Carnage starts with a video recap of Wrestlefest from last Sunday. General manager Greg Banks comes out and announces that Carnage chooses SIW Champion Drako as the first draft pick. SIW Tag Team Champions Grunge & Darren Knight come out and welcome Drako to Carnage
Gabriel Cervantes was scheduled to fight Zach Blain in the next match but his opponent suffered a spinal injury during the money in the bank match at Wrestlefest. Gabriel takes on Shane Ballance instead and wins the match as Shane tapes out to the Cervmission
North American Champion Sonny Smith is informed by Banks that he will team up with Scott Bastion since Maurice was drafted to Brawl. Smith and Bastion will take on Collision Course later in the night for the #1 contendership for the SIW Tag Team Championship

The Carnage girls come out for their dance show in the ring. Their little show ends quickly as Michelle comes out with a fire extinguisher and sprays them in their faces. Michelle clears the ring and gets a standing ovation. As Michelle celebrates, the arena lights dim and a female voice is heard over the sound system telling Michelle to watch her back because she is coming for her
Ragin’ Craig is on Carnage and comes to ringside calling out General manager Greg Banks who has a contract in hand. Banks shows Craig the offer and he signs it to make his Carnage return official. Craig says that Jill is still on Brawl due to contractual obligations but will make sure they are reunited on Carnage soon
Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed Monday Night Brawl this week
Collision Course are accompanied by Michelle as they take on SIW North American champion Sonny Smith and Scott Bastion to determine new #1 contenders for the SIW Tag Team championship. Gateman and Doogan dominate the inexperienced team and take the win when Gateman hits Bastion with the BKO and pins him. Collision Course and Michelle celebrate but from behind out of the crowd is Angel who nails Gateman with the Atonement Spear and viciously assaults him with lefts and rights. Gateman attacks Angel but security quickly comes out and breaks up the chaos in the ring
The Trevortron shows footage of SIW Extreme Champion Natedawg winning the money in bank match in a violent way at Wrestlefest. Natedawg then cuts a promo with a Jessica White and says he has the opportunity the challenge the SIW Champion Drako, or even the Heavyweight Champion, his former partner Maurice Bad. SIW Lightweight Champion Asylum appears and tells Nate that tonight is not about his win at Wrestlefest, it’s about taking on the tag team champions and beating them. Can Asylum and Natedawg co-exist as a team against the tag champs?
After a commercial break, Doogan tells Banks he’s sick of getting cheap shots from Angel and wants a match on Carnage in two weeks. Banks sanctions the match. However next week on Carnage, Collision Course will try to get back the SIW Tag Team Championship as they take on Grunge & Darren Knight
Dallas Nash comes out carrying a chain and is accompanied by his new enforcer Jamal Law. After weeks of avoiding Gavin Payne Nash gives him his match but not any match, a 4 corners chain match. Both competitors are chained together and in order to win, you must touch all four corners consecutively. Nash nails Payne in the face with the chain and busts him wide open early in the match. Nash whips him in the ropes and then chokes Gavin with the chain. A bloody Payne fights back but as he goes off the ropes, Jamal nails his back with a steel chair. Nash continues his assault on the outside and uses the chain to whip Gavin into the steel steps. Nash wraps the chain over Gavin neck and throws him over the security wall and then pulls him back over with the chain on his throat. Nash wins the match as he touches all four corners
Gavin Payne is escorted out of the arena to the nearest hospital. He may have suffered internal throat damage

March 31, 2005 Sullivan Arena|Anchorage, Alaska – Mike London defeated The Prophet to win the SIW Extreme Championship
Natedawg and Asylum take on Grunge and & Darren Knight for the SIW Tag Team championship in the main event. SIW Champion Drako takes on commentary during the match. Asylum delivers a flying body press to the outside and lands on Grunge. Knight attacks Asylum and the match gets out of control. Asylum hits Grunge with a suplex but out of nowhere, Drako hits him with a clothesline. Knight and Natedawg battle in the ring but Nate is tripped by Drako coming of the ropes and Darren pins him after delivering the Direct Hit
After the match, Collision Course take on Drako, Grunge & Knight but they are outnumbered when Angel attacks Doogan. Officials run out to the ring to stop the brawl as Carnage goes off the air
