Thursday Night Carnage started with SIW Lightweight/Tag Team Champion Mysery taking on Ian Bishop’s bodyguard Knux. The former Ozzy Osbourne & Judas Priests roadie was out for revenge after being attacked by O.C a few shows ago. Mysery was knocked down to the canvas by a big boot and Knux almost won the match but Prophet showed up at top of the entrance ramp and distracted Knux from the match. Before Prophet could make it to ringside, Carnage enforcer Vette was right behind him to stop him. Mysery won the match after he rolled up Knux from behind and pinned him with a handful of tights. As O.C. made their way backstage, Christina York welcomed former SIW Superstar Davyd North sitting in the front row in his home state of Alaska. Davyd North is a former SIW Lightweight Champion and former GCW Inter-Regional Champion.

Jimmy Hayden entered the ring and sadly announced that “Primetime” Ryan Johnson and David Von Ramrock have been released by the SIW due to contract disputes and that Trevor Derickson was in the hospital with pneumonia and will not be with the SIW for the U.K invasion this week-end. The twins, Angelica and Olivia then came out and said that their tag tournament match next Monday will be a handicap match against Rikki Cook due to Ramrock’s leave. “Red Hot” Rikki Cook then cut them off an introduced his new partner, it was none other than Katie Mysfit, Angelica’s arch rival.

The TrevorTron showed footage of SIW Tag Team Champion Prophet attacking Mike London backstage as he walked towards the curtain right before their match for the SIW Extreme Championship. London got his head split open after Prophet smashed him with a fax machine. Prophet then whipped London into the cement wall and crushed him with a metal crate on wheels. Prophet got the upset win over London after delivering a The Halls of Illusions splash through a table and pinned him to win the SIW Extreme Championship. On Carnage, both O.C members were declared double champions.

A video package was aired for Shelly The Bod. Footage was then shown from earlier in the day from SIW towers in New York City. Shelly The Bod a sensational athlete and in ring performer signed a contract to wrestle for the SIW. Make sure to watch for her debut very soon.

A black limo appeared in the parking lot. Christina York was on the scene to get an interview. The driver opened the door and it turned out to be a diva named Jill who was accompanied by wrestler Ragin’ Craig. Jill started a fight with Latesha the former SIW Women’s champion and SIW diva Envy. Vette had to step in and told all three ladies to save it for this Saturday. This week-end in England, all three divas will face each other in a triple threat match. They continued to walk to ringside and taunted the Spanish commentators and then Ragin’ Craig turned his attention to Davyd North in the front row. He slapped the former SIW Lightweight Champion and then pulled him over the steel barricade. Craig sent him out on a stretcher after delivering the Rage Factor on the concrete floor. Rage will be in England as well as he takes on Scotty Mac in his debut match.

After a commercial break, Khristian Call and “Powerhouse” Tim Smith settles their differences in a steel cage match. Smith dominated the beginning of the match and busted Call wide open after launching him head first in the cage several times. After executing the Decapitator, Smith started to climb the cage but at the last second, Call climbed up behind him and send him crashing to the mat with a belly to back suplex off the top of the cage. Khristian crawled all the way to the door to escape the cage but as the ref opened the door, Dr.Lucas pushed the official and slammed the door on Call’s face. Both men laid unconscious on the canvas until Call barely got up and delivered his Falling Down cradle suplex piledriver and pinned Smith to win the brutal match. Both competitors received medical attention after the match.

Christina York held a one on one interview with Carnage enforcer Vette. He said some people in the company are too cocky for their own good, and need to be taught a lesson and that’s what his job description was. Undefeated SIW superstar James Airington then came out and told Vette to shut up and step aside. He took over the interview and talked about the bullshit he had to face at Wrestlefest. Before he could call out Shelby Kirby, Vette grabbed the mic from Airington’s hand. Airington responded with a fist to Vette’s mouth but Vette whipped him to the ropes and leveled him with a big boot to his face. Vette warned the guys in the locker room not to get out of line or they’ll end up like Airington.

A promo for SIW Full Force was aired and another match was announced. The Uncanny Inferno will put the SIW North American Championship on the line against The Renegade© who will make his return to the SIW sometime this month. James Airington received a memo from Shelby Kirby before he left the arena to meet up with London at the clinic. Apparently she booked him in a handicap match next week against VeX and Enigma. Airington smashed Vette’s Mercedes with a sledge hammer before he left and the enforcer chased after him outside of the arena.

The SIW's Women's champion Liana Lewis was sending an application to SIW management to fight Mysery in a barbed wire hardcore match against Mysery. She got orders to talk to either Shelby and/or Titan. Shelby told her that she'll get back to her in 2 to 4 weeks. Maybe she'll have better luck next Monday when she asks Titan.

H-Bomb was scared to be alone backstage and was still in shock from almost being hit by a car earlier this week. Knux was looking for the O.C and James and London were out of the building so Bishop was left alone to take care of H-Bomb. As the SIW Champion Glenn Kirby waited in the ring, the current SIW European Champion came on the Trevortron and said he wasn’t fighting in a non-title match. Everyone is still wondering if the A.O.A was behind the wheel at the time of the incident. As Kirby celebrated a forfeit win, Shelby Kirby then came out and surprised her brother with a replacement challenger, Angel. The A.O.A and Angel performed a great non-title match until Matt Uzi, the “New Era” came to ringside and threw a chair in the ring. Kirby couldn’t hold himself back and used the steel chair to bust up Angel’s head but from behind, Uzi smashed purgatory over Kirby’s back and then leveled him with the Uzi Piledriver. The ref called the match a double DQ due to all the chaos. Carnage ended with Uzi holding up the SIW World championship above both bodies on the ground.
