Carnage was live from the Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. The program starts with general manager Greg Banks coming out to ringside with his bodyguard NuTz. Banks says that SIW Heavyweight Champion Sonny Smith has been lucky the last few weeks but tonight his luck runs out against the almighty NuTz. Banks then tells the fans that his favorite diva hails from Atlanta. Banks then displays a picture on the Bankstron (formerly the Trevortron) of an orangutan with Liana Lewis’ head. Banks then puts up a picture of nintendo’s Kirby with the A.O.A’s head. The crowd starts booing him and then Alpha & Omega come out and tell Banks to shut up and start the show. Banks then throws a temper tantrum and says he’s sick of getting disrespected. NuTz and Banks leave thru the crowd and the fans cheer when Banks tells everyone that he’s going home. NuTz closes the limo door and tells Banks he’ll take care of business.
The first match was bra and panties match between Heaven Lee and Dr. Frank N Furter for the SIW Intergender Championship. Heaven gets the early advantage after delivering a spine buster. Heaven goes for a drop kick but Frank escapes to the outside. Frank then picks up Heaven dog Lucy and continues to show hints that he wants to be more than friends by blowing it a kiss. He puts Lucy down and Heaven nails him with a baseball slide. Heaven throws him back in the ring and pulls off the bottom part of his outfit. Heaven delivers the Code Red late in the match and takes off Frank’s top and is declared the winner and still champion. As Heaven celebrates in the ring, Frank steals Lucy and runs backstage in bra and panties.
Xander Morton and Michelle are hanging out backstage talking about Morton’s match against her ex Brandon Gateman. Morton dedicates the match to Michelle and promises not to let her down.
On August 16, 2006, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS for a second time. The classic event will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage.
Former Heavyweight Champion Brandon Gateman receives a great reception for a change from the Atlanta crowd. Morton comes out accompanied by Michelle and Gateman strikes him with fist to his mouth as he gets in the ring. The bell rings and the match gets underway. Morton was impressive against the former champion and got a near fall after delivering a Handspring into a moonsault and went for a cover but Gateman kicked out. Michelle gets on the apron and Gateman purposely goes of the ropes and sends her flying off the apron. Morton attacks him from behind but Gateman sneaks in the BKO and covers him to get the win. After the match, Michelle signals someone from the back but as Gateman looks towards the entrance, a masked person comes out from the crowd and levels Gateman with an F-5. Michelle and the masked person leave ringside as Morton and Gateman are out cold in the ring.
During SIW Unlimited, a stretch limo pulls up in the Philips Arena parking lot. The door opens and it’s none other than “The Greatest One” Matt Uzi that steps out. Uzi is scheduled to have an exclusive interview later on the show with Christina York.
After a commercial break, the cameras go backstage where The Asylum are backstage placing bets on who will last the longest in the battle royal, Aeson or Scott Bastion?
SIW North American champion Snake took on the dangerous Vex in a non title no holds barred match. Before Vex made his entrance, Snake moves one of the pyros in the middle of the apron and Vex badly burns his right arm as he enters the ring. Snake uses the NA belt and nails Vex in the head busting him wide open. Snake covers and gets the huge win. After the match, Vex surprises everyone and gets up and attacks Snake with one good arm as he’s getting out of the ring. Vex pulls out a fire extinguisher and Snakes is busted wide open also. Several road agents come out but Vex beats them all to the ground. Vex was uncontrollable and even attacked commentator Travis Dunns. Vex is forced backstage by security.

Brawl for All - For those that missed this week's Monday Night Brawl on the FX network
The 10 man battle royal is next and it was one of the most entertaining matches so far this month. The order of elimination went as follows:
1. Juggalo J e. by Scott Bastion
2. Klubber e. by Sylk Walker
3. Maurice Bad e. by Aeson & Scott Bastion
4. Aeson e. by Natedawg
5. Grunge e. by JaeVeli
6. Craig Rodger e. by Natedawg
7. Scott Bastion e. Sylk Walker
8. JaeVeli e. by Natedawg & Sylk Walker
9. Sylk Walker e. Klubber
Walker and Nate are the last two competitors left in the ring. Nate hits a belly to belly and then almost takes of Walkers head with a reverse neck breaker. Nate misses a clothesline and Walker hits a spine buster and then delivers a running power slam. Walker has Nate almost over the top rope but then out of nowhere, Klubber rushes back to ringside and pulls out his partner to give him a taste of his own medicine. Natedawg celebrates with Maurice in the ring as A.P.B argue all the way backstage.
Christina York calls out Matt Uzi for an exclusive interview. The hall of famer gets a mixed reaction from the crowd until he gets a cheap pop by saying it’s good to be back in Atlanta. The interview hypes his match at Summersonic. Uzi says Sonny Smith is his favorite wrestler on Carnage and it will be a honor to step in the ring with him for the highest championship on Carnage, a title Uzi’s held longer than anyone else. Uzi says it’s unfortunate that he has to run him over and take his title back. Uzi says he’ll come out of retirement before Road To Glory if he can regain his championship. York brings up Nate’s title shot next week and Uzi suggest that if Nate walks out champion then they should triple threat at Summersonic. Uzi talks about his new movie project but then the lights start dimming and then go back to normal. Uzi looks twice over his shoulder.
Vex is backstage still being held back by security and refusing medical attention. Vex calls Snake a coward and challenges him to title match at Summersonic.
NuTz comes out for his non title match against Sonny Smith and gets booed when he asks the crowd to show respect to his boss the Great Greg Banks. SIW Heavyweight Champion Sonny Smith cuts off NutZ as he makes his entrance. Smith is whipped to the corner hits NuTz with a boot to his face as he charges him. Smith dominates and then Greg Banks sneaks over the security wall and crawls under the ring. As NuTz whips Smith to the ropes, Banks trips him and Nutz hits a leg drop on his throat. NuTz covers but Sonny kicks out. Near the end of the match, Banks is thrown into the steel steps and the match continues until Sonny applies the Loc-Jaw and NuTz taps out in the middle of the ring. Banks orders Maurice and Natedawg to attack the Smith but then the crowd is on their feet as Matt Uzi runs out swinging a folded steel chair causing them to retreat. Carnage ends with Uzi and Smith shaking hands. The lights dim again and UZI RIP is shown on the Bankstron.
With Carnage off the air, Uzi and Smith are still in the ring wondering what happened to the lights and we see Natedawg and NuTz come back out and all hell breaks loose. All competitors are eventually pulled apart by road agents and several officials.
