The road to Wrestlefest continues on Carnage live from Orlando, Florida. The show starts with an unemployment match between Shane Ballance going against the dangerous Vex. The monster dominates Shane until the Fake Vex runs out and interferes causing Vex to get pinned and lose the match plus his job
Carnage General manager Greg Banks is backstage and welcomes Ecko, Marc Dustin and Angelica Hunt to Carnage. All three former superstars will be inducted to the SIW hall of fame this Sunday during the pre-show at Wrestlefest
A limo arrives in the parking lot. It’s none other than Brandon Gateman & Duane Doogan from Collision Course along with the SIW Lightweight Champion Michelle. Collision Course will battle the Bad Assassins and the SIW Tag Team Champions Grunge & Knight in the main event
Wrestlefest 2007 will be held live from the Tropicana Field in Tampa, Florida on March 25, 2006. This sports entertainment spectacle happens only once a year and will include the superstars of Brawl and Carnage as well as the traditional hall of fame induction.
Last Monday on Brawl, Nash came up short in the blockbuster representative match against C-Mac. This week Dallas Nash takes on Trent Jordan. Jordan gets many near falls over Nash but is not able to get the three count. Nash counters a corner clothesline with a kick to Jordan face and then drops him with the Ghettoplex and pins him to take the win. After the match, Nash calls out Gavin Payne and they get into a stare down in the middle of the ring. Nash tells Payne that he will give him his match next week on Carnage. Out of nowhere Nash kicks Payne in his left knee and applies a figure four leg lock in the middle on the ring. Several road agents are needed to pull off the controversial star
Greg Banks is backstage telling the Carnage Girls not to get involved with Michelle match against Asylum. Banks turns around and he’s face to face with SIW CEO Trevor Derickson. Banks shakes his hands and asks what bring him to Carnage. TJD says he’s happy with the job he has done so far as general manager, much better than that pig on Brawl Titan and he’s impressed with tonight’s main event. However TJD thinks there is something missing. Derickson announces that the match will have SIW champion Drako as guest referee and “The Greatest One” Matt Uzi will be the guest time keeper
Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed Monday Night Brawl this week.
The SIW Lightweight Championship is on the line as Michelle takes on Asylum. Asylum power out of an arm bar and sends Michelle into the corner and delivers a corner splash. Asylum rolls her up into an inside cradle but Michelle kicks out. The champion gets a burst of energy and drop kicks Asylum and whips him around corner to corner with delivering more vicious drop kicks. Michelle climbs to the top rope but Asylum climbs up also and launches her with a superplex. Asylum delivers the Near Death Experience and pins Michelle to end her title reign. After the match, the referee hands Asylum the title and as a sign of respect, Asylum raises Michelle’s arm
After a short break, Jessica White gets a few words from the new SIW Lightweight champion Asylum. He says that Michelle is one tough competitor and will give her a rematch whenever she wants. Asylum says it’s a honor to hold a title with so much history but it will not distract him from winning one of the most prestigious titles in SIW history at Wrestlefest, the North American championship. Asylum claims Grunge and Sonny Smith have no idea how ready he is for the match
SIW tag Team champions Grunge & Darren Knight meet with guest referee Drako and guest time keeper Matt Uzi. Drako tells the champs that he will call the match down the middle. Out of nowhere, Collision Course attack Drako and Uzi but Knight and Grunge get involved. Grunge and Knight beat down Collision Course until the Bad Assassins appear and join in the fight. It takes a lot of security to break this one up
The next match is a blockbuster 6 man tag team inter-brand elimination match with all 6 money in the bank competitors involved. Blain gets eliminated first by pin fall after Nutz delivers the NuTz N’ Bolts. Team Brawl continues to dominate as Metalgod eliminates Gabriel Cervantes by pin fall after delivering the God Bomb. Natedawg is left alone to battle the three Brawl competitors and does a great job dominating. Unfortunately being outnumbered takes it’s toll on Nate and he gets eliminated by C-Mac who delivers the Kiss Of Death dominator and pins him to take the win. After the match, all hell breaks loose in the ring as team Brawl attack each other and the Carnage team gets back in the ring and joins in the fight. Security breaks it up but this Sunday all 6 competitors will battle in the money in the bank ladder match
After a commercial break, Michelle is backstage letting out some frustration by annihilating the Carnage Girls. After a brutal attack, Michelle leaves the Carnage girls motionless on the ground
This week in Carnage history..........
March 24, 2005 - Three days before their Wrestlefest match, Latesha uses a can of mace to blind SIW Women’s champion Liana Lewis and drops her with her own finishing move, Liana’s Flow
Drako and Uzi are booed as they make their entrance for the main event. The teams come out and Drako gets the match started. As Uzi rings the bell, Doogan clotheslines him off the chair into the corner and kicks him in the head several times until Darren Knight attacks him from behind and whips Doogan into the steel steps. Back in the ring, Gateman and Bad double team Grunge until they miss a double clothesline and Grunge slides out of the ring. Smith is tagged in and gets a near fall on Gateman after delivering a DDT but he kicks out. Smith applies the Loc Jaw to Gateman in the middle of the ring but Knight breaks the hold with an elbow drop. Drako tries to get Doogan and Grunge back in their corners and when he turns around Smith whips Gateman to the ropes and he crashes into Drako and knocks him out of the ring. Doogan slams Grunge into the Spanish table but out of nowhere Uzi jumps on him and levels him with lefts and rights. Drako sees this and let’s Uzi assault Doogan. Back in the ring, Knight is in trouble as Maurice has him in the Bad Lock in the middle of ring. Darren in not able to reach the ropes but is saved when Gateman drops Bad with the BKO which breaks the Bad Lock. Out of nowhere, Drako nails Gateman with the Democratic Kick to his face. Doogan flips Uzi over the security wall and into the crowd and slides in the ring and stops Drako attack on Gateman with the DooganDT. While Drako is out, senior referee Sam Carter takes over and eventually calls the match a no contest as all three teams battle outside of the ring and refuse to listen to Carter’s orders
