The SIW was live in Honolulu, Hawaii for the first time in history for another edition of Thursday Night Carnage. “Red Hot” Rikki Cook came out wearing a Reyn Spooner Hawaiian shirt to ringside and said that someone very special and with tremendous power in the front office will be at Carnage but they will arrive later in the night. Some Trevor chants were heard but Rikki said it was better than the CEO himself. As he continued to tease the crowd with his announcement, Angelica cut him off and stood face to face with him. Out of nowhere she slapped him and thanked him for screwing up everything for her and her sister at Full Force. Rikki slapped her back and then Olivia came out to help out but it was too late, Angelica was hit with the High Temperature. As Rikki grabbed Olivia by her hair, Ian Bishop rushed out with a baseball bat and chased Cook out of the ring. As Bishop checked on Angelica and hugged Olivia, SIW North American Champion Uncanny Inferno came out in a fit of jealousy and got into a little confrontation with Bishop that turned into a shoving match. Apparently the SIW North American Champion still has feelings for Olivia.
The first match got underway and it was a non-title match between the SIW Women’s Champion Liana Lewis and Jill. Jill had the weight advantage but the champion was much quicker and really dominated near the end of the match and almost pinned Jill after a Tilt-a-Whirl Swinging DDT but Jill kicked out. Christina eventually stuck her nose in the match and grabbed Jill’s hairspray bottle and went to spray Liana but the champ ducked and Christina sprayed Jill in her eyes. Ragin Craig screamed for paramedics as referee awarded the match to Jill by DQ. Liana lost it and nailed Christina with Liana’s Flow and left her lying in the middle of the ring. Liana shoved her title in Christina’s face and told her to bring everything she’s got at Rampage
A limo arrived in the parking lot and Christina York rushed to see who it was. She was disappointed when Matt Uzi, NuTz and Tyler Osborn stepped out. Uzi and NuTz promised that Osborn will end Blain’s career on Carnage and there was nothing anyone could do about it. They told York to get lost and left to find the SIW World Champion Angel to give him the beating of his life.
After a promo for the Triple Threat main event for the Heavyweight Championship at SIWA Wednesday War, Ragin' Craig and the SIW Tag Team Champions O.C took on Asmodeus Macabre and The Beastiary in a 6 man tag match. Macabre got a near fall after delivering a Rack Bomb to Craig and then tagged in Chimera. Prophet and Chimera took the fight to the outside with Mysery and Dark Tiger joining in. Late in the match, Craig avoided a big boot and then Macabre avoided a closeline but then managed to deliver the Lion Spike to Craig. From behind, Prophet nailed Macabre with a low blow and Craig went for the pin but Macabre kicked out. Mysery was tagged in and went for the Dead Mark but out of nowhere, Heaven pushed him off the top rope to the outside crashing into the steel barrier. As Craig and Asmodeus fought on the outside, the match ended with Prophet pinning Chimera with the Halls Of Illusions.
Another limo arrived backstage and it was non other than the SIW World Champion Angel. Matt Uzi appeared immediately and smashed a garbage can over the champion’s head and then kicked him down to the ground. In a sick act, Uzi suplexed him through the hood of the limo denting it and leaving Angel in a world of pain.
The seven foot giant Tyler “The Monster” Osborn was accompanied by former SIW Tag Team Champion NuTz for his match against SIW Academy Graduate Zach Blain. Osborn choked Blain in the corner until the ref threatened to disqualify him. Osborn then kicked Blain in the head and beat him in the corner until Blain kicked him in the knee and then clipped it from behind making the big guy fall to the ground. Blain locked in a half crab until NuTz pulled him to the outside. Blain chased him around the ring until Osborn caught him with a big boot to his face. Late in the match, NuTz stood on the apron with a chair but Zach kicked it in his face and knocked him off. From behind, Osborn turned him around for the chokeslam but Blain delivered a low blow and rolled Osborn up for the upset inside cradle pin fall. Blain won the match but suffered a sever beating at the hands of NuTz and Osborn. NuTz nailed him with the NuTz aNd BoLtS and they finished him off when NuTz held Blain, Osborn smashed the ring bell busting him wide open..
After a commercial break, the SIW European/Lightweight Champion Khristian Call came to the ring to call out James Airington. He told James if he had a problem with him stealing his spotlight then maybe he should do something about it. Suddenly, James hopped over the barricade and snuck into the ring. He connected with the AirSlam and grabbed the mic. He said he did do something about it, he just got a match signed for Rampage. SIW European title, and both undefeated streaks will be on the line.
H-Bomb was live via satellite from a hospital in California. She announced that she got a second opinion and doctors and they say that Jenna Paige is going to be fine and she’s developing perfectly. H-Bomb is due to have her baby sometime in November. She plans a return to the ring after the birth of Jenna Paige and wants back her SIW Women’s Championship and revenge on Ian Bishop.
The SIW North American championship was on the line as The Uncanny Inferno took on “The Incredible” Ian Bishop. This was a big match for Bishop and he was more focused than ever. Inferno dominated the beginning of the match but after missing the Meteor Drop Ian capitalized with a front elbow drop off the second rope. Bishop made history when he introduced his new move the Cyclone and pinned Inferno to win the SIW North American Championship. As Ian celebrated in the ring, “Red Hot” Rikki Cook came out and congratulated him sarcastically and then told him to get out of the ring. As they got into a stare down, Rikki told him to back off before Kim Derickson fires his ass!
SIW Co-Owner Kim Derickson made her return to the SIW on Carnage, the first time since August 2000. She thanked Rikki and congratulated Ian Bishop on his North American championship win and then dismissed both of them and called out Shelby Kirby. Kim said that Trevor will be gone for a long time and that as Co-owner it’s her duty to clean up the SIW and make it better. Kim thanked the crowd for the warm reception and said that Thursday Night Carnage went long enough without an official general manager. Although Shelby did a great job, she was relieved of her duties as interim general manager. Kim then shocked the world when she announced that the new general manager is someone that’s loyal, someone that’s she’s respected for a long time and someone’s that’s BIG. Titan came out accompanied by eight hula dancers and wearing a lei around his neck over his Carnage t-shirt. After a handshake and a hug, Kim left and Titan had a Hawaiian party in the ring at the end of the program.
