The program starts with a video package for WAR which was aired live on CBS the night before. The Heavyweight Champion Sonny Smith comes out and says his match with Kirby was a classic until Cook showed up and cost Kirby the match so he can get the title himself on Carnage. Smith tells Uzi that he’s waiting for his challenge but then he’s cut off by the SIW Extreme champion Rikki Cook. Red Hot tells him that he won’t be fighting Uzi because he’s going to leave Philly with the Heavyweight title. Sonny says he brought him a surprise and then out of nowhere, former SIW Champion Glenn Kirby hits Cook with the Thug Bug. The fans start an A.O.A chant as Carnage GM Banks gets security to escort him out of the Wachovia Center.
Scott Bastion who was accompanied by the lovely Melanie Lilisa made quite an impact in his debut match against SIW veteran NuTz but is one of the cockiest superstars to step in an SIW ring. NuTz was climbing the turbuckles but as Bastion distracts the referee, Melanie nails the veteran with a devastating low blow. Carnage’s own solipsist defeated NuTz after countering a hip toss and delivering the Elysium to get the huge win. Bastion and Melanie celebrate their victory after the match.
During SIW Unlimited, Alcoholics Anonymous arrive late to the arena. Banks tells them that he can’t let them get away with their insubordinations. Banks tells them that their careers are on the line when Stylez battles SIW’s diva of the month and current SIW Intergender Champion Michelle..
After a quick break, Michelle and Armani stepped in the ring to fight each other for the first time. Airington took on commentary as Stylez played Michelle a little until he blasted her with the Pimpin’ Bitch Slap. Stylez goes for a cover but Michelle kicks out at two. Off the ropes, Armani delivers a drop toe hold and then rolls her up in an inside cradle but Michelle reverses and gets the huge win in just over two minutes. Airington is disgusted and walks backstage without his partner. Stylez couldn’t believe what just happened. "Michelle" chants filled the Wachovia Center as she celebrated one of her biggest victories of all time.
On August 16, 2006, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS for a second time. The classic event will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage.
SIW tag Team Champions A.P.B came to ringside to announce Angel’s replacement which was none other than Hall of famer Kevin “Titan” McColl. Titan is very well received and he gets the crowd to chant “Banks Sucks Balls”. Titan said that with his guidance, the longest reigning SIW champions of all time will get even better. Greg Banks comes out and tells them their idiots for teaming up with Titan. He says unlike Titan, he is fair and has the ability to bring in wrestlers that people actually want to see like Aeson, Muret and Bastion to name a few.
Banks makes the next triple threat between James Muret, Klubber and Gateman elimination style to determine a new #1 contender for the SIW Extreme Championship. Muret gets the first fall after hitting Gateman with the Flatliner and pinned him. Klubber clotheslines Muret and applies the iron city claw. Muret is about to tap out but Banks pulls the referee out of the ring. Titan grabs Banks by his throat and delivers a chokeslam on the outside of the ring. Klubber picked up the win after getting the second decision via pin fall after delivering a t-bone suplex. Titan, Klubber and Walker celebrate after the match.

Grunge comes out to the ringside and cut a promo with Christina York. Grunge said that he’s been brushed aside and is no longer in the hunt for the SIW North American championship but he’s not going to sit back and get pushed around. Grunge announces that next week he’s going to bring back someone that he can trust to watch his back.
Before the next match, JD Stars appeared on the Trevortron live on satellite from his home and announced that he will have to take time off to treat his cancer. After an emotional speech, Stars promised his fans he will be back someday.
Brawl for All - For those that missed this week's Monday Night Brawl on the FX network
Aeson took on one half of the SIW tag Team Champions “The Natural” Sylk Walker twith the SIW North American Championship on the line. Walker dominated Aeson and proved he was more than just a tag team specialist. Off the ropes, Walker delivers a powerslam and covers but the Aeson kicks out. Walker sets up Aeson on the top rope for a superplex but Aeson hits him with a head butt and then delivers a rib breaker off the top. Aeson covers but Walker kicks out. With the referee down, Grunge comes out from the crowd and nails Walker with a folded steel chair. Moments later, Aeson hits the Gorgoroth and picks up the win. Titan runs after Grunge all the way backstage after the match but looses his breath. Walker looses his composer after the match and trashes the Spanish table equipment.
During SIW Unlimited, Walker is looking for Grunge backstage. He sees Titan pounding away at Grunge and joins him. Out of nowhere, a masked figure fights them off with a baseball bat. Grunge and the masked figure escape in getaway car.
SIW Extreme Champion Rikki Cook challenged “The Assassin” Sonny Smith for his SIW Heavyweight Championship. Smith avoids a clothesline and then hits Cook with a drop kick which sends him into the corner. Smith levels Cook with a corner splash and then delivers the Assassination. The fans are on their feet as he applies the Loc-Jaw to Cook in the middle of the ring. Before Cook taps out, Scott Bastion rushed out to ring side and kicks Smith in the head. Bastion hits the champion with a devastating back cracker he calls the Maelstrom. Bastion holds Smith from behind and lets Cook bust his head wide open with a steel pipe.
When Carnage went off the air, Rikki Cook and Scott Bastion continued their assault on the Heavyweight champion until A.P.B and Titan ran out and cleaned house.
