Carnage was live from the Mellon Arena and started with a public service announcement from the general manager Greg Banks. He said he feels uncomfortable and threatened due to the hostile environment on Carnage. Banks announces that he hired a bodyguard which he will reveal next week when Carnage invades Cincinnati.
The first match was the 5 way ladder match for the SIW North American Championship involving Snake, James Muret, Juggalo J, Fake Vex & the champion Aeson. Midway through the match, Fake Vex clears the ring using a ladder and then sets it up in the middle of the ring but then out of nowhere, the real Vex made his Carnage return and dropped him with a t-bone suplex off the ladder and then finished him off with the Cradle Of Death. Snake is double teamed by Muret and Juggalo until Titan decided to get involved and nailed them with a double chokeslam. Aeson hits Titan with a low blow and climbs the ladder but Snake is right behind and the former ultimate fighter throws Aeson with a belly to back off the ladder. Titan pulls out a sledge hammer from under the ring and gives it to Snake who levels Aeson with it. Snake shocked the wrestling world when he grabbed the title and got the huge upset win. Titan, Snake and the SIW Tag Team Champions A.P.B celebrate after the match in A.P.B’s hometown of Pittsburgh.
During SIW Unlimited, Alpha & Omega members are drinking champagne to celebrate Snake’s first big win on Carnage to win the SIW North American Championship. Greg Banks walks in their room and tells them Snake got lucky but next week it will be Snake and Aeson one on one in a match for the North American championship.
After a short break, Banks comes out before the next match and announces Michelle will take on Heaven Lee but Titan is banned from ringside. Banks tells Heaven that Lucy can be in her corner instead. Heaven dominates the diva of the month and levels her with a face buster and covers but Michelle kicks out. Michelle nails Heaven with a DDT and goes for a cover but then Gateman pulls the ref out of the ring. Michelle is clueless as to why Gateman would do this. From behind, Heaven rolls her up in a little package and gets the three count. Gateman walks backstage after the match without a care.
On August 16, 2006, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS for a second time. The classic event will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage.
Backstage, Scott Bastion and Rikki Cook attack the SIW Heavyweight Champion Sonny Smith and damage his knee after whipping him into a steel crate. Security comes out to stop the assault but the damage has been done. Smith and Bastion are scheduled to fight in the main event but what kind of condition will the champion be in?
One half of the tag champions and Pittsburgh native ”The Natural” Sylk Walker took on Grunge in the next match. Walker dominated the former SIW champion and delivered the Natural Brain Buster to finish him off but then from under the ring was the same masked intruder from last week. The masked person smashes a folded steel chair over Sylk’s head and busts him wide open. The ref calls the match a DQ and the masked person is revealed as none other than Outlaws founder Terror Soule. Grunge and Soule beat down Walker until Titan and Snake come out for the save.
Christina York tries to get a few words from Brandon Gateman before the next match to explain his actions against his fiancé. Gateman says the wedding is off because Michelle is a slut just like her sister. Gateman says the only reason Michelle won diva of the month is because Envy refused to spread her legs to Banks. Michelle shows up and slaps him across his face and then walks away.
Next week Christina York will hold an exclusive interview with SIW’s Sexy Slayer Envy so she can clarify all the rumors that have been going around.
Before his match, “Red Hot” Rikki Cook cut a promo saying he will beat the B class wrestler known as Klubber Klabanski. One half of the tag champions and Pittsburgh native Klubber Klabanski took “Red Hot” Rikki Cook to the limit for his SIW Extreme Championship. Cook jumps off the top rope to the outside but Klabanski moves and Cook goes thru the Spanish table. Klubber pulls out a fire extinguisher and sprays Cook in his face and then applies the Iron City Claw. Cook kicks him in the groin and drops a DDT on the mat. Cook covers but Klabanski kicks out. The match came to an end when Klubber spread thumbtacks all over the entrance ramp and leveled Rikki with a running power slam on the tacks and pinned him to win the SIW Extreme Championship. The fans were on their feet and gave their hometown star a standing ovation. Titan, Snake and Walker come out and celebrate once again as A.P.B chants fill the arena. Scott Bastion and Melanie Lilisa watch this on a monitor backstage and are not too impressed.
Banks is backstage talking to Grunge and Terror Soule. He tells them it’s an honor to have them in his show and since they made such an impact, next week he will grant them a shot at the SIW Tag Team Championship. Banks tells them that A.P.B are a disgrace to the belts and they must be beaten for them.

Although he had a busted knee, "The Assassin" Sonny Smith fought Scott Bastion for over twelve minutes in non title match in the main event. Bastion was in control most of the match working on Smith’s busted knee. Bastion clotheslines the champ out of the ring and then distracts the referee while Melanie chokes Smith with a camera wire. Melanie then uses the ring bell and smashes it over Smith’s knee. Scott wins this one via count out and general manager Greg Banks comes out and tells Bastion that he can’t believe that he single handedly demolished his heavyweight champion. Banks announces that Bastion deserves a shot at Smith’s title but seconds later Brandon Gateman comes out and says that he’s been waiting for proper rematch since he was screwed at Wrestlefest. Banks says since he’s a fair and awesome general manager, next week it will be Scott Bastion against Brandon Gateman to determine Sonny Smith’s next challenger.
With Carnage off the air, Gateman does a small shoot promo on how he was forced to put Matt Uzi over at Wednesday War. Gateman says he’s sick of hearing about the over rated has-been known as Matt Uzi. Fans start an Uzi chant and Gateman calls the Pittsburgh crowd a bunch of idiots for cheering a murderer. Fans throw pop corn and drinks in the ring and Gateman says that he hopes the SIW never comes back to Pittsburgh.
