Carnage got underway live from Providence with a match between Knux who was accompanied by “Indestructible” Ian Bishop and “Powerhouse” Tim Smith. Knux whipped Smith to the ropes only to get nailed with a flying body press. Smith jumped off the second rope but Knux caught him in mid air and delivered a spine buster in the middle of the ring. Smith gained control of the match but was soon knocked down by a chair shot from Bishop. The referee awarded the match to Smith due to a disqualification. At the end of the match, Bishop set up a glass table and ordered Knux to put Smith through it which he did. Bishop grabbed the mic and warned Natedawg that what happened to Smith is just a preview of what is going to happen to him at Wrestlfest. Bishop said if Nate has any balls he’ll come to Carnage next week and sign their Wrestlfest contract. Brawl GM Greg Banks made a surprise appearance and announced that he had no problem helping the weak Carnage brand by supplying one of his top class wrestlers. Banks said just like at Wrestlefest, World Tag Team Champion Natedawg is going to kick his ass. As Banks turned around, he stood face to face with Carnage GM Titan who appeared annoyed at seeing Banks. Titan grabbed him by his throat but of a sudden Natedawg and Maurice Bad come out and assault Titan until Bishop and Knux evened things up. Dozens of security and officials had to break them apart.
Jaffar held another edition of Jaffar’s Cave and his guest was none other than former SIW Women’s Champion Angelica Hunt who came out wearing her new Burqa. Jaffar told her she was beautiful and had a much better body than his other fifteen wives back in Iraq. They hyped up her match which was coming up next and Jaffar somehow convinced Angie that by turning to the Muslim religion and believing in Allah will make her a better person. Angie said from now on she will stand by Jaffar which caused and uproar in the crowd. Jaffar called the fans American pigs and told them that he and Angie would be together whether they like it or not.

Angel was backstage on the phone with someone who confirmed that he would be his partner for Meltdown. The person told Angel that they would be arriving at the arena shortly. The cameras then focused on the SI Heavyweight Champion Brandon Gateman and Michelle. Gateman told her that he enjoyed her match but told her he was concerned about her friendship with Doogan. Gateman forbidded her to talk to him under any circumstances.

The O’Connor Brothers, Chris O’Connor and SIW Lightweight champion David O’Connor made their way to the ring to take on the popular Alcoholics Anonymous. This was one of the greatest tag team matches that the SIW has seen in quite some time. Stlyez nailed Chris with the Pimpin’ Bitch Slap but from behind David clipped his knee. David continued to dominate the match until Stylez managed to sneak in a tag. Airington picked up the win for his team after delivering the AirSlam to David and pinned him. After the match, Stylez and Airington hyped up their match at Meltodwn against the SIW Tag Team Champions A.P.B until they were cut off by C-Mac on the Trevortron live from a satellite feed. C-Mac told Stylez that he’s gone to far with Alora and it was time for the bullshit to end. Stylez suggested that since he exercised his title shot option next week on Brawl it leaves him open for Wrestlefest. Stylez challenged him to a match in which the winner will walk out with Alora Wright. C-Mac liked the idea and said he couldn’t lose. C-Mac then left them with a little surprise before leaving. Kulbber and Sylk appeared from the crowd to beat them down and nailed both of them with a modified 3-D’s.
New SIW Extreme Champion NuTz was cutting a promo with Christina York for his match at Meltdown against Metalgod and “Powerhouse” Tim Smith. NuTz said both his opponents lost their matches so what makes them think one of them will walk out with his title at Meltdown? NuTz then brought up what happened on Brawl. He told Soren that Stylez is a jackass and got what he deserved but not to mistake his kindness for weakness. NuTz said that at Wrestlefest he is going to prove to the world that he has more stamina that Soren and prove that he should of won the Assault rumble.

After a commercial break, fan favorite Angel took on the seven foot monster Dark Tiger who was accompanied by Fire Fox. Tiger kept Angel in the corner with a choke hold and almost got disqualified several times. Tiger stayed on top of the match by using power moves but his plans would soon backfire. As Tiger set up Angel on the top rope, the former SIW Heavyweight champion nailed him with a lefts and rights and an elbow shot knocked Tiger down to the canvas. Fire Fox then jumped on the apron but was kicked off by Angel who proceeded with the Salvation Splash and pinned Tiger to win the match. After the match, Angel said that there was one man that stepped up over the last week and offered to team up with him to fight the scum of Carnage that are Bishop and Gateman with their idiot referee Matt Uzi. The man was the same man that was going to beat Gateman in the main event, former SIW Champion Duane Doogan.

Envy and Doogan were talking backstage before his match and he expressed interest in making their relationship work again. Apparently they had a thing back in the UWWE and there was a secret between them that no one knows about. Envy asked him if he was sure he wanted to get back together after what happened in the past and Doogan said they owe it to themselves to try and make it work again.
Before the main event, Titan made his way to the ring and looked upset. Titan congratulated Angel on finding a partner but said he wanted to spice up the main event on Carnage. Titan introduced experienced referee Matt Uzi, talented time keeper Ian Bishop and orally at our service would be guest commentator Knux. Doogan hit a big power slam for a two count and Gateman rolled to the outside. Knux and Bishop got up from their seats. Doogan followed Gateman outside and then knocked Knux back in his chair with a big right hand. Doogan went after Bishop with a chair but the Matt Uzi grabbed it out of his hands. Back in the ring and Gateman dominated the match. Bishop came in the ring with the belt and went to nail Doogan but Duane took him down with his DooganDT. As Doogan continued the match, Uzi was attending to Bishop, Gateman nailed Doogan in the head with the belt and covered but Doogan kicked out! Uzi and Gateman couldn’t believe what just happened. Gateman charged at Doogan but Duane hit a reversed neck breaker on the champ and went for a cover but Uzi pretended to have something in his eye. Seconds later, Angel came out with referee Wayne Cashmere. Angel nailed Uzi with the Atonement Spear and Doogan knocked Bishop and Knux off the apron with a double clothesline. Doogan nailed Gateman with the DooganDT and covered him while the real ref counted to three. Titan came out after the match and said Uzi was the official of the match so Angel and Doogan cheated. Titan told Wayne that it would be the last time he stuck his nose in his business because he was fired thanks to listening to Angel. Titan then ordered his guys to beat down Angel and Doogan in the middle of the ring. Uzi, Knux, Gateman and Bishop did a number on Angel and Doogan until A.P.B came to the ring to even things up. Titan then sent out Stylez and Airington to go after A.P.B but from the crowd, Nate and Bad showed up and Bad held Bishop from behind as Nate smashed glass bong over his head as Carnage went off the air.
