Carnage starts with Trevor Derickson announcing that since Greg Banks was drafted to Monday Night Brawl, the company is in search of a new General Manager. Trevor says he has also decided to be at Carnage tonight just to watch Queen Liana wrestle her last match which is a loser leaves the SIW match against Havok. Trevor tells her not to let the door hit her ass on the way out
Monday Night Brawl presents Full Force on April 27, 2008 live from the Scottrade Center in St.Louis, Missouri!
The first match is a triangle elimination match between new SIW lightweight champion Gabriel Cervantes and former lightweight champions Khristian Call & Mike Morris. Call is the first to go as Cervantes delivers his new finishing move the Chain of Oppression and pins him. Morris tries to get even with Cervantes for his loss at WAR but can’t get the job done as he falls victim to the Chain of Oppression as well and gets pinned. Gabriel Cervantes celebrates after the match but all of a sudden he attacked from behind by “Shotgun” Shawn Payne. Shawn stomps Cervantes in the corner until officials are able to pull him off. Why would Shawn do such a thing?
New Carnage star ”The Golden Boy” Lucas Rodgers-Delaney cuts a promo with Jessica White and boasts about defeating SIW veteran Ian Bishop at Wednesday WAR even the though the win was controversial one with a Doogan interference. Delaney says Brandon Gateman is just as washed up and will suffer the same fate tonight
Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed this week’s edition of Monday Night Brawl
Mike “The Mic” & Marc Dustin announce that Carnage’s last draft pick will be chosen by the fans of the SIW via online poll. Results will be announced tonight
Shawn Payne tells Jessica White and the Carnage fans that Cervantes is overrated and he should be the lightweight champion in the SIW
Metalgod and money in the bank winner Scott Bastion battle in the next match which ends in a DQ win for Bastion as Aries comes out and levels him with lefts and rights and all hell breaks loose in the ring. Officials have a hard time breaking it up as they battle all the way backstage. Heavy security is needed to break up the. What is going to happen when they collide at Full Force? Will Bastion be able to bring the NA title back to Carnage?
Carnage star and former multi SIW champion Chris Macavedi has been incarcerated and a court date is scheduled in the month of May 30
Advertisement for the next Monday Night Brawl. Heavyweight champion JD Xtreme and #1 contender Natedawg are forced to battle in an evening gown match. The SIW European champion Reneagde / El Loco takes on SIW North American champion R.C. Aries in a champion vs champion match. This and much more on the FX Network next Monday
Queen Liana takes on Havok in the next loser leaves the SIW match as Trevor Derickson watches backstage on a monitor. Havok gets a cheap shot in as the bell rings and dominates the Queen. Havok levels her with a flying knee in the corner and covers but Liana kicks out. Havok misses a clothesline and gets hit with the Liana-canrana. Liana jumps off the top rope with a moonsault but Havok moves and she hits the canvas. Havok covers but Liana kicks out and Trevor is starting to get worried as she picks up momentum. Out of Havok delivers a spin buster and climbs to the top but Liana gets up and shakes the ropes making him fall on his groin. Liana elbows him and he falls back in the ring. The fans are on their feet as the Queen delivers Liana’s Flow and pins Havok to send him packing. Trevor is furious and leaves the arena as Queen Liana is declared the winner

Trevor is upset at the results of the last match and announces that Queen Liana will have to face another career threatening match next week on Carnage against Mike Morris
"The Golden Boy" Lucas Rodgers-Delaney makes his in ring Carnage debut against SIW veteran Brandon Gateman. The match ends up in a double count out as both competitors battle on the entrance ramp. The fans are shocked to see Ian Bishop come out and level Delaney with a folded steel chair shot to his skull and does the same to Gateman. Bishop gets a standing ovation as he announces that the fans have chosen him as the last draft pick to save Carnage. The arena goes dark and Doogan appears on the Trevortron. You can hear Bishop’s mother crying in the background as Doogan tells Bishop he can’t hide on Carnage because he is destined to R.I.P at Full Force
R.C. Aries confronts Bastion backstage and challenges him to put his money in the bank briefcase on the line also at Full Force. Bastion accepts the challenge and reminds R.C. that he made him tap out before and he’s going to do it again at Full Force
Sonny Smith is backstage with Michelle and cuts a promo with Jessica White. Smith says that Michelle can finally get on with her life after he saved her from Gateman at WAR. Smith says Krazy has a big mouth and it’s time someone does something about and that exactly what he’s going to do tonight in the main event
Former SIW Champion Darren Knight is currently in rehabilitation. His return is currently unknown
Christian "NoWon" Kuone and his wife Hotz makes their SIW return next week on Carnage
SIW Champion Sonny Smith accompanied by Michelle battle Krazy J in a non title match. Krazy J has been wanting a title shot for a long time now and a victory over Smith could earn him that opportunity. Smith launches Krazy with a back body drop and then drop kicks him into the corner. Smith charges him in the corner but Krazy moves and delivers a bulldog. Smith covers but Krazy kicks out before three. Smith delivers several knife edge shops in the corner and then whips Krazy to the ropes and misses a clothesline. Krazy capitalizes with a Spinning Roundhouse kick and covers but Smith kicks out. Krazy stays in control and calls for the Krazy Xpress but Smith counters and delivers the Assassination and pins him to win match. After the match, Krazy clotheslines Smith out of the ring and grabs Michelle by her hair. Krazy goes to kiss the diva but instead slaps her. Out of nowhere Smith spears Krazy and applies the Loc-Jaw as the program ends with Krazy tapping out from the pain
