Kevin “Titan” McColl wore a New York Rangers jersey as he introduced Thursday Night Carnage to the Big Apple for a memorable night in his hometown. The program started with Steve Biggs taking on Dark Tiger in singles competition. Chimera was supposed to fight Biggs in a rematch but he suffered an MCL the night before in a tag match so his tag team partner Dark Tiger took his place. Biggs won the match in under five minutes after delivering the Biggs Bang and pinned him.

The NYPD were backstage asking employees and staff members some questions about two familiar men. As they showed Polar some pictures, the Chief Of Security was surprise to find out that they were looking for Russel McPiledriverton and “Disco Duck” Jimmy Cefalo. As Polar helped out the NYPD with some info, Jimmy and Russ shocked everyone when out of nowhere they walked in the office and told the authorities to look in Polar’s jacket pocket. They ended up finding three grams of cocaine that Russ and Jimmy secretly stashed and arrested the hall of famer.

Pitbull advised his manager Heaven to stay in their locker room during his match against Terror Soule for the SIW Extreme Championship. Last Monday, Pitbull came so close to winning the championship in a 8 man hardcore elimination match but things didn’t go as planned. On Carnage, the former ultimate fighter had Terror one on one for the Extreme title. The match ended up backstage as Soule rammed Pitbull’s spine into the cement wall several times and went for a pin but Pitbull kicked out. As Soule was getting beaten to a pulp with a crowbar, Angelica showed up but so did the SIW European Champion Khristian Call. Angelica told Call to help Terror and she handed him a steel chair. Call went to hit Pitbull but purposely turned the other way and smashed Terror Soule across his head instead. Pitbull pinned Terror and got the upset win over the SIW veteran to win the SIW Extreme Championship. Both men suffered mild injuries and were taken out by paramedics

After a SIWA Wednesday War promo, Christina York caught up with Russel McPiledriverton and Disco. They joked that it was a shame that the chief of security was a substance abuser. To everyone’s surprise, they pulled out their new SIW contracts and announced that they have signed a new two year deal thanks to Kim Derickson and Titan. Since Kim has come back, many superstars have made their SIW return

The next match was a intergender match. NuTz, "Red Hot" Rikki Cook and Xtina took on the team of Zach Blain, NA champ "Incredible" Ian Bishop and the Women’s champ, Liana Lewis. This match was perhaps the highlight of the night as we saw Blain get the best of NuTz and came very close to pinning him after delivering a Punishment Driver but Osborn made the save. Xtina and Liana Lewis took over the ring and beat the living hell out of each other which lead to Liana sending Xtina over the top rope with a back drop. Rikki Cook and Bishop fought all the way up the ramp as NuTz and Osborn had a plan. They got Xtina to distract the ref as Osborn got in the ring with the bell. As he swung, Blain moved and Osborn smashed NuTz right in his forehead knocking him out. The match ended when Blain pinned NuTz for the win. At the end of the match, Xtina and Rikki handcuffed Liana and Bishop to the bottom rope. Rikki bashed Ian’s head in with a cop stick and Xtina then grabbed a stun gun from under the ring and zapped Liana in her ribs several times before being stopped by officials.

Ragin Craig was backstage on his cell phone talking to his mother when all of a sudden he ran into Jill. He hung up and decided to tell her how he feels. He said that he was going to succeed without her and that she needs him more than he needs her. Jill slapped him for disrespecting her and told him to stay out of her life.

SIW co-owner Kim Derickson held a conference via sattelite from Hawaii and made a blockbuster announcement. On May 30, 2005, the SIW will hold a lottery draft for the upcoming brand split.

Backstage, the SIW Tag Team Champions, Mysery and Prophet were wished good luck by Titan who wore a Yankees jersey before their unemployment match against Fake Vex and Fake Enigma. According to Jimmy Hayden, no one really knows the truth why Titan booked such a match before the PPV. Midway through the match, Myser and Prophet finally gained momentum and were on their way to victory when all of a sudden Titan strolled down the aisle casually. As Mysery went for the Deadmark, Titan pushed him off and sent him crashing into the referee. Titan then climbed over the top rope and chokeslammed Prophet in the middle of the ring and put Enigma over him. The ref counted a slow pin as new SIW World Tag Team Champions were declared.

The O.C. were screwed big time by their immediate superior as he handed them their leaving papers. Titan and DA celebrated in the ring but they were soon interrupted by familiar entrance theme. It was none other than the super hero himself, The Uncanny Inferno. Inferno got a great crowd response when he announced that he accepted Glenn Kirby’s offer on reforming the Super Patriots. The A.O.A came out and the Pats demanded a title match. Titan told them not to get ahead of themselves and that they will get their match but only at Rampage since O.C and Beastiary wont be able to compete

Video promo for Rampage match between James Airington and Khristian Call. Both their undefeated streaks and the SIW European Championship will be on the line live on PPV.

The main event was next and it featured wrestling veteran Johnny Jobber taking on Matt Uzi and the SIW champion Angel in a triple threat non-title match. Uzi came out wearing his “1978-2005” shirt and wasn’t in a good mood. As Angel was giving his wings to a handicap kid, Uzi elbowed Angel in the back of his head and whipped him into the steel steps. Jobber attacked Uzi from behind but the “New Era” punched him in the mouth and smacked his head on the post causing him a major concussion. The match turned out to be Angel and Uzi one on one. After an excellent back and forth performance the match came to an end when Uzi missed an elbow off the top rope and Angel capitalized and won by locking in the Judgment Sharpshooter making Uzi tap out. The lights went out for a few seconds and that Rated X logo appeared on the Trevortron again. When the lights came back on, Angel was nowhere to be found. Even Uzi was left puzzled as the program ended.
