Carnage General Manager Kevin “Titan” McColl presented another edition of Carnage live from the Wachovia Complex in Philadelphia. This Carnage show presented the beginning of the SIW Heavyweight Championship tournament. Matt Uzi arrived at the arena accompanied by Tyler Osborn and his attorney Gabe Nelson. As the walked down the hall towards Uzi’s locker room, “The Greatest One” Matt Uzi sent Tyler to Pitbull’s locker room to send him a message before his match in the main event.
The first match of the night was made by Titan and was for the SIW Lightweight Championship With Envy as the special referee. Heaven Lee took on Britney Johnson in an exiting high flying match that got the crowd on their feet. Heaven Lee made history when she became the third female to win the title after she executed Heaven’s Fury to pin her for the win. As Heaven celebrated in the ring, Envy leveled her with a DDT causing Carnage GM Titan to come out and make a match for next week, Envy will go one on one with Heaven Lee for the SIW Lightweight Championship
Promo for MNB Desperate Measures, June 26 live on PPV. “Primetime” Ryan Johnson takes on Angel for the SIW Championship and Terror Soule will get another chance at European gold. Tyler Osborn went to Pitbull’s locker room to send a message for Uzi but Pitbull opened the door and slammed it in Tyler’s face knocking him on the ground with a bloody nose.
An update was shown concerning the current status of the Hunt sisters Angelica and Olivia. Mike “the mic” announced that Angelica is recovering from Tyler’s attack but Olivia remains in critical condition.
After a SIWA Wednesday War promo, “The A.O.A Glen Kirby took on Nutz in the first tournament match. NuTz gained advantage late in the match after a devastating Hangman's Neck Breaker but it wasn’t enough to get a win over the former SIW champion. Glenn Kirby whipped NuTz to the roped and nailed him with the Thug Bug to win the match by pin fall. Glenn Kirby advances to the second round.
After a commercial break, Christina York interviewed James Airington who called Gavin Payne a pussy for backing out of their match and guaranteed victory since he received a bye in the tournament. Airington warned Cook that if they met in the tournament he would hospitalize him for what he did to his grandmother.
The SIW North American Champion "Red Hot" Rikki Cook took on Zach Blain in the second tournament match. Zach Blain countered a powerbomb into a back body drop to the outside of the ring. After whipping Rikki into the steel post, Blain threw him in the ring but couldn’t get the pin fall. Zach Blain called for the Punishment Driver but behind the referee’s back, Cook nailed a low blow and pinned Blain after delivering the High Temperature.
Titan came out to ringside before the main event and announced that he was going to appear on Monday Night Brawl to apologize to I-4 for screwing Jimmy Cefalo over for the SIW North American Championship.
Matt Uzi took on the current SIW Extreme Champion Pitbull in the third tournament match for the SIW Heavyweight Championship. Pitbull nailed Uzi with a belly to belly suplex and then locked him in the ankle lock submission. Uzi came very close to tapping out be he finally reached the ropes and raked him in the eyes. Uzi delivered the Uzi-Plex but before he could execute the Uzi Piledriver, Pitbull countered with a spine buster. Pitbull shocked everyone when he caught Uzi off guard and got the upset win after delivering the The Equalizer to get the pin fall. As Pitbull celebrated his huge victory in the ring, from behind, Uzi turned him around and offered a handshake, Pitbull accepted as Carnage ended.
