The program started live from Sacramento with Titan and his assistant Greg Banks coming out to ringside. They call out NuTz and accused him of embarrassing Carnage by losing the SIW European title. Titan said he traded TJD back to Liana on Brawl for NuTz so he could punish him. Titan said he and Banks are going to make his life a living hell until he can prove himself at Rampage in a match against a new star that Titan will mold into a model employee, Alex Thompson. If NuTz looses he will be fired from Carnage permanently. Thompson comes out and disrespects the SIW legend by slapping him in the face. NuTz punched him back and all hell broke loose in the ring as Titan and Banks jumped in. NuTz is getting assault by the trio until Alpha & Omega rush out to a standing ovation and cleaned house. Titan promises revenge on them as they retreat backstage.
Last week, after Titan drafted Dr. Frank N Furter, Aeson from Hell's Kitchen, NY confronted his boss and showed displeasure with his draft choice. Titan then put him in a match against the only transvestite wrestler in SIW history. Frank gestured grabbing his opponent’s genitals but out of nowhere Aeson nails him with a hard right hand and throws him in the corner followed by several knife edge chops. The masked superstar Aeson showed just how vicious he can be after crushing Frank between the steel steps with a sadistic leg drop off the Spanish table. Although he put himself in serious pain, Aeson still picked up the win after delivering the Black Circle.
Ibja cuts a promo backstage with Christina York who seems intimidated. Ibja announces that he has found out about the Cartel. York asked what he was talking about. Ibja says the Cartel were a band of evildoers that consisted of former SIW Champion C-Mac, Vince and Carnage’s own Sonny Smith. Ibja warns Sonny to watch his soul because he will suffer the same faith as C-Mac did at Full Force.

The next match was a handicap match between Michelle and Raditz’s evil women Serena, Elizabeth and Wynter. Since last week, Titan has had this obsession with punishing Michelle for being engaged to former SIW Heavyweight Champion Brandon Gateman. The three divas dominated the former playboy playmate until she avoids a corner splash from Serena and then levels Elizabeth with a clothesline out of the ring. Wynter charges Michelle but out of nowhere Michelle hits a spine buster. Michelle picked up the huge win after pinning Serena with a victory roll. After the match, titan comes out and tells Michelle she must have cheated somehow. He then said he has a surprise for her. From the crowd, out comes Angelica Hunt attacks her from behind and drops her with a reversed DDT. Titan places a table in the ring and orders Angie to put her through with the A-Bomb Drop. Michelle is left unconscious on top of the collapsed table which was broken in two.
On June 7, 2006, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS. The classic event will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage. Several past SIW stars are also schedules to compete.
Alpha & Omega and NuTz are backstage discussing several issues. A.P.B and Angel tell NuTz they have his back no matter what happens leading up to Rampage. A road agent walks in and tells NuTz that he is fighting Alex Thompson next week in a best two out of three match with Thompson starting the match 1-0.
"The Assassin" Sonny Smith took on Raditz during the next match. The three divas are sent to the locker rooms early in the match after interfering. Raditz levels Smith with the Suicide Kick and goes for a cover but Smith kicks out. Half way through the match, Dark Tiger, Gabriel and Fire Fox come out at the top of the ramp and distract Raditz. Smith pushes him to the ropes and then pins him with a german suplex pin fall. Raditz goes after Dark Tiger backstage after the match and then suddenly the lights went dim. Ibja comes out shaking a cane with smokes coming out from the top. Sonny begins to feel ill and drops to one knee but then out of nowhere, former SIW Champion C-Mac ands Vince Aprali drive out in a black Monte Carlo. C-Mac nails him in the back of the head with a baseball bat and then throws him in the ring. Smith and Vince join in and they all ambush the tribal monster. The former group known as The Cartel were reunited for one night. They stuffed a bloodied Ibja in the trunk of the car. The fans gave them a standing ovation as they drove out to the parking lot and out of the Arco Arena.

