The show starts with SIW Tag Team champion C.R. Roberts organizing his belongings and wrestling gear and out of nowhere Ryan "NuTz" Brown kicks the door open and assaults the SIW Tag Team champion. NuTz smacks his head on the cement wall and beats him all the way in the parking lot. NuTz body slams Roberts on the hood of a car and then stuffs him in the trunk and speeds out of the arena
Gabriel Cervantes gets a huge pop from the crowd as he makes his in ring return on Carnage against his arch enemy the current SIW Lightweight champion Krazy J. The winner will also have a spot in the main event’s 10 man battle royal to determine a #1 contender for the SIW Championship at Meltdown. Cervantes shows no signs of ring rust as he pulls out all his trade mark high risk maneuvers including a corkscrew moonsault to the outside. Krazy J gets back into the match after reversing a clothesline sending Cervantes face first in the steel post. Krazy J goes for a round house kick but Cervantes moves and takes down Krazy with a drop toe hold. Gab applies the Cervmission in the middle of the ring but Krazy reaches the ropes. Late in the match, both competitors are on the fighting on the top rope and Gab tries to execute the Cerv-Clash top rope landing pin but Krazy counters into a t-bone suplex. Krazy levels Gab with the Krazy Xpress and pins him to win the match. Gab is shocked at the win and Krazy grabs his title and heads backstage

General Manager Greg Banks addresses the crowd and announces that NuTz and C.R Roberts have left the building but as promised the SIW Tag Team championship will still be on the line tonight on Carnage in a unique one on one match. SIW champion DDHK and R.C. Aries will battle in singles competition for the SIW Tag team championship. All of a sudden we see footage on the Trevortron of NuTz stopping in the middle of a bridge. NuTz pulls out a bloody Roberts from trunk and strikes him a few more times with lefts and rights before throwing him off the bridge
Bad Assassins are interviewed by Jessica White who have had a rocky relationship since dropping the tag team title last week on Carnage. They claim that everything is fine with the Bad Assassins but tonight there are no friends in the battle royal. Sonny tells Bad that if he gets the opportunity he will eliminate him. Bad says the feeling is mutual and wishes his tag team partner good luck and tells him he has his back in his match with Ringo
Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed this week’s edition of Monday Night Brawl
The longest reigning North American champion of all time Sonny Smith takes on the current champion Johnny Ringo in a non title match. Smith and Ringo battle back and forth to start things off with Sonny getting the upper hand after delivering a vicious elbow to Ringo’s face in the corner and a double arm DDT. Smith goes to the top rope for a leg drop but Bernardo pulls Ringo out of the ring and Smith misses his target completely. Ringo slides back in and takes advantage of the situation. Ringo delivers a reverse Russian leg sweep and then applies a texas cloverleaf in the middle of the ring but Sonny fights his way out by reaching the bottom rope. Ringo misses a clothesline and Sonny launches him with a back body drop. Smith dominates the champion at the end of the match and delivers a pile driver and goes to the top rope for a high risk maneuver. Bernardo shakes the ropes and Sonny falls groin first on the turnbuckles making the referee disqualify Ringo. After the bell rings, Ringo and Bernardo delivers a beat down Smith until Maurice Bad runs out and clears the ring with a folded steel chair
Former Carnage star Scott Bastion along with the beautiful Melanie Lilisa have signed new Carnage contracts and will be making their return to the brand next week with a special interview with Jessica White

Jessica White is backstage with Queen Liana who will be a fish out of water tonight in the battle royal with 9 other men. Queen Liana claims that the 9 other Carnage stars will all bow to the Queen tonight. Queen Liana wants what she believes belongs to her at Meltdown, the SIW championship. Surprisingly some fans in the crowd start a “Brawl Kings rule” just to aggravate the Queen but it does not seem to bother her as she says the Brawl Kings should appreciate their only five fans in the world

The fans give DDHK and Michelle a standing ovation as they appear on the Trevortron. Michelle talks about Poison being jealous because she has a title shot next Monday but now the match has become a triple threat with Poison involved because she cried to management. Michelle wonders what kind sexual favors Poison handed out to get in the match. DDHK thinks Michelle can become the new champion this Monday just like he should single handedly win the tag team titles from R.C. Aries in the next match
The next match is a one on one match between R.C. Aries and SIW Champion DDHK but with the SIW Tag Team championship on the line. DDHK and Aries lock up in a test of strength with Aries throwing DDHK in the corner. Aries charges the SIW Champion but DDHK moves and delivers an impaler DDT. DDHK covers but Aries kicks out at two. DDHK whips Aries to the ropes and delivers a drop kicks but Aries wisely drops to the canvas and slides out of the ring. DDHK chases him around the ring until Aries slides back in and starts stomping his lower back. Aries applies the RCF in the middle of the ring and DDHK is in trouble. The SIW champion struggles but finally manages to break out of the whole. Aries whips him in the corner and charges him with an elbow but DDHK moves and drops Aries with a spinning side slam knocking down the referee in the process. DDHK has full momentum and the fans start a “DDHK” chant as he calls for the Direct Hit. R.C. Aries kicks DDHK in the midsection and delivers an European uppercut. Aries gets a folded steel chair and goes to strike DDHK but out of nowhere NuTz appears from the crowd and takes the chair away from him. NuTz swings the chair but shifts towards the SIW champion and knocks him out cold. Aries covers as the referee counts a slow three. Aries is awarded both tag titles and he gets into a stare down with NuTz until Aries shocks everyone as he offers one belt to NuTz. The veteran snatches the title and shakes his hand. Ringo, Aries, Bernardo and NuTz are booed as they celebrate the new lineup of Ego Trip

Michelle dominates Rashaa Kaad in singles competiton. Kaad tries everything but fails to pick up the W as she falls victim to the playboy effect and gets pinned to lose the match
Video package for Scott Steele. This talented youngster from Michigan will make his carnage debut next week in a match against former SIW lightweight champion Gabriel Cervantes. Mike “The Mic” announces that the winner of the match will get a SIW lightweight championship title shot at Meltdown. This could be a great opportunity for the debuting Scott Steele and the former champion who still has a score to settle with Krazy J.
After a short break, SIW champion Darren Knight receives medical attention with fiancé Michelle by his side. Banks asks him if he is going to be alright and DDHK assures him he will be fine. DDHK is not surprised that NuTz sold out to those cheaters in Ego Trip and wants a chance to take each and every one of them out
Metalgod makes a surprise appearance on Carnage and announces that he has been added to the battle royal to replace C.R. Roberts. Metalgod warns the other participants that he is going to send them all to hell and not to get in his way because they will get burned

The Bad Assassins dominate Ego Trip in the battle royal as they eliminate R.C. Aries and NuTz one after the other. Bad and Smith then start brawling trying to eliminate one another but out of nowhere Ringo flips them both over the top rope getting the double elimination. Rick Thorn then shocks everyone by nailing the North American champion with a clothesline and Ringo goes over the top rope but only one foot touches the ground. Rick Thorn can’t believe it and thinks he’s going to Meltdown to get a shot at the SIW Championship but from behind Rringo launches him over the top rope to win the huge match as the show ends
