The Road To Wrestlefest continued in beautiful British Columbia. The program started with general manager Kevin “Titan” McColl coming out to the ring to announce Carnage’s main event at Wrestlefest. Titan decided to go with a triple threat for the SIW Heavyweight Championship; which will be the first time we see the title at the biggest pay per view of the year. Titan shocked everyone when he announced that Brandon Gateman will put the championship on the line against a competitor that will get his very last chance, Angel and a man that Titan explained is the most underrated superstar of all time, Dallas Nash. The fans started booing as Titan called out Nash and the two greeted each other with a hug. Nash told Banks to stick his contract up his ass and that he now works for Titan and the Carnage brand.
The first match of the night was a Money in the Bank qualifier between one half of the SIW Tag Team Champions Klubber Klabanski and SIW Extreme Champion Metalgod. Before the action started, A.P.B talked about what happen last week when Jason Snow screwed Walker out of the SIW Heavyweight championship. Sylk said that it should be him in the main event at Wrestlefest and not that fraud Brandon Gateman. Metalgod got tired of waiting and got the match started by attacking Klubber. Heaven Lee looked better than ever and used her great looks to distract Klubber on several occasions but Klubber stayed focused. Klubber dominated and then dropped Metalgod with a running powerslam. Jason Snow rushed out and attacked Sylk Walker. Instead of going for a cover, Klubber got out of the ring to help his partner and went to whip Snow into the Spanish table but Snow reversed it leaving Klubber on the ground in a world of hurt. As Snow continued to beat down on Klubber, Walker nailed him with a tackle takedown but back in the ring the referee counted out Klubber and awarded the match to Metalgod. A.P.B wanted to put Snow through a table but the future hall of famer managed to escape through the crowd.
Wrestfest 2006 will be held live from the Georgia Dome on March 26, 2006. This sports entertainment spectacle happens only once a year and will include the superstars of Brawl and Carnage as well as the traditional hall of fame induction which will include former SIW Champion Conviction, long time voice of Brawl, Jimmy Hayden and former SIW European and North American Champion Jason Snow. During SIW Unlimited, A.P.B told Snow that he can run but he can’t hide and then threatened to break every bone in his body. At that moment, Angel and some other staff members said they saw Snow running down the left hall.
In the next qualifier, SIW North American Champion “Powerhouse” Tim Smith was accompanied by Cass as he took on Dark Tiger in another classic confrontation. Tiger nailed Smith with a big boot as he came off the ropes, Fire Fox decided to get revenge on Cass for leaving her on the side of a highway last week and arresting her by pretending to be a cop. Late in the match, Fire Fox hit Cass with a low blow but back in the ring Smith got Tiger down by clipping his knee and pinned him using a handful of tights. After the match, Cass clotheslined Fire Fox but he was then hit by Tiger with a folded steel chair. Dark Tiger then nailed Smith with the Vortex of Darkness on the chair which left the champion motionless in the middle of the ring. Dark Tiger looked at the SIW North American title and told Smith he can't hang on to it forver
Christina York held an interview with the O’Connor Brothers. Chris said that he thinks it’s ridiculous that his brother has to fight a girl at the company’s biggest event of the year. The fans started booing the brothers as they mocked their hometown star. SIW Lightweight Champion David O’Connor praised Uzi for speaking the truth about Envy and Doogan and said that he believes the rumors that she is too depressed to make it to Wrestlefest. They were soon interrupted by the “Sexy Slayer” who told them that she won’t let Uzi or anybody else ruin her career. Envy made it official and told David that she will be at Wrestlefest to take her title back.
Breaking News – The SIW will start it’s annual draft on Monday April 3, 2006. The draft will last all month as both general managers will have a chance to draft someone from the opposing brand each week. Every employee working for the SIW is eligible to get drafted, no exceptions.
The Ghost took on SIW Tag Team champion “The Natural” Sylk Walker in the last qualifying match. Walker was in control most of the match until Jason Snow walked slowly down the entrance ramp with a mic in hand. Snow said that Titan wasn’t kidding when he said that A.P.B were serious pains in his ass. Walker looked on as Klubber smashed the mic on Snow’s head and then stuffed it in his mouth. As Klubber launched Snow off the entrance ramp, Ghost pushed Walker into the ropes and then rolled him up to get a pin fall for the upset win. After they destroyed Ghost and Rick in the ring, A.P.B announced that they are going to make Titan’s life a living hell for screwing them.
Brawl for All - For those that missed this week's Monday Night Brawl on the FX network.
During SIW Unlimited, Mike “The Mic” announced that Matt Uzi will induct long time friend Conviction into the SIW hall of fame on March 27 at Wrestlefest.
We learned that Armani Stylez demanded the next handicap match against the Fake Vex and Fake Enigma after they failed that taking out C-Mac last week. Vex misses a clothesline and Stylez hits him with the Spinnin’ Pimp Slap. Stylez dominated these imposters and pinned Enigma to win the match after delivering the Name Dropper. After the match, the arena lights went red and Stylez thought it was Alora coming to see him. Instead we heard the music of SIW champion C-Mac as two masked people club him down in the ring with baseball bats. They carry him to the parking lot and stuff him in a trunk of a car with a license plate that read “C-Mac”. They closed the trunk before getting into the car and peeled out of GM Place.
After a commercial break, SIW European Champion NuTz and Angelica Hunt cut a promo. NuTz said it’s thanks to Angelica that he’s still champion. He said that Soren cheated and if it wasn’t for her then who knows what would of happen. Angelica used the air time to express her hatred for Heaven Lee. Angelica said that the only reason Titan has a soft spot for her is because she gives good head.
The program ended with one of the bloodiest contract signings in SIW history. Matt Uzi made his entrance to thousands booing him and as Duane Doogan came out, they immediately engaged in a stare down. Dozens of road agents and officials get between them and force them to take a seat at the table. Doogan was sweating and you can tell he wanted to rip Uzi a new one. After signing the contract they exchanged heated words. Uzi called him a deadbeat father and said he feels sorry for his bastard child. Doogan jumps over the table and assaults Uzi with lefts and rights. Agents and officials try to separate them but they are pushed aside. Doogan sends Uzi to the outside and head first into the ring post and Uzi is busted wide open. Uzi escapes under the ring and as Doogan goes after him he is smashed in the face and busted wide open with a crow bar. More security comes out and hold back the bloody competitors as the program ended.
