The show starts with SIW Tag Team/Lightweight champion Gabriel Cervantes taking on Mohamed Abdul Sheik in a interbrand non title match. In Mo’s corner is his manager Jaffar and Gabriel’s opponent tomorrow night at EBW Last In Line where he will put the lightweight title on the line. Cervantes executes a drop toe hold and goes for a headlock but Mo reaches the ropes to break the hold. Mo pokes him in his left eye and then drops him with a DDT. Mo covers but Cervantes kicks out. Late in the match, Mo climbs to the top rope but out of nowhere Cervantes delivers a Hurracanrana and then applies the Cervmission but Jaffar interferes. Cervantes whips Jaffar to the ropes and levels him with a flying body splash and then drop kicks him out of the ring. Mo goes for a clothesline but Cervantes ducks and then delivers a time warp DDT. Cervantes wins the match by pin fall after delivering a moonsault. Mo and Jaffar attack Cervantes after the match and Mo applies the Sheik Clutch in the middle of the ring as Jaffar yells in his face in Arabic. Things don’t look good for the double champion until someone from the crowd gets in the ring and beats the heel out of Jaffar and double clotheslines him and Mo out of the ring. Who is the “fan” that saved Cervantes from getting injured? And can Cervantes overcome the odds one more time at EBW Last in Line tomorrow night?
Greg Banks is backstage and is interviewed by Jessica White. Jessica asks him what he thinks about EBW Last In Line and Banks says that he doesn’t care for that style of wrestling, in fact it ain’t even wrestling. Banks says that there is a possibility that Grunge and/or Drako’s careers could end in the heaven and hell scaffold match. Out of nowhere, Natedawg who is with Impulse pushes Banks to the ground and takes over the interview. Natedawg tells Ragin’ Craig that after he is done with that punk Gateman tonight, he is coming for him and the Extreme title at Last In line. Natedawg says that Craig’s days as champion comes to an end tomorrow night. Impulse then hypes his non title match against Doogan and Smith which is next
On June 24, 2007, Titan & Monday Night Brawl presents Desperate Measures live from General Motors Place in Vancouver, British Columbia!
Last week, Impulse made an impact as he laid out both the current SIW North American Champion Sonny Smith and the #1 contender for the SIW Championship Duane Doogan. This week, Banks organized a non title triple threat elimination match but changed his mind and made it sudden death. Whoever gets the first decision will win the match. Doogan and Smith double team Impulse until he manages to slide out of the ring to recover. Impulse pulls Smith out of the ring by his legs and then whips him into the steel steps. From behind, Doogan delivers a bulldog and then whips Impulse into the commentary table. Back in the ring, Doogan delivers a chokeslam to Impulse and covers but Smith breaks the count with an elbow drop. Doogan and Smith start pushing each other and exchange lefts and rights until both are knocked down by Impusle’s double clothesline off the top rope. Impulse covers Doogan but he kicks out. Doogan nails Smith with a DooganDt and covers but Impulse slides him out of the ring and covers instead and steals the huge win. Doogan can’t believe what happened as he walks backstage. Impulse then challenges Smith to a title match next week on Carnage
After a short break, we see Jill arriving at the Xcel Energy Center parking lot and heads towards Ragin’ Craig’s locker room. Jill likes to be around for dangerous matches like the one Craig will participate in tonight
Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed Monday Night Brawl this week
The self proclaimed Hood Soldier Natedawg gets a nice pop from the crowd as he makes his entrance wearing his trademark chain around his neck and an EBW t-shirt. Brandon Gateman makes his entrance accompanied by his fiancé Michelle and doesn’t waste anytime to start the match by attacking Natedawg before the bell rings. Natedawg avoids a corner splash by kicking Gateman in the face with a big boot. Nate hits a clothesline and then chokes Gateman in the corner with a foot to his throat but the referee breaks it up. Nate nails Gateman in the corner with vicious lefts and rights and the referee starts the five count and warns Nate that he will disqualify him. The match continues with Gateman hitting Nate with a low blow and the former heavyweight champion drops Natedawg with a t-bone suplex and covers but Nate kicks out at two. Late in the match, Gateman is busted open as Nate continues to punch the wound. Michelle seems and gets on the apron but Nate grabs her by her hair and gives her a juicy kiss. Gateman attacks him from behind and the match continues until Nate deliver s a vicious Gangstanator and pins Gateman to pick up the win. After the match, Natedawg sends Gateman head first into the ring post and leaves him unconscious
