Carnage was live in San Antonio from the Alomodome and started with GM Titan coming out dressed like a cowboy. Titan got some heat from the crowd when he called them trailer park trash and suggested that most people in attendance are probably involved in sexual relations with other family members. He then introduced the new SIW Heavyweight Champion Brandon Gateman who was accompanied by "Indestructible" Ian Bishop who was fresh out of the hospital accompanied by his bodyguard Knux who helped him to the ring. Gateman thanked his mother for giving birth to him, Ian Bishop for backing him up the whole time and Matt Uzi for just being at ringside and watching the match. Gateman then thanked Titan for the great opportunity. Ian Bishop who had an eye patch, was dressed like Natedawg with one of his pants leg rolled up, a band aid over his cheek and sideways baseball cap. Ian grabbed the mic and announced due to the DDT on the glass, he was 30% blind in his left eye and said Natedawg was lucky he wasn't fully blind. He then did his impression of Natedawg saying things like "Imma kick your ass" and "I'm indestructible because I got shot nine times and I'm a 50CENT wannabe". Bishop and Knux then threatened to assault Natedawg next week on Brawl and told him to watch his back. They were then interrupted by Alpha & Omega aka Angel and SIW Tag Team Champions A.P.B. Angel told Gateman not to get too confertable with the Heavyweight title because by the end of the night he won't be champion anymore. A.P.B then showed pictures of Titan on the Trevortron in very disturbing situations and it wasn't a pretty site. Titan was pissed after they mentioned that they sent the pictures to every major publication in America and started running towards them followed by Gateman and Knux and they battled on the entrance ramp until security could break them apart.
Before the first match, Angelica Hunt had a few things to say about Jaffar. She said he's really a sweet guy and its not his fault he says stupid things because he comes from a country with no morals but he's trying to change. She told Envy and Michelle he didn't mean what he said and to take it easy on him during their match.
The first match was a handicap match between Jaffar against "The Sexy Slayer" Envy and playboy sensation Michelle. Jaffar was spat on during his entrance and got into a confrontation with a fat guy. Jaffar punched him a few times but road agents pulled him away and let him continue his entrance. The unlikely team of Michelle and Envy wanted to even the score after degrading comments made by Jaffar towards women and North America. Michelle and Envy delivered a double back body drop and then knocked him out of the ring with a double drop kick. Jaffar crawled under the ring and disappeared for a few minutes. Michelle looked under the ring and then she was sprayed with a fire extinguisher. Jaffar crawled out from under the ring and nailed her with a DDT. Jaffar got back in the ring an countered Envy's clothesline and locked in a cobra clutch but Envy flipped him over her shoulder and then nailed him with a knee drop to his head. Michelle came back in the ring and delivered a moonsault/leg drop off the top rope and then Envy delivered the Green Envy and pinned Jaffar to win the match. After the match, while the divas celebrated, Jaffar grabbed a steel chair but out from the back came Duane Doogan who came to their rescue. Doogan kicked the chair in Jaffar's face and then went for the DooganDT but Angelica came out and begged him not to drop his head in the steel chair. Doogan complied and just dropped him on the canvas and left with Envy and Michelle holding on to his arms as they were escorted backstage by the former SIW Champion. Angie helped Jaffar backstage and was very sympathetic and told the crowd to stop booing him.
Alcoholics Anonymous were backstage watching a monitor, playing poker and wondered why they don't get any loving from the divas. Stylez had a picture of Alora Wright in his locker with a heart drawn around her and said he already found love. James Airington and SIW North American Champion Armani Stylez said their match against A.P.B and Doogan/NuTz should be a piece of cake and when they win they will become the #1 contenders for the titles.
Rick Theodore with The Ghost in his corner put the SIW Lightweight Championship on the line against former champion "Street Kid" David O'Connor who was accompanied by his brother Chris O'Connor. As David and Rick battled a fast paced match in the ring, Chris O'Connor deliberately assaulted Ghost and then whipped him into the steel steps. Rick nailed David with a side suplex and then jumped to the outside and nailed Chris with a flying body press. Moments later back in the ring, Rick climbed the turnbuckle but was distracted by Chris who jumped on the apron. Out of nowhere David nailed Ghost with a baseball slide and then grabbed Rick off the top rope and delivered the Crash Effect and pinned him to regain the SIW Lightweight Championship. The O'Connor brothers celebrated in the ring and announced that their next step is the SIW Tag Team Championship and told A.P.B that they have had the titles long enough and it was time for a change.

