Carnage starts with SIW Tag Team champions Grunge and Darren Knight coming to ringside to make predictions. Grunge & Knight predict that the #1 contenders for their titles Collision Course will lose to the greatest tag team in the SIW tonight in the main event. Duane Doogan and Brandon Gateman come out and it doesn’t take long for a brawl to break out in the ring. Officials and road agents try to break up the fight but they are pushes aside by both teams. Security eventually break it up
The Lightweight Championship is on the line in the first match as Asylum takes on the challenger Gabriel Cervantes. Asylum goes off the top rope with a flying body press and covers but Cervantes kicks out and slides out of the ring. Cervantes pulls Asylum out of the ring and whips him into the security wall. Cervantes slides him back in the ring and then applies the Cervmission. Asylum is about to tap out but eventually reaches the ropes to break the hold. Late in the match, Asylum rolls up his opponent into an inside cradle but Cervantes covers and pins Asylum to get the huge upset win. Gabriel Cervantes takes the Lightweight title and quickly leaves ringside
SIW North American Champion Sonny Smith cuts a promo before his big match against SIW veteran Angel. Smith says that many months ago he defeated his former partner Glenn Kirby and unfortunately Angel will suffer the same fate tonight. Smith also denies any rumors that he’s getting drafted to Brawl and that Titan has not even contacted him

Although he has been controversial on recent SIW programming, Angel gets a nice pop from the crowd as he comes out to ringside on his Harley Davidson. Sonny makes his entrance and as soon as eh enters the ring Angel strikes and the match starts. Angel is more aggressive than ever and gets an early near fall after delivering a DDT. Smith kicks out at two and avoids a corner splash and drops Angel with a running bulldog. Smith goes to apply the Loc Jaw but Angel counters and rolls him up for a pin but only gets a to count. As the match continues, Angel begins to dominate but from the back is “The Living Legend” Duane Doogan who makes hs way to ringside. Angel ignores him until Doogan gets involved in the match by tripping him as he bounces off the ropes. Angel kicks Doogan in the head but then Doogan pulls him out of the ring and delivers the DooganDT. The referee awards the match to Angel via DQ but Doogan continues to assault him. Smith doesn’t do anything and walks away watching Doogan power slam Angel on the entrance ramp
Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed Monday Night Brawl this week
Jessica White calls out SIW Champion Drako to the ring to announce his first title defense on Carnage next week. Before Drako can say anything, he’s interrupted by none other than one half of the tag team champions Grunge who surprises him by challenging him to a match next week. Drako likes the idea but then Brandon Gateman comes out accompanied by his fiancée Michelle and says that if anyone deserves a title shot, it’s Brandon Gateman because he was screwed at Wrestlefest. All three competitors start arguing until General manager Greg Banks comes out and says that he has a solution. Banks announces that since Drako and Grunge agreed on a title match, he also he agrees that Gateman was screwed at Wrestlefest, next week on Carnage, were going to have a triple threat for the SIW Championship. It will be Drako defending the championship against Grunge and Gateman. The SIW Championship has not been defended on a Carnage show for over two years
Money In The Bank winner and Extreme champion Natedawg comes out carrying his briefcase for his match against Ragin’ Craig. Nate says that if wanted to he could add himself to next week’s main event and make it a four way dance but he thinks the timing is not right. Natedawg then shows footage on the Trevotron of his big win at Wrestlefest but Ragin’ Craig cuts the video with his entrance and attacks Natedawg. Craig places Nate’s head on the steel steps and goes to hit him with a steel chair but Nate moves and kicks Craig in his groin. Nate whips Craig into the steel steps and then pulls out a sledge hammer from under the ring. Nate goes to hit Craig but Craig blocks the shot with Natedawg’s briefcase and then tackles Nate into the security wall. Craig pulls out a table from under the ring and sets it up so he can drop Nate with the Rage Factor but Nate avoids the maneuver and drops Craig on the entrance ramp with a snap suplex. Late in the match, Craig calls for someone in the back and out comes Shane Balance, Johnny Jobber & Trent Jordan ambush the Extreme Champion for Craig. Nate fights back and throws all three of them off the entrance ramp but out of nowhere Craig delivers the Rage Factor and pins him to steal the win
After a commercial break, new SIW Lightweight Champion Gabriel Cervantes is interviewed by Jessica White and says that he finally shut up his critics tonight. Asylum appears and tells him not to get too comfortable with his belt because next week he is using his rematch option
General Manager Greg Banks comes to ringside to announce Carnage’s second draft choice and double main event feature on the show next week. Banks announces that next week’s show will feature a double main event. One will be the triple threat match for the Heavyweight Championship involving Grunge, Gateman & Drako and a triple threat for the SIW North American Championship involving Angel, Doogan & Smith. Banks then drops a bombshell when he announces that that the newest Carnage member is none other than the first lady of the SIW & former three time Women’s Champion Liana Lewis. Liana’s music is played but she does not come out. Banks doesn’t seem too happy about this but from behind, Liana appears from the crowd and nails her new boss with a low blow and then drops him with Liana’s Flow. Liana makes her presence felt on her Carnage return

April 7, 2005 Hallam Aena| Shefield, England – Angel Authority defeated Ian Bishop & Knux
Grunge & Darren Knight have their hands full in the main event as they defend the SIW Tag Team titles against Collision Course accompanied by Michelle. Grunge hits Gateman with several elbows to his face in the corner and then whips him to the outside. Doogan and Knight battle on the other side and senior referee Sam Carter has a hard time keeping control of the match. Grunge hits Gateman with a big boot to his face and covers but Gateman kicks out. Coming off the ropes, Gateman hits Grunge with the BKO and covers but Knight jumps off the top rope with a leg drop and breaks the count. Knight beats down Gateman in the corner until Doogan delivers a corner splash squashing both Knight and Gateman by mistake. Gateman and Doogan get into an altercation and out of nowhere, Grunge clotheslines Doogan out of the ring and Knight rolls up Gateman with a handful of tights and takes the win for his team
After the match, Collision Course assault the tag team champions until Drako comes out swinging a steel chair and forcing Collision Course to exit the ring. Angel comes out to a nice pop from the crowd and attacks Doogan but he’s soon double teamed by Gateman and Doogan as they beat him down on the entrance ramp until security breaks it up. Back in the ring, Drako shocks the whole world as he levels Grunge with a steel chair shot to his face. Darren Knight is even shocked as he checks on his knocked out partner as the show ends
