Carnage is live from the Miami Arena and Katie Mysfit joins Mike “The Mic” and Travis Dunns at commentary in her hometown. The show kicks off with the Triple Threat Elimination match for the SIW Intergender Championship between Dr. Frank N Furter, Michelle and Heaven Lee who was accompanied by dog Lucy Fur. Michelle and Heaven double team Frank and double clothesline him over the top rope. As Michelle and Heaven continue the battle in the ring, Frank seems to have some fetish with Lucy Fur. Michele drop kicks Heaven out of the ring and Frank applies a chokehold on the champion. Michelle kicks Frank in the back of the head and throws him back in the ring and gets a three count after avoiding the Sweet Transvestite and performing an impressive rolling thunder. Michelle dominates until Gateman’s mother comes to ringside wanting to talk to Michelle about the breakup. From behind Heaven rolls her up and grabs a handful of tights to eliminate her and get the big win. Officials come out after Michelle and Mrs. Gateman get into an argument.
Greg Banks and his bodyguard NuTz are plotting how to make Alpha & Omega’s lives a living hell when all of a sudden Natedawg and Maurice Bad from Brawl just walk in the office with papers in their hands. Affirmative Action confirms they have signed a multi year contract to wrestle on the Carnage brand. Banks welcomes them on his show with open arms.
New Carnage superstar Xander Morton is backstage holding flowers and asks a road agent where he can find Michelle. The agent tells him that she doesn’t want to see anybody but Xander insists that she’s expecting him. Morton is shown which direction to go to find her locker room.
On August 16, 2006, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS for a second time. The classic event will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage.
JaeVeli & "The Ironman" Craig Rodger took on Outlaws Inc. in the next match but it was reported that Terror Soule was arrested for assaulting a hotel security guard the night before and couldn’t make the show. JaeVeli & Rodger dominate the former SIW champion until we see Juggalo J make his Carnage return and replaced Soule as Grunge’s partner. All of a sudden the SIW veterans dominate but Juggalo misses a cloesthesline and Rodger nails him with the Demon Slayer. Grunge is destroying JaeVeli on the outside but Jennifer Rodger nails him with a low blow from behind. Back in the ring, Rodger picks up the upset win via pin fall after delivering the Demon Stunner. JaeVeli, Craig and Jennifer are surprised and proud of their first win on Carnage as they walk backstage.
During SIW Unlimited, Grunge and Juggalo J continue their battle with JaeVeli and Rodger until Polar gets his security team out to break it up. .
After a commercial break, Christina York interviews the team of Aeson, Scott Bastion and “Red Hot” Rikki Cook aka The Asylum. Aeson says that according the greatest NA champ of all time Rikki Cook that Snake is not worthy of such a prestigious championship. As The Asylum cut a promo against Alpha & Omega, Titan punches Cook and the SIW Tag Team Champions A.P.B assault Bastion and Aeson. Christina York is pushed to the ground during the scuffle. All hell breaks loose backstage until Polar’s security team can separate the factions who are set to collide in the ring later in the night.
SIW North American Champion Snake from Alpha & Omega gets a great crowd response. His opponent Vex comes running out before his music starts and the match starts immediately as Vex attacks the champion. The crowd is on their feet as Vex dominates and then delivers his patented Turnbuckle PowerBomb. Vex covers but the champion kicks out. The former ultimate fighter frustrates the short tempered Vex and sends his flying across the ring with a belly to back suplex. Vex looses his composure and levels Snake with the ring bell. Referee calls the match a disqualification. Vex looks at Snake bleeding on the canvas as he holds the North American championship. The crowd turns on Vex as he responds but giving them the middle finger and hitting the referee with the Cradle of Death.

Greg Banks picks a fight with pretty big staff member and calls his mom a whore. Banks slaps him but before the staff member can do anything, NuTz appears and beats the crap out of him and delivers the NuTz N’ boltz. Banks says the job was created just for him.
The Asylum members Aeson, Scott Bastion & Rikki Cook battled SIW Tag Team Champions A.P.B and the seven foot giant Titan. Bastion dominates Klubber until the tag champ counters a hip toss and tags in Titan. The crowd go crazy as Titan knocks Bastion on his ass by hitting a big boot but he quickly tags in Aeson. Late in the match, Aeson and Bastion are dominating the tag team champs in the ring while Titan takes out Cook on the outside with a sick choke slam. Klubber and Walker go for the A.P.B slam on Aeson but out of nowhere Affirmative Action come out from the crowd and distract A.P.B. Aeson and Klubber fight on the outside and Walker joins in. Nate and Bad join in to ambush A.P.B. Back in the ring, Titan goes to deliver a choke slam to Bastion but he gets a back spasm. Bastion delivers the Elysium and pins him to get the big win.
Brawl for All - For those that missed this week's Monday Night Brawl on the FX network
The three announcers hype “The Greatest One” Matt Uzi’s appearance next week when Carnage invades Atlanta. Will he have anything to say to the SIW Heavyweight champion and his Summersonic opponent “The Assassin” Sonny Smith?
During SIW Unlimited, nurse Jenny Kox leaves with Titan in the back of the ambulance. Inside the ambulance, he stands over Titan and puts on a rubber glove as the screen fades to black.
GM Banks meets up with Rodger and JaeVeli and tells them he was impressed with their win over Outlaws Inc. Seconds later, A.P.B get in his face and start yelling about Affirmative Action interfering in their match. Banks says he knows nothing about what happened (he had a guilty look on his face) but he will give them a chance to get revenge. Next week there is going to be a ten man over the top battle royal in which the winner will take on the SIW Heavyweight champion the following week. The participants are going to be A.P.B, The Asylum, Affirmative Action, JaeVeli & Craig Rodger and Outlaws Inc.
Brandon Gateman is backstage with his mother and tells her that she should have never come all the way to Miami. SIW Heavyweight Champion Sonny Smith walks in and calls Gateman a mammas boy and they get into a stare down. Gateman says that he will be the one that will take on Uzi at Summersonic after he takes his title. Smith tells Gateman he would have to kill him to take his belt.
Gateman and Smith rocked the arena in the main event and the fans were on the edge throughout this back and forth match. Early in the match Gateman goes for the BKO but Smith counters into an atomic drop and then clotheslines the former champ out of the ring. Smith and Gateman battle on the outside until the referee gets the match back in the ring. Gateman hits the champion with a Russian leg sweep and covers but Smith kicks out at two. Gateman then delivers a Running Reverse Neckbreaker and covers but the champ kicks out again. Gateman stays on the offence but the champion just doesn’t want to give up. Gateman is off the ropes and Sonny hits him with a Flying Corkscrew Clothesline. Sonny whips him back to the ropes but Gateman responds with a flying forearm. Gateman is in the zone and calls for the BKO but then Michelle and Xander Morton come out. Sonny hits Brandon with a running bulldog from behind and the match continues. Michelle jumps on the apron to distract the referee while Morton hits Gateman in the head with a steel chair as he comes off the ropes. Without even knowing what happened, Sonny quickly covers and picks up the tainted win to retain the championship. Gateman looks up the entrance ramp as Michelle and Xander lock lips as Carnage went off the air.
When Carnage ended Smith offers Gateman a handshake for delivering a great match. Gateman puts his hand out but out of nowhere he kicks him in the mid section and hits the BKO. Morton rushes to the ring and all hell breaks loose between him and Gateman. Road agents and officials rush out to hold them apart.
