The show starts live from Japan and Trevor Derickson informs the fans through a translator that this Sunday at Rampage, Carnage will have a new general manager. Trevor also says he will be at ringside as Carnage’s hottest diva Bailey Brown takes on his ex girlfriend Queen Liana in a career threatening match. Trevor failed to send the Queen packing last week in his hometown of Montreal

Jace Parker Davidson makes his Carnage debut as he takes on the controversial Mr. Pookie. Davidson gains momentum after delivering a tornado DDT. Pookie troubles continue as he falls victim to Davidson’s Twisted Reality and gets pinned for the second week in a row. After the match a frustrated Mr. Pookie attacks Davidson and whips him into the steel post. Davidson fights back and they brawl up the entrance ramp until security and several officials break it up
Jessica White has a sit interviews the SIW Champion Sonny Smith who will put the title on the line this Sunday against Krazy J. White asks Smith if he is concerned about his match at Rampage and Smith tells her that he fears no man especially Krazy J. Smith says Krazy has a lot of talent but he is not good enough to be the SIW Champion. As Smith continues to hype his match he is hit with a clothesline and assaulted by Krazy. The challenger for the SIW championship stomps the champion and chokes him with a chair. Krazy tells Smith that this Sunday there is nothing he can do to stop him from becoming the SIW Champion

Queen Liana takes on Carnage’s newest diva Bailey Brown in a career threatening match. Trevor Derickson is at ringside for the exciting back and forth fight. Liana gets a near fall with a roll up but Bailey kicks out. Liana counters an irish whip and levels Bailey with a corner elbow to her face. Trevor trips Liana as she comes off the ropes and the whole match momentum changes. Bailey hits Liana with a knee to her back and delivers a handstand hurricanrana. Bailey gets the huge win via pin fall over the three time SIW women’s champion after delivering the Fallen Illusion. After the match Trevor is ecstatic and raises Bailey’s arm in victory. As Bailey leaves ringside Trevor gets on the canvas with a mic and yells at Liana “You’re Fired”
Advertisement for the next Monday Night Brawl. JD Xtreme, Duane Doogan or Natedawg will get the opportunity to become Heavyweight champion as the new #1 contender with take on R.C. Aries. Project X get a rematch for the world tag team championship as they take on Dark Tiger and Ashton Daniels. This and much more on the FX Network next Monday
Ragin’ Craig and SIW Lightweight champion Gabriel Cervantes put a Definition shirt on Jessica White and tell her she gets a free membership in the Definition fan club. Kuone and Payne show up and tell them that the best two tag team will be battling for the SIW tag team titles this Sunday at Rampage and Definition is not one of them. Craig says Definition will prove them wrong by beating the two top teams on Carnage tonight in the main event
It is a night of debuts for the Japanese fans as Cable takes on the god of extreme Metalgod in his first Carnage match. Metalgod aggressively levels Cable with lefts and rights in the corner until Cable turns things around and levels Metalgod with an elbow to his jaw. Cable delivers a big boot and delivers the lake shore drive double powerbomb. Late in the match Metalgod misses a clothesline and Cable puts him away with the Blue Line and covers. Cable gets a nice pop from the fans after his huge win over the king of hardcore

Envy gets a standing ovation as she makes her official Carnage return. Envy will be the guest referee in the diva cage match at Rampage for the SIW Women’s Championship
Scott Bastion is hyped about his two matches at Rampage. Call just sits in a corner and listens to Bastion cut a promo against R.C. Aries. Bastion calls R.C. the most overrated superstar in SIW history. Bastion reminds everybody that he made R.C. Aries tap out in their last match. Melanie Lilisa says Bastion will make the new GM proud by bringing back the SIW North American championship back to Carnage
Bailey Brown is congratulated by Cable and Jace for her huge win over Queen Liana. Trevor comes in her locker room and hands her Liana's crown and dubs her the new Queen Of Carnage. Liana comes in the room screaming and telling Trevor she is going to sue him for everything. Security is called and Liana is escorted out of the building
The main event is a crazy triple threat tag team match between the #1 contenders Call & Bastion, Kuone & Payne and Defintion. Things start going wrong between Kuone and Payne as they get into an argument. Bastion attacks Payne from behind and delivers the Aiden DDT. Bastion covers but Craig breaks the count and tags in Cervantes. The lightweight champion leaps off the top rope and crashes into Bastion with a flying body press. Cervantes tries for a cover but Kuone breaks the count with a kick to Cervantes head. Kuone and Call double team Cervantes until Craig has seen enough and gets in the ring to help his teammate. The referee looses control of the match and is knocked down during the action. All hell breaks looses in the ring and we see R.C. Aries at the top of the entrance ramp. Bastion sees him and runs up the ramp and they start brawling. Call is double back body dropped out of the ring by Kuone and Payne. Cervantes clotheslines Kuone out of the ring but Kuone drags him out with him. Back in the ring the fans are on their feet as Craig delivers the Rage Factor to Payne and pins him to win the huge match. Heavy security is needed to break up the brawl between Aries and Bastion as the show ends. Will Bastion be able to bring the NA title back to Carnage this Sunday at Rampage?
