Envy and Queen Bailey battle for the crown in the next match. The divas deliver and back and forth match until we see a girl jump over the security wall. As Envy goes to the top rope for the Green Envy, the unknown girl distracts her. All of a sudden Bailey delivers a german suplex off the top rope and pins Envy to win the match. Queen Bailey introduces the unknown girl as her best friend Tara Michaels

SIW veteran Terror Soule cuts a promo with Jessica White and tells the fans that his dream of becoming the SIW champion will finally come true tonight. Out of nowhere the champion Krazy J attacks him and delivers a beatdown. Dozens of officials and security are on the scene and break up the chaos. Just when everything settles Metalgod attacks Krazy J. and moments later security has the god of extreme pinned to the ground
After a short break, Jace Parker Davidson takes on Scott Bastion in a non title match. Bastion gets a near fall after an elbow to the champions face in the corner. Jace kicks out and surprises Bastion with a roll-up but he kicks out before two. Khristian Call appears on the Trevortron and tells Jace when he returns he will take his title and make him pay for lying to management which led to his suspension. Scott attacks him from behind and takes control of the match until Queen Bailey and Tara Michaels make their way to ringside. They attack Melanie Lilisa in Bastion’s corner and then trip him as he comes off the ropes. Jace delivers the Twisted Reality and pins Bastion to win the match

Ragin’ Craig cashed in his money in the bank and pins Grunge to win the SIW Championship
Zach Blain is the guest referee in the next match as his SIW tag team champions go one on one. Ragin’ Craig and Gabriel Cervantes throw everything they have at each other and the match ends in a no contest time limit. After the match Blain raises both their arms in victory and declared them the very best tag team in SIW history
Jessica White interviews a very upset Scott Bastion backstage who says Jace and his skanks have gone too far tonight. Bastion challenges Jace to a match at Summersonic for the SIW North American championship. Jace walks in his locker room and they start screaming at each other until GM Lynn Roberts orders security to pull them apart. Lynn announces that they will have a match at Summersonic and it will be a last man standing match for the SIW North American championship
A video package is aired on the Trevortron for the return of former SIW champion Sonny Smith who is scheduled to make his Carnage return this summer
Mike “The Mic” is happy to announce that Carnage has signed former MNB diva Heaven Lee and she will be on Carnage next week
Terror Soule takes on Krazy J in the main event. Krazy chokes Terror using the top rope and then hits him with a knee to the midsection. Krazy covers using the ropes for leverage but Soule kicks out. Krazy stays in control of the match until Soule avoids a corner splash and delivers a bulldog. Soule delivers a knee drop and then climbs to the top rope and delivers a flying head butt. Soule covers but the champion kicks out just before three. The match continues back and forth until Soule counters a suplex and delivers the Soule Fusion. The fans go crazy as Soule jumps around the ring and covers Krazy to win the SIW championship. After the match, NuTz, former women’s champion and hall of famer Angelica Hunt, Kyle Soule and Metalgod come out to celebrate Terror’s huge win as the show ends
