The show starts with General manager Greg Banks coming to the ring and says that unfortunately former Women’s champion Xtina could not make it to Carnage tonight due to a concussion she suffered four days ago on Brawl. Banks says she was suppose to cash in on a favor he owes her but that’s all on hold for now. Banks says that North American champion Darren Knight has not arrived at the arena tonight and he will keep his word and fire the superstar if he does not show up
The first lady of the SIW Liana Lewis may not have won the Diva Rumble 4 at Desperate Measures but she was among the last four divas in the ring along with Xtina, Heaven Lee and Michelle. The next match is a diva triple threat match including Liana Lewis, Chastity and Michelle who competes in her last Carnage match since she was traded to Brawl for Jill and Envy. Liana got upset at some comments made by Michelle earlier this week and attacks her immediately as the bell rings. Michelle nails Liana with a bulldog but from behind she’s attacked by Chastity. Michelle drops Chastity with a shoulder breaker but out of nowhere Liana nails her with a drop kick to the outside. Liana leaps off the top rope but Michelle moves and Liana misses her. Chastity attacks Michelle from behind and slams her head in the commentary table. Chastity slides her in the ring and covers but Liana breaks the count. Liana whips Michelle in the corner and delivers a corner splash and then drops Chastity with Liana’s Flow and pins her to win the match. After the match, Carnage’s newest diva Jill comes out and challenges Liana to a match next week and she accepts

SIW Champion Grunge and Drako from Damage Inc tell Jessica White that if Banks fires Knight while he's on vacation then they will have no choice but to break his legs. The fans start to boo when Grunge says they will beat Definition for the SIW Tag Team championship tonight and make them pay for ruining Damage Inc appreciation night. Natedawg interrupts the interview and tells Grunge to shut up. Natedawg tells Grunge that he will beat Doogan at WAR and become the #1 contender again and take his title at the hottest event of the summer. Grunge and Doogan get into a stare down as the show goes to commercial
Natedawg takes on Sonny Smith in the next match. Early in the match, Smith goes for a backslide pin but Nate kicks out at two. Smith whips him into the corner and goes for a corner elbow but Natedawg moves and delivers a swinging neck breaker. Late in the match they both come off the ropes and level each other with a double clothesline. The referee starts the ten count but both competitors get up at eight. Smith delivers an elbow off the top rope and covers but Natedawg kicks out. Smith goes off the ropes but out of nowhere Natedawg delivers the S.O.S and pins Sonny to get the huge win

Greg Banks announces that next week we will have an interactive Carnage . The fans of the SIW will get to decide which Carnage superstar will challenge Grunge for the SIW Championship
"The Illusionist" Spade accompnaied by Erica made an impressive debut last week and picked up a win over Harkie. This week he takes on the hardcore legend himself Metalgod. Spade hits Metalgod with the Levitating dropkick and covers but that’s not enough to beat Metalgod. Spade beats Metalgod in the corner but get rakes in his eyes and Metalgod drops him with a DDT. Metalgod applies a choke hold but Spade reaches the ropes to break the hold. Spade makes it 2-0 with a impressive pin fall win after hitting Metalgod with the Full House

June 30, 2005 Monterrey Arena | Monterrey, Mexico – James Airington pinned “Red Hot” Rikki Cook to win the tournament for the SIW Heavyweight Championship
The next match is a brutal last man standing match between former tag team partners Duane Doogan and Brandon Gateman. After a fifteen minute bloody battle, Doogan follows Gatman as they both climb the Trevortron. Once at the top, Doogan suplexes Gateman and they fall off the stage and into some electrical equipment on the side. Both competitors are taken out on a stretcher and the referee calls the match a no contest
A video package is aired for the return of former SIW Lightweight Champion Asylum.
Jessica White interviews Definition before their match. Ragin’ Craig says that he could not be happier, he has the Extreme and tag titles, his wife Jill by his side and also the current money in the bank briefcase holder. Craig says that he owes some of his success to the talented Cervantes Brothers, Gabriel his tag partner and Miguel their manager. Definition says tonight is the beginning of the end of Damage Inc. Drako and Grunge will fall to them and Knight will be fired by Mr. Banks for not showing up to work
Damage Inc members are booed as they make their entrance accompanied by Chastity. They get into a fight with some Definition fans in the front row but out of nowhere Craig and Gabriel run out and attack Grunge and Drako and slide them in the ring to start the match. Drako uses the top rope to choke Craig but the tag team/extreme champion elbows him several times and knocks him down wit ha standing clothesline. Craig tags in the high flying Gabriel who nails Drako with a corkscrew leg drop and then delivers a moonsault off the top rope and covers but Drako kicks out. Gabriel charges Drako in the corner but Drako responds with a kick to his face and tags in Grunge. Gabriel is whipped into the corner and Grunge levels him with several knife edge chops and then nails him with elbows to his face. Grunge delivers a running powerslam and covers but Craig breaks the count with a kick to Grunge’s head. Gabriel is sent to the outside with a back body drop and is double teamed by Drako and Grunge. Craig smashes their heads together and drops them with a double DDT. The fans are on their feet as Gabriel has Grunge in the Cervmission in the middle of the ring and is seconds away from winning the match but out of nowhere from the crowd is the North American champion Darren Knight who levels Gab with a black baseball bat. Damage Inc is disqualified as they viciously assault Definition with baseball bats. Miguel calls for security as the show ends with Damage Inc members standing above the fallen tag team champions