The next match was the first of a four match series for the SIW North American championship between Grunge, “Powerhouse” Tim Smith and JD Stars. Last week, Titan said whoever can win two of four matches will become the new champion. Late in the match, Grunge whipped Stars into the steel steps which might have severely damages his right knee. Tim attacks and throws Grunge back in the ring and hits the half past clothesline. Smith goes signals for the Decapitator but out of nowhere Grunge hits a running bulldog. Stars is trying to get back in the ring and Grunge kicks his knee and knocks him off a shoulder to the mid section. Grunge won the first match of the series after delivering the Grunganator to Smith and pinned him.
During SIW Unlimited, "The Greatest One" Duane Doogan arrives at the Arco Arena and receives tons of heat and then “Uzi” chants fill the arena. Later in the night, Doogan got Titan to schedule a confrontation with the SIW legend Matt Uzi after what happen last week..

Sean Pierce walked into Banks’ office demanding a televised match next week. Banks told him that he had a great idea. He explained that he and Titan hate A.P.B holding his titles so maybe there is something Sean can do for them. Banks then teams up Pierce with Carnage member Royal Ambassador. Banks told him if they can win their first tag match next week they will become the #1 contenders for A.P.B’s belts.
Christina York tried to get a few words from Titan about JD Stars’ situation but the general manager told her he had stomach cramps and had to go to the washroom to do number two. Titan says it must be the chilli he ate last night.
Matt Uzi received a great crowd reception which has been very rare throughout his career. Uzi wore his baseball cap which can be purchased at the SIW shopzone to cover his gash in the back of his head from last week when the CEO TJD smashed a beer bottle over his head after helping Angel eliminate Doogan from the tourney. Uzi goes on about how he still dislikes Angel but admits that he is ten times the champion Doogan can ever be. Uzi then says that TJD has always been a little bitch and if there is anyone that helped build the SIW it’s “The Real Greatest One’ Matt Uzi and that’s the thanks he gets, a beer bottle to the head. Doogan makes his entrance and they get into a stare down. Doogan tells Uzi he has no business being on Carnage after he retied his ass at Wrestlefest. Uzi said that Doogan didn’t retire Matt Uzi, Matt Uzi retired Matt Uzi. Doogan pushes him and a street fight breaks out in the middle of the ring. Road agents and officials rush out but are beaten down by the two superstars and the fight continues. They take the fight outside the arena and they fight on the Sports Parkway and then something terrible happened. Uzi pushed Doogan into the traffic and the former SIW Champion was struck by a vehicle. Ambulances and other local authorities were on the scene taking him to a local hospital. Uzi didn’t plan on this and looked like he felt terrible about his actions.
Mike “The Mic” and Travis Dunns announce that JD Stars has severely damaged some ligaments in his knee and will be out of action indefinitely. However, Titan has decided to give him a chance to keep his title. JD Stars will have a chance to pick a replacement to represent him in the series. The announcement will be made over the week end.
As reported last week, Carnage superstar Mikey Lee was called in missing by his wife Andrea Lee. Still no word on his whereabouts but the SIW has hired its own search team to find their employee. Greg Banks will be in charge of the search.
During SIW Unlimited, Titan receives a phone call about someone arriving at the arco arena. Titan seems extremely happy and does the happy dance with Greg Banks.
The main event was the last match in the semi finals for the SIW Heavyweight Championship. Coincidentally the match was between Apha & Omega members Angel and Klubber Klabanski who won the coin toss against his partner Sylk. Last week Walker won his match against Pierce to make A.P.B advance. Angel and Klubber delivered a very technical wrestling match and possible the best on Carnage in 2006 thus far. Klubber tried to get a three count with the Klubber Klutch Cradle but Angel kicked out. Klubber nailed Angel with a running power slam and then delivered a leg drop. Coming off the ropes Angel avoids a massive clothesline and comes off the ropes at the other side of ring and nails Klubber with the Atonement Spear. The fans are on their feet as Angel goes to the tope rope and delivers the Salvation splash and pins Klubber to advance in the finals. Klubber and Angel shake hands as Alpha & Omega celebrate in the ring but then out of nowhere Affirmative Action are sent to the ring by orders from Titan and Banks. Natedawg. Maurice Bad and Impulse invaded the ring and totally ambushed Alpha & Omega. Impulse nails Walker in the head with a folded steel chair and then Natdawg delivers the Gangstanator to Angel on the chair. klubber is tapping out to the Bad Lock as Carnage goes off the air.
With Carnage off the air, Titan and Banks shake hands with Affirmative Action and raise their arms. Fans start booing and throw debris in the ring as the assault continues. Titan pulls down his pants and lets Nate puts Angel's face in his ass crack while A.P.B are held back by Banks, Impulse and Bad
