Carnage is live from the Volkswagen Halle in Germany for one night only and starts with Damage Inc members (Grunge, Drako, Darren & Chastity) coming out and get booed on their appreciation night.SIW Champion calls the fans a “bunch of german pricks” and the crowd starts throwing debris towards the faction. They are booes even more when they tell the fans to shut up and play their new theme. Drako announces that tonight is Damage Inc appreciation night and everyone better be at their best. The new SIW North American Champion Darren Knight says he’s worked hard the last few months and decides to take next week off. Carnage GM Banks comes out and tells them that he’s sick and tired of their attitude and if Darren doesn’t show up next week he will be fired. The fans love the announcement and start a “Damage Inc sucks” chant. Definition members Ragin’ Craig, Gabriel Cervantes and Sonny Smith are called out and all hell breaks loose in the ring. It takes dozens of officials and security agents to break up the huge Brawl. Both teams will battle in tonight’s main event to find out who is the every best on Carnage
Hardcore legend Metalgod takes on Trent Jordan and Shane Ballance in a handicap hardcore match. Metalgod smashes their heads together and then drops them with a double DDT. Shane avoids a clothesline and then delivers a back slide pin but Metalgod kicks out. Out of nowhere Jordan swings a steel chair but misses Metalgod and nails Shane in his face. Metalgod kicks Jordan in his gut and then delivers sidewalk slam. Metalgod sets up a table in the ring and puts Jordan on top if it and then launches Shane throw Jordan and the table with the God Bomb. Metalgod hurts himself in the process but is able to pin Shane to win the huge match. The fan chant “Metalgod” as he receives medical attention. Damage Inc comes out after the match, and say Trent and Shane are an embarrassment on this special night and annihilate the two stars to a bloody pulp

SIW Women’s champion Xtina tells her sister Michelle she will talk to her later as she continues walking through the hallway questioning about Greg’s whereabouts. Jessica White finally pointed in the direction where Greg was and as Xtina approached his office door she stopped and took a deep breath before entering in.
The Illusionist Spade made his remarkable debut in Germany accompanied by Erica as he takes on Harkie in the next match. Harkie got the slight advantage by attacking the newcomer before the bell rings. Harkie delivers a back body drop and then drops Spade with a neck breaker and covers but Spade kicks out. Late in the match, Harkie goes for a spear but The Illusionist vanishes and appears behind Harkie and then pins him after delivering the Full House. The fans give Spade a standing ovation on his debut. Unfortunately for Harkie, since he lost his match on Damage Inc appreciation night he got a worse beating than Trent and Shane. Grunge and Drako set up a ladder in between the commentary table and the ring and Knight launches Harkie off the top rope onto the ladder and his body bends it in half. Harkie is in terrible pain as he’s taken out on a stretcher
Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed Monday Night Brawl this week
After a short commercial break, Xtina exits Banks’ office as he gives her hug. Banks tells her it was nice seeing her and wishes her good luck tonight in her match against Jill and Chastity.
Affirmative Action Natedawg & Impulse take on the newly reunited Collision Course Brandon Gateman & Duane Doogan. But the question on everyone’s mind is can they co-exist like they used to? Collision Course dominates until the tables turn after Natedawg flips Doogan to the outside. Impulse and Nate double team Gateman until he’s able to exit the ring. Gateman then shocks everyone by leaving Doogan alone as he walks away. The match ends quickly as Nate drops Doogan with the Gangstanator and pins him to win the match. Damage Inc come out to destroy the loser of the match but the arena goes black and Doogan and lightning is heard in the arena. Damage Inc wisely decides to leave Doogan alone. Doogan sits up and goes backstage to find Gateman

Gateman is with Michelle before her interbrand diva tag team match and tells Jessica White that the reason he left Doogan was because he thought things would change but he’s carrying his ass as usual. Out of nowhere, Doogan attacks him and a huge Brawl breaks out backstage. Banks appears and orders security to break it up. Banks announces that next week on Carnage, he’s going to put an end to their feud as they take on each other in a last man standing match
A long stretch limo arrives in the arena parking lot. The door opens but before the cameras can catch a glimpse the show cuts to a commercial
The next match in the interbrand diva match between sisters Xtina & Michelle taking on Jill and Chastity from Damage Inc. Xtina starts the match against Jill and gets knocked down by shoulder block. Jill applies a choke hold but Michelle gets in the ring and slaps her to break the hold. Jill attacks Michelle and they Brawl on the outside until Xtina attacks Jill and slides her back in the ring. Chastity pulls Michelle by her hair and then whips her into the security wall. Back in the ring Xtina delivers a snap mare and then applies the figure four in the middle of the ring. Jill almost taps out but Chastity makes the save. Chastity and Michelle are tagged in and these two divas have massive hatred for one another. Chastity delivers the Grunganator and covers Michelle but Xtina delivers a leg drop to break the count. The match continues back and forth until Xtina nails Chastity with the Goodie Kick and pins her to pick up the huge win just three days before Desperate Measures. After the tag team match Xtina demanded for the microphone and announced that next week, Greg has graciously accepted her proposal to make an announcement regarding a certain Carnage superstar. Since he owed her a favor back from Wrestle Fest last year when she defeated Carnage’s own Liana Lewis. Before she left the ring she added that the announcement will be quite surprising.
Mike “The Mic” reports that all the divas have left the arena to catch an early flight back to North America to get a head start for this weekend’s ppv
Hardcore legend Metalgod is backstage and bumps into Spade. The get into a stare down and Metalgod pushes him and tells him he's nothing but a joke and could beat him any day. Spade challenges him to a match next week to see if this is true and Metalgod accepts
The building explodes as Sonny Smith and Definition make their entrance accompanied by Gab’s brother and manager Miguel Cervantes. Craig says that tonight should have been Definition Appreciation night and NOT Damage Inc because they own the SIW Tag Team titles, the Extreme title, the Lightweight title and Gab is also the 2007 Carnage Trophy winner. The speech is cut short as Damage Inc make their entrance to a chorus of boos. Damage Inc give the fans the middle finger as they walk down the isle but out of nowhere they are attacked by Definition. Both teams battle on the outside until the referee can get them in the ring to officially start the match. Grunge chokes Gab in the corner with a boot to his throat but Gab kicks his knee and then delivers a DDT. Gab covers but Drako breaks the count. Knight is tagged in and fights Gab until he tags in Craig who runs over Knight with a massive clothesline and then throws him to the outside with a gorilla press. Smith is tagged in and gets a near fall over Drako after delivering a superplex but Drako kicks out just in time. Knight is tagged in an dominates Sonny and seems to have the win after delivering the Direct Hit but Cervantes gets involved to break the count. Craig and Grunge fight on the outside as the referee is knocked down. Drako picks up a chair and levels Smith with a shot to his skull. He goes to hit Gab but Miguel grabs the chair from behind and levels Drako with a shot to his skull. Darren Knight sends Miguel crashing out of the ring and into the security wall with a vicious spear but as he turns around he’s clotheslined out of the ring by Gabriel as Craig pins an beaten Drako to get the huge win over Damage Inc on Damage Inc Appreciation Night. Grunge attacks Craig after the match but the SIW Champion is outnumbered as the show ends
