The Rampage fall out edition of Carnage starts with the current SIW Extreme Champion and money in he bank briefcase holder Ragin’ Craig coming to ringside with bandages around his neck. Craig was assaulted by Harkie at Rampage using barbed wire to choke him. Craig announces that he filed a police report in Detroit and he is wanted in the state of Michigan. Craig announces that he won’t let his injuries stop him from competing tonight on Team SIW as they take on Team EBW. Craig calls out general manger Greg Banks and tells him to do something about Harkie. Banks tells him if he guarantees that he can permanently cripple Natedawg at EBW Last In Line he will do him a favor and give him Harkie in a Barbed Wired Steel Cage match next week on Carnage. Craig accepts and shakes hands with Banks
Metalgod takes on Jonathan Downs in the first match of the night and is a extreme rematch from last week where the newcomer failed to defeat SIW hardcore legend. Downs tries everything he can to get the upper hand in this match but his lack of experience cost him and Metalgod takes advantage and delivers the God Bomb and pins him to win the match

Jessica White interviews still the SIW Champion Drako and his Last In Line opponent, the EBW champion Grunge. They express displeasure with the outcome of their match at Rampage but promise to deliver a memorable match at Last In Line. Drako gets booed when he tells the fans that Wisconsin if the most boring state in the US and they should be happy that a great champion as him self showed up tonight. Their interview is interrupted by the match enforcer Darren “Direct Hit” Knight who says he was screwed at Rampage but he is not one top complain. Drako and Grunge tell him he will regret it if he gets involved in their match at Last In Line. Greg Banks steps in with security as things get ugly backstage and announces that a lot of people didn’t like the outcome of the main event at Rampage that’s why he has decided to have a Rampage main event rematch next week on Carnage, two nights before Last In Line. Drako and Grunge are pissed but Knight walks away with a grin on his face
Michelle and Chastity are cheered on as they make their entrance for their diva arm wrestling match hosted by commentator Mike “The Mic”. Both divas are even throughout the competition but it’s Chastity that takes the win after striking Michelle with a head butt. After the match, officials rush to the ring to breaks up a cat fight between the two divas but it’s not an easy task as the divas fight back. The officials eventually put an end to the chaos and escort the divas backstage
After a short break, we see footage on the Trevortron of Doogan putting Gateman in a casket at Rampage. “The Living Dead” Duane Doogan is backstage and announces he will use his title shot that he won against Gateman at SummerSonic in July. Doogan says he doesn’t care who the champion is, Drako, Grunge, Knight or whoever will not be able to stop him from becoming SIW Champion once again. Doogan then issues an open challenge for Last In Line and the fans get a surprise when Impulse makes his return to the SIW and boldly accepts the Living Dead’s challenge
Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed Monday Night Brawl this week
The next match is a triple threat non title match involving Duane Doogan, Brandon Gateman & Sonny Smith but unfortunately Gateman is not cleared to compete after suffering minor injuries at Rampage. Doogan and Sonny will battle one on one and deliver a classic confrontation but unfortunately the match is cut short when Impulse interferes and attacks Doogan and Smith. The referee calls the match a double DQ as Impulse levels both of them with chair shots to their skulls. Impulse announces he has returned to the SIW to make an impact and he did just that tonight on Carnage by taking out the #1 contender for the SIW Championship and the North American champion. General manager Greg Banks appears on the Trevortron and tells Impulse if he wants to really make an impact then he would have to beat Doogan and Smith in a triple threat elimination style match next week on Carnage. Impulse tells him he’s up for the challenge

Team SIW members Darren “Direct Hit” Knight and the SIW Tag team Champions Definition get a standing ovation as they make their entrance. SIW Champion Drako and EBW Champion Grunge drop a bombshell as they announce Natedawg as the third member of Team EBW. Craig and Natedawg start the match and their rivalry is as intense as ever. Craig deliver a back body drop and then goes off the ropes and drops an elbow but Nate moves and Craig hits the canvas. Cervantes is tagged in the the Lightweight champion spices things up with some high flying action and gets a near fall on the SIW champion after delivering a flying body press off the top rope but Drako kicks out. Craig is tagged in again and levels Drako with a devastating standing clothesline and goes for the Rage Factor but Grunge clips his knee and Craig falls to the canvas with Drako falling on top of him. The referee starts the count but Cervantes makes the save. Team EBW seem to get the upper hand late in the match intill Craig manages to sneak a tag to Darren Knight who is on fire. Knight dominates Grunge who manages to tag in Natedawg and the fight goes back and forth between Knight and Nate until Knight avoids a corner clothesline and delivers a drop kick off the top rope. As expected the match gets out of control and all hell breaks out outside of the ring between both teams. Back in the ring, Drako goes for the Last In Line but Knight counters and rolls him up with an inside cradle and steals the win for Team SIW. After the match, all 6 competitors continue their battle as the show goes off the air
