Polar brought SIW Thursday Night Carnage to the nation’s capital live from the MCI Center. Carnage started off with a video recap from Assault 2005 showing the most memorable moments including the return of the Uncanny Inferno and Mike London. A moment of silence was held for Enigma who suffered a broken neck at the hands of the SIW World Champion Matt Uzi and the injuries suffered by Katie and Anck Su Namun. The silence was ruined by Mohamed Abdul Sheik and his servant Jaffar who were booed out of the building. Mohamed threatened the Authority of Atlanta, he said that if Glenn Kirby lost his match against McPiledriverton, he would kidnap and torture a staff member or a even a wrestler. Even Shelby Kirby if he had to. Mohamed said the reason for this to make sure he wins the SIW European title at Meltdown.

Kid Capitol and Kieran Dunbow received a Carnage try out match. Their match was decent but it eventually turned into a street fight. Both of them got disqualified after pushing senior referee Sam Carter several times and for using steel chairs in the ring. Dunbow and Capitol fought all the way into the crowd until security could break it up. Aiden "Capital" Camichel was backstage smoking a cigar watching all this action on a monitor.

Glenn Kirby knocked on Polar’s office door and Shelby answered. She asked him to make an appointment because he was really busy. Glenn said it was serious and she told him to stop whining about Mo. Glenn couldn’t believe she wouldn’t make an exception for her own brother, not even five minutes.

H-Bomb and Regina were accompanied by Mysery as they took on Olivia and the SIW Women’s champion Angelica Hunt in a Diva Tag Team Match. Regina missed a closeline late in the match and and Olivia responded with a side suplex and then tagged in her sister. Angelica hit Regina with the A-Bomb but before she could pin her, Latesha stood at the top of the entrance ramp distracting the sisters. In the meantime, Mysery slid Regina to H-Bomb to tag her in and she rolled up Angelica from behind to get the upset win. Mysery made out with H-Bomb as Regina laughed at Angelica and Olivia chasing after Latesha.

Grunge came out with Chastity and said he had a huge announcement. Before he could say anything he was cut off by the SIW North American Champion "Primetime" Ryan Johnson. Primetime said he deserved his his own Assault Victory Party and called for the confetti and balloons. Grunge told him to get the hell out of his ring and Primetime responded by hitting him over the head with the SIW North American championship knocking him out. All of a sudden, Drako, Jax, Metalgod, Death Ryder and Josh Money rushed to the ring led by Terror Soule. Primetime quickly left through the crowd avoiding a massive six on one beat down. Terror Soule and Chastity helped up Grunge and then they made the announcement. The group in the ring called themselves Outlaws Incorporated.

After a promotional footage for the SIW Academy, David Von Ramrock took on Vex. At Assault, Ramrock cost VeX the SIW North American championship when he kicked him off the cell and sent him crashing into the commentary table. VeX was noticibly still hurt from the ppv and Ramrock took advantage if this. He worked on his lower back and then finally delivered a backbreaker off the second rope. David picked up the win after delivering the Ramrock Shock to get the pin fall.

Polar and his secretary Shelby Kirby had a meeting with the former SIW European Champion “Red Hot” Rikki Cook. They worked out some kind of deal with Titan and Trevor Derickson to have Cook fight on both, Thursday Night Carnage and Monday Night Brawl. Next week on Carnage, Rikki Cook will return to the show and take on SIW’s newest superstar, Justin “The Jesus” Bones.

Surviving members of the Deadly Alliance, The Renegade and Ian Bishop took on Grunge and Drako in a Hardcore Tag Team Match. The Renegade was busted up from last Monday’s TLCC match but still dominated as he sent Grunge into the steel steps. As Ian took on Drako on the entrance ramp, The Renegade placed Grunge’s head between the two sets steel steps and started kicking the top with his heel. This bloody match ended when Bishop executed the Halifax Xplosion off the entrance ramp crashing into a table. Ian picked up the win as he pinned the SIW Hardcore Champion to win the match. At the end, Outlaws Inc. rushed to ringside and beat down the Deadly Alliance until Bad Breed, Phillip Arecenaux and Brandon Clayborne rushed to the ring and hit Ryder and Terror Soule in the face by swinging steel chains. The rest of the Outlaws retreated. As all this was going on, Disco and Willy were in Bad Breed’s locker room admiring their tag titles. The left before Arceneaux and Clayborne made it backstage.

Christina York caught up with the Uncanny Inferno. The Superhero was looking for an evildoer by the name of Johnny Ringo. Apparently Ringo didn’t make it to Washington. Inferno said that his mission of getting rid of Rated X might be easier than he thought. This Saturday, Ringo will have nowhere to run because he takes on the Inferno one on one live in Richmond, Virginia.

After a commercial break, the main event was next. Former SIW European Champion Russel McPiledriverton fought the current champion Glenn Kirby. Earlier in the night, Mohamed and Jaffar said that Kirby better not lose because a kidnapping and torture would happen. Russel, who’s main eventing Meltdown and the Authority Of Atlanta had a tremendous match but it ended on a bad note. As Kirby climbed the turnbuckle, Russel pushed him to the outside causing him to land on his knee hurting it bad. Russel won the match by count out as paramedics tended to Kirby.

Backstage, Mohamed had Shelby by her throat but right behind him was her boss Polar. The General Manager went to nail Mohamed with the Polar Express but Jaffar shot him with a tranquilizer dart. As they put Polar in a getaway car, Matt Uzi laid out McPiledriverton in the middle of the ring with the Uzi Piledriver as Carnage ended.