Before the next match, "Powerhouse" Tim Smith made a surprise appearance on Carnage. Smith said that he's been away doing time for some mistakes he's made in the past. Smith said he has finally served his time and Titan has offered him an opportunity to come back to work. He was then interrupted by the seven foot monster Dark Tiger who was accompanied by Fire Fox. Tiger looked down on him and said a lot has changed in the SIW since he left many months back. Dark Tiger said that he no longer is a "Powerhouse" and that he's a small fish in a big pond. Dark Tiger then challenged him to a match next week and said that he will be happy to be the first to kick his ass. Smith agreed and then in a despicable act, FireFox nailed Smith with a low blow from behind and then Tiger knocked him out with a Yakuza Kick.
The next match was a non title triple threat tag team match between NuTz & Doogan, A.A and the SIW Tag Team Champions A.P.B. Doogan, Klubber and Stylez started the match. Stylez got an early advantage by hitting them both with the Pimpin' Bitch Slap. After nailing Stylez with a vicious shoulder block takedown, Doogan tagged in NuTz. With Armani coming off the ropes, NuTz missed a big boot and then got knocked down by a flying elbow from Stylez. Klubber nailed NuTz with a powerslam and then tagged in Walker after dominating both competitors in the ring. Near the end of the match, referee Wayne Cashmere lost all control of the match with everyone in the ring at the same time. The legal men in the ring was Walker, Airington and Doogan. As Klubber, Stylez and NuTz eventually battled on the outside, Airington got his briefcase and nailed Doogan in the forehead and busted him wide open. Before the referee turned around, Airington kicked the breifcase out of the ring and nailed Walker with the AirSlam and pinned him to get the huge win for Alcoholics Anonymous.

After a commercial break, Stylez and Airington cut a promo backstage and declared themselves the next SIW Tag Team Champions and then challenged A.P.B to put their titles on the line at Meltdown. Armani Stylez was handed an acoustic guitar and then decided he wanted to sing Alora a love song. He starts singing "Alora Wright my sweet looooooooooooove. I'll put the beer down to hold you aboooooooooooove...my head cause' your the one i want in bed to make me feel like i'm in heaaaaaaaaaaaaaven...ALORAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! ALORRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!" By this time the crowd were covering their ears and out of nowhere Tony Viction nailed Airington with a steel chair and C-Mac assaulted Stylez with a shot to his head with the SIW European Championship. Viction kicked Airington in the ribs several times while C-Mac pounded away with lefts and rights to Armani's face. After Titan got his security team to pull off the intruders, he got the guards to throw them out of the Alomodome by telling them to take out the trash.
Christina York held an exclusive interview with "The Greatest One" Matt Uzi. York asked him if he planned on challenging Angel to a match but Uzi said he was finished with wrestling Angel over and over again cause the whole world knows that Matt Uzi is the better wrestler. Uzi said the next time they get into a confrontation it will be a blood fest and warned Angel to stay away from him and to stay out of his business. Uzi said that he had bigger fish to fry and that was Wrestlefest 2006. He reminded everyone that he was the business and his legacy is incomparable and his talents are unmatched. Uzi guaranteed to be a part of Wrestlefest and then used the air time for cheap publicity for his book coming out later in the year.
In a very unfortunate event, it was announced that TNT has pulled the plug on SIW's "B" shows Wednesday War and Breakdown. With this news, Carnage General Manager Kevin "Titan" McColl decided not to make arrangements for the last show which was scheduled for this Saturday. It was been rumored that syndication and financial disagreements between the promotion and the network along with bad ratings compared to the Carnage show played a big factor in the decision to drop the shows.
Angel and Brandon Gateman fought in a rematch for the SIW Heavyweight Champion in the main event. As Angel made his entrance, Brandon Gateman attacked him from behind. the battled up the entrance ramp and the match got underway after Angel whipped him into the commentary table and threw him in the ring. Gateman missed a roundhouse kick and Angel nailed him with several knife edge chops and a front face buster. As Angel dominated the match, Knux and Titan came out and sat in the font row eating fried chicken. Angel nailed Gateman with the Atonement Spear and then called for the Salvation Splash. As Angel climbed the top rope, Titan sent Knux in the ring. Knux grabbed Angel and then delivered a samoan drop off the top rope. Senior referee Sam Carter called for the bell and awarded the match to Angel via disqualification. As Knux and Titan beat down on Angel in the ring, Klubber and Walker rushed out and chased them all over the arena. This was all a set up because back in the ring was Bishop hitting Angel over his head with the cane and Matt Uzi leveled him with the Uzi-Plex and locked him in the Uzi Four Leg Lock as the program went off the air.