SIW North American Champion Sonny Smith is backstage with Jessica White and announces that he accepts Impulse’s challenge next week on Carnage

The steel cage is lowered to the ring and barbed wire covers the whole top of the cage. Harkie gets booed as he makes his entrance carrying a barbed wire 2x4. Jill accompanies the SIW Extreme champion and current money on the bank holder Ragin’ Craig. As the referee closes the cage door, Harkie nails Craig with the 2x4 and kicks him down in the corner. Harkie whips Craig from side of the cage to the other and Craig is eventually busted wide open. Harkie starts climbing to the top of the cage but Craig is right behind and starts hitting him with punches to his head and body and Harkie falls to the canvas. Craig continues to climbs and can win the match early but instead Craig delivers a big elbow off the top of the cage and Harkie is in extreme pain. Craig is hurt also after the fall and crawls to the cage door to escape but Harkie grabs his left leg and keeps him in the ring. Craig kicks Harkie in his head a few times and then drops him with a power slam. Craig starts climbing the cage but Harkie is right behind trying to keep his opponent inside. Craig punches him a few times and then rubs Harkie’s face in the barbed wire. Harkies neck gets caught in the barbed wire and he hangs from the top of the cage as Craig escapes to take the win. SIW officials and paramedics rush out after the match to help Harkie who suffered severe blood loss and air while hanging from the top of the cage
After the cage is pulled up, against Jill’s wishes, Craig tells Natedawg that they don’t have to wait till tomorrow night because they can have their match right here right now on Carnage. Natedawg runs out and all hell breaks loose in the ring until security comes out and breaks it up. Tomorrow night there will be no security with EBW rules as Craig defends the extreme title against Natedawg at EBW Last In Line

"The first lady of the SIW” Liana Lewis gets a mixed reaction from the St-Paul crowd as she comes out for her special interview with Jessica White. Liana announces that she will be back in the ring for Summersonic. Liana says besides getting operated, she has enjoyed her time off with her son but misses competing in the ring. Liana rips the women’s division and says that having Xtina as a champion says it all. Annoyed at Liana for bashing the product, the fans start an “Xtina” chant which irritates Liana and she cuts the interview short as the fans boo her
Darren “Direct Hit” Knight gets a nice pop from the crowd as he makes his entrance to take on Drako and Grunge in a Rampage rematch. Knight starts the match by taking on both of his opponent at once but they double team the young Carnage start and launch him out of the ring and he hits his head on the security wall. Drako nails the EBW champion Grunge with a side slam and then applies a chin lock in the middle of the ring and tried to make Grunge tap out one night before their big match at EBW Last In Line. Knight jumps off the top rope and levels Drako with a drop kick to the back of his head. Knight covers Drako but Grunge breaks the count and then whips Knight in the corner and charges him with a corner elbow. Grunge goes for the Grunganator but Drako kicks him in the face coming off the ropes and then covers but Grunge kicks out. Drako climbs to the top rope but out of nowhere, Knight climbs up also and drops him with a superplex. Both men are down and Grunge arrogantly covers both of them but they both kick out. The crowd really gets behind Knight as he takes on both Damage Inc members. Knight flips Drako to the outside with a back body drop and the champion crashes outside on the mats. The match continues between Grunge and Knight and Darren drops him with the Direct Hit but before he can cover, Drako levels Knight with the Drako Kick and pins Grunge to steal the win. After the match, Knight levels Drako with the Direct Hit and gives Grunge another one as well as the show comes to an end with the fans cheering for Knight
