Ego Trip comes out to a booing crowd and claim Ringo was robbed last Sunday and should be the new SIW champion. As announced last week by general manager Greg Banks, new SIW women’s champion Michelle takes on Queen Liana not only for the crown but after the results of Meltdown, the women’s championship is also on the line. This great classic match is ruined when Jill comes out and knocks out both divas with a folded steel chair and causes a double disqualification. Jill throws both of them over the top rope and declares herself the “Ultimate Diva” on Carnage
Krazy J cuts a promo with Jessica White and says that finally someone worthy gets a decent push at the SIW championship referring to his win over Gabriel Cervantes at Meltdown to earn a spot in the money in the bank ladder match at Wrestlfest. Krazy was scheduled to fight Maurice and NuTz in a triple threat tonight but after his shocking loss to Smith at Meltdown, Bad may be hanging up the boots. So tonight Krazy and SIW tag team champion NuTz will go one on one. Krazy needs this win if he wants to be taken as a serious contender
Scott Bastion is said to be frustrated by what happened last week and doesn’t care much for Greg’s shenanigans. Bastion takes out his anger on Scott Steele this week and pretty much dominates the rookie. After a vicious knee to Steele’s face in the corner, Bastion applies a dragon sleeper and puts him away via submission as he passes out. After the match, Melanie and Bastion celebrate until Banks comes out and says he’s starting to get impressed by Bastion’s work. Banks says next week he wants to see how he does in a match against one half of the SIW tag team champions who is a submission specialist, R.C. Aries in a submission match

Bernardo is backstage with R.C. Aries before his match against Sonny Smith and tells the SIW tag team champion that he has his back in his match tonight. Aries has a pin fall over the current SIW champion DDHK, can he get a win over the #1 contender?
”The Assassin” Sonny Smith is coming off a huge win from Meltdown where he made Maurice Bad tap out to his own finisher the Bad Lock but this week he takes on a much younger and faster R.C. Aries. Smith is down early in the match after getting hit with the Aries Rush combo. R.C. applies the Philippine Crab in the middle of the ring and Smith looks to be in trouble. Smith manages to grab R.C.’s leg and break our of the hold. Smith slides out of the ring for a breather but out of nowhere Aries jumps off the top rope to the outside and delivers a clothesline. Both men are hurt and down but they are back in the ring before the ten count. Aries continues to impress the crowd with his technical abilities but Smith turns things around late in the match after countering a DDT into a spine buster. Smith is still not able to put away Aries and the match continues but all of a sudden Scott Bastion comes out to watch the match. Bernardo gets in Bastion’s face but he pushes the manager to the ground. Aries makes the mistake of turning his attention to Bastion at ringside and Smith attacks him from behind and pins him after delivering the Assassination. After the match Bastion applies the chicken wing hold to Aries but Bernardo gets help as NuTz quickly comes out swinging a chair and chases Bastion out of the ring

SIW Lightweight champion Rick Thorn successfully defended his championship at Meltdown against Scott Steele. Thorn does an interview with Jessica White and claims he has saved the lightweight division from scum like Krazy J and that terrible excuse of a human being that used to travel with the roster Justin TrueLove. Thorn is confronted by Gabriel Cervantes who tells him he didn’t save anything because the best wrestler is currently not wearing the lightweight title. Gab and Thorn get into a stare down and things start getting ugly as they start pushing each other. Security quickly holds them back and Greg Banks tells them that they are both great competitors in the lightweight division that’s why he has decided that everyone will find out just who is the very best. At Wrestlefest, it will be Gabriel Cervantes going one on one against Rick Thorn for the SIW Lightweight championship
Hall of fame diva Angelica Hunt makes a surprise appearance at Carnage. Angelica has the honor of naming the first inductee of the SIW hall of fame 2008. Angela announces she will induct her long time rival Hannah Parks into the hall of fame at Wrestlefest
Just five days after their huge match at Meltdown, DDHK and Ringo continue their battle in Carnage’s main event. Ringo whips DDHK into the turnbuckles and delivers a corner clothesline followed by the Ringo Bingo but DDHK counters the finisher and executes an atomic drop. DDHK goes off the ropes and spears Ringo. DDHK covers but it’s not enough to put away the SIW North American champion. Ringo avoids getting crushes in the corner with a kick to DDHK’s face and delivers a drop kick. Ringo delivers the Ringo Rocket off the top rope but DDHK moves and Ringo lands on the canvas. DDHK strikes the challenger with lefts and rights and then applies a Texas Cloverleaf and tries to make Ringo tap out but Ringo reaches the ropes. DDHK tries an inside cradle only to get reversed by Ringo but DDHK kicks out before three. The continues back and forth with no one really getting the upper hand but then DDHK is looking good after delivering a spear and goes to the top rope for a flying elbow drop but out of nowhere a weak Ringo jumps up and levels the SIW Champion with a devastating elbow to his cheek bone and DDHK falls to the outside hitting his ribs on the commentary table. The referee counts to ten and counts out DDHK and awards the match to Ringo who can barely get back to his feet. NuTz and R.C. Aries run out and deliver a huge beat down on DDHK until Sonny Smith and Gabriel Cervantes even the odds. Aries doesn’t seem please about his brother siding with Smith and DDHK as Ego Trip retreat backstage as the program ends
