General Manager Kevin “Titan” McColl comes out wearing a Henrik Lundqvist Rangers jersey for his homecoming at Madison Square Garden. Titan says its great to be back home but admits the new venue fees are a rip off. Titan calls out Greg Banks who’s wearing a Jaromir Jagr jersey and gets a nice pop from the crowd. Titan said that he and his assistant decided that no matter what happens tonight, Angel and Brandon Gateman won’t be walking out with the SIW Heavyweight Championship at his homecoming. They are soon interrupted by former SIW Champion, the self proclaimed “Greatest One” Duane Doogan. Uzi chants fills the arena every time he tries to speak. Doogan said that he is sick of seeing Angel, Gateman and Nash fight for a title they don’t deserve. Doogan reminds everyone that he’s a former SIW Champion, male wrestler of the year and the man that single handedly retired Matt Uzi at Wrestlefest. Doogan demands a title shot next week on Carnage. Banks convinces Titan that Doogan has a point. Titan tells him he will think about it.
The first match was a non title triple threat match between JD Stars, “The Assassin” Sonny Smith and the current SIW North American champion “Powerhouse” Tim Smith. Before the match started, JD Stars questioned why they both had the same last name and suggested they are gay brothers. As the match progressed, former SIW Champion Grunge made his way to ringside to take on commentary with Mike “The Mic” and Travis Dunns. Stars hits Sonny with a reversed neck breaker in the middle of the ring and covers him by Sonny kicks out. On the outside, Grunge removes the mat from the concrete floor and hits Tim with the Grunganator. The North American champion is busted open. Back in the ring, JD Stars rolls Sonny in an small package but Sonny reverses in his favor and gets the upset win. Sonny and JD continue to battle but both of them are laid out by Grunge who smashed a folded steel chair on their heads. Paramedics take out Tim Smith and it is announced that Grunge may have caused him a concussion.

The next match was hyped as a no holds barred bra and panties match but the network sent management a registered letter stating they will not allow such material on the program. The SIW Lightweight Championship was up for grabs as “The Sexy Slayer” Envy took on Heaven Lee and Summer Andrews in a triple threat. The match was taken to the outside where Summer whipped Envy into the steel post and then locked Heaven in a choke hold. Heaven was struggling to get air but from behind, her dog Lucy Fur bit Andrews leg to break the choke hold. Heaven kicks her in the face and then gets back in the ring. The match ended when Envy hit Heaven and Summer with a double clothesline and then pinned Heaven to win the match after delivering the Green Envy. After the match, Envy was celebrating but out of nowhere some maniac who calls himself Ibja comes out and levels her with a head butt followed by Gutwrench Powerbomb .Ibja locks in a STF Guillotine and doesn’t let go. Rumor has it that Ibja was kicked out and banned from college wrestling at Boston University for busting one of his opponents spleen with the STF Guillotine.

"The Serial Thrilla" Mikey Lee gave Metalgod a rematch for the SIW Extreme championship. Metalgod hits the Godsuplex off the top rope and then Heaven helps him set up a table in the middle of the ring. Metalgod pours lighter fluid all over the table and then sets it on fire with a match. Metalgod sets up Mikey for the Godbomb but the champion counters and delivers a back body drop through the flaming table. Lee covers Metalgod to retain the SIW Hardcore championship. Both competitors are taken out by paramedics after the match.
During SIW Unlimited, SIW Heavyweight Champion Angel arrives at the arena accompanied by Jessie. Christina York catches up to him to get a few words. Angel denies the rumors that TJD and/or Liana have contacted him about getting drafted to Brawl. Angel says that he had a good feeling about his match and that he will still be champion next Thursday.
”The Greatest One” Duane Doogan made his way to the ring to fight NuTz who was drafted to Brawl on Monday but last week and was screwed by Doogan on Carnage during their tag team match. Doogan claims that NuTz didn’t make it to New York because he was scared of the Greatest One. Uzi chants fill the arena which really irritates Doogan. NuTz’s music hits and Doogan gets ready to fight. Little Jimmy Hagen the midget comes out dressed as NuTz. He bites Doogan’s left arm and the match stars. Doogan punches him in the head then kicks him in the corner and levels him with another kick to his face in the corner. Doogan drops the midget with five DooganDT’s and covers him to win the match.
It’s announced that North American champion “Powerhouse” Tim Smith will be out indefinitely with a concussion. The SIW North American championship has been vacated till next week and will be on the line in a triple threat match between Sonny Smith, JD Stars and Grunge.
A.P.B put the SIW Tag Team Championship on the line against the Disciples Of Darkness in the next tag team match. Dark Tiger used his size to dominate the tag team champs. Tiger stayed on his feet as he took a double clothesline but he was eventually taken down with a double drop kick from A.P.B which sent him to the outside. Late in the match Gabriel is tagged in but is dominated by Klubber who delivers a devastating running powerslam. A.P.B retain their titles by pin fall after Sylk hits the Natural Brain Buster and covers Gabriel for the win. As A.P.B celebrate, Greg Banks comes out and tells them that next week, as per Titan’s orders, they will be involved in some singles competition. It will be Sylk Walker taking on Klubber Klabanski and the winner will fight Doogan to determine a #1 contender for the SIW Heavyweight Championship the following week. Banks told them they better appreciate Titan’s generosity because he can easily take their opportunities away. He then added that Duane Doogan will be the special guest referee.
Brandon Gateman and Michelle cut a promo before the main event. Michelle hypes her match with Erica next week and Gateman says it’s unfortunate that Angel’s title reign will have to be cut short tonight because he was going to become a two time SIW Heavyweight Champion when the final bell rings.
Titan and his assistant Banks are checking out the halls of Madison Square Garden. They walk by pictures of old Knicks and Rangers championship teams and then come across a picture of Titan. Banks thinks it’s unbelievable but a building administrator accuses Titan of posting his own picture on the wall. Titan is angry and disappointed when he is told to take it down.
The main event was a triple threat falls count anywhere match for the SIW Heavyweight Championship. Dallas Nash came out with Titan and Banks who was carrying Titan’s picture frame. SIW Heavyweight Champion Angel made his entrance accompanied by Jessie and shook Gateman’s hand when he got in the ring but ignored Nash completely. Senior referee Sam Carter is pushed aside by Nash and the match is started as he attacks Angel. Gateman jumps Nash and they take the fight to the outside of the ring. Gateman tells Michelle to move as he whips Nash into the security wall several times. Angel leaps off the tope rope to the outside with a flying body press and crashes into Gateman. Late in the match, Gateman is in control and levels Angel with an inverted DDT and goes for a cover but Nash breaks the count by dropping an elbow to Carter’s head. Nash throws Gateman to the outside but is hit with the Atonement Spear. Angel can’t get a cover, the referee is still out. Titan pulls out a set of handcuffs and locks Gateman to the bottom rope and repeatedly punches his rib cage and tells Michelle to mind her own business or she will get hurt. Banks is then on the apron and as Angel is whipped off the ropes, Banks smashed the picture frame over his head. Banks slaps Carter a few times to wake him up and Nash capitalizes and quickly covers Angel to get the huge win. Nash then nails Gateman with a baseball slide and is knocked down but still handcuffed. Titan, Banks and Nash held a huge celebration for winning the SIW Heavyweight Championship and Titan's homecoming as the program went off the air.
