applies a Texas Cloverleaf in the middle of the ring but NuTz uses his strenght and forces himself out of the hold and elbows DDHK in his face. Coming of the ropes DDHK misses a clothesline and NuTz delivers the NuTz N' Bolts and could possibly be the new SIW Champion. Before NuTz can cover, Airington runs out and causes a disqualification as he attacks NuTz. Airington walks backstage with a smirk on his face as Carnage ends
