The show starts with a video package hyping the interactive main event. The fans have voted for Grunge’s challenger for the SIW Championship and it could be anybody on the Carnage roster. The first match is the diva match between Jill and Liana Lewis. Jill catches Liana’s kick but then gets hit with an Enziguri. Liana misses a clothesline and Jill drops her with a DDT. Jill delivers a brain buster and applies a choke hold in the middle of the ring. Liana manages to get back to her feet and fights out of the hold with several elbows to Jill’s ribs. Liana goes off the ropes and delivers a Handspring Back Elbow Smash. Late in the match, Jill crushes Liana in the corner with a corner splash but as she goes for another Liana moves and Jill hits the turnbuckles. Liana nails Jill with Liana’s Flow and pins her to win the match
Greg Banks is backstage with Jessica White and says that the last few weeks Damage Inc have been out of control and tonight if everything goes as planned, Grunge will lose the SIW Championship to whoever the fans have voted for. Banks announces that the CEO of the SIW Trevor Derickson will be on Carnage next week and he doesn’t need idiots like Damage Inc making the brand look bad so Grunge has to lose the SIW title tonight
On July 29, 2007, The SIW presents the “Hottest Event of the Summer” Summersonic live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada!
“The Assassin” Sonny Smith takes on Duane Doogan in the next match. Last week Duane Doogan battled Brandon Gateman to a no contest in a brutal last man standing match. Although he’s still banged up from last week, Doogan dominates Smith at the beginning of the match. After battling back and forth throughout the mtch, Doogan nails Smith with a big boot and then climbs to the top rope but he sees Natedawg making his way to the ring. Doogan gets down and goes after Nate but out of nowhere, “The Street Soldier” knocks him out with a set of brass knuckles. The referee keeps counting and awards Smith the winner by count out. After the match, Doogan gets up and goes looking for Natedawg backstage
Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed this week’s edition of Monday Night Brawl
Damage Inc are backstage knocking on Greg’s office door but he is hiding and refuses to come out. Knight hands Grunge a crowbar and he smashes the window and unlocks the door. With Drako and DDHK and Drako watching his back, Grunge tells Banks that he is going to defeat whoever he throws at him tonight and then he’s coming for him. And if Trevor doesn’t like Damage Inc or him him as champion, he‘s going to kick his ass also. Grunge throws Banks to the ground as Damage Inc walks out of the office
The SIW Lightweight title is on the line in the next match as Cervantes puts it on the line against the hardcore legend Metalgod. The have had a matches before and Metalgod always came up short to “The Future”. Metalgod sets up the ladder between two tables and then launches Cervantes off the top roep into the ladder and bends it in half. Both competitors roll around in pain. Moments later, Miguel slides in another ladder in the ring and Gabriel sets it up and starts climbing but from behind Metalgod delivers a neck breaker off the ladder. As Miguel checks on his brother, Metalgod punches Miguel and throws him out of the ring. Metalgod climbs the ladder but out of nowhere Miguel slides back in and pushes the ladder over and Metalgod falls to the outside and the fans start a “holy shit” chant. Gabriel climbs the ladder and grabs the title hanging from the rafters to retain

SIW Tag Team Champions are interviewed by Jessica White. Craig says last week Damage Inc didn’t prove they were better, they proved that they are nothing but cowards. Craig tells Grunge he better pray that it ain’t a member of Definition getting voted in the main event. Craig tells Nate and Asylum that he's ready for a fight tonight and he will do anything he can to keep the extreme title
Brandon Gateman who is without his fiancé Michelle takes on Damage Inc’s Darren “Direct Hit” Knight for the SIW North American Championship in the next match. There are also rumors backstage that Knight and Michelle have been talking a lot out of work and Gateman is upset about this. Knight counters the BKO early in the match and delivers a drop kick and Gateman goes flying into the corner. Knight delivers a flying elbow to his face and then covers but Gateman kicks out. Knight locks Gateman in the Texas Cloverleaf and wants to win this one by submission but Gateman refuses to tap out and fights his way to the ropes. Late in the match, Gateman goes for the BKO but Darren counters into the Direct Hit and pins the SIW veteran to win this huge match. Darren Knight then drops a bombshell, he tells Gateman that at Summersonic, he is going to propose marriage to Michelle
Natedawg is backstage and tells the fans that he’s been waiting for Doogan to come for him but he he’s too much of a wimp. Natedawg calls the interactive match useless because after he destroys Doogan at WAR, he’s going to beat whoever is champion at Summersonic and finally earn the SIW Championship, the most prestigious championship in sports entertainment. Nate then hypes his triple threat match against Craig and the returning Asylum for the SIW Extreme championship. Nate says being Extreme and SIW champion at the same time would be a great accomplishment
The SIW Extreme title is on the line in the next triple threat match between Natedawg, the returning Asylum and the current champion Ragin’ Craig. Nate and Craig exchange lefts and rights as soon as the bell rings and then Asylum clips Craig’s knee and starts stomping on it until Nate levels him with a devastating clothesline. Natedawg delivers a powerslam to Asylum and covers but Asylum kicks out. Craig jumps off the top rope and hits Nate with a double ax handle and then delivers a power bomb in the middle of the ring but out of nowhere, Asylum drop kicks him out of the ring. All of a sudden, the lights go out and back on and Doogan stands behind Natedawg. Craig and Asylum battle in the ring as Doogan nails Nate with the DooganDT on a steel chair. Craig swings the ring bell but misses Asylum who executes the Dolce et Decorum and pins him after delivering a shooting star press and gets the huge win for the Extreme title in his return match
The Trevortron shows the vote results and we see it’s a tie between the current SIW Lightweight/Tag Team champion Gabriel Cervantes and none other than the first diva of the SIW Liana Lewis. General Manager Greg Banks says the Carnage fans have spoken and the official main event will be Gabriel Cervantes, Liana Lewis and Grunge for the SIW Championship
After a commercial break, Gabriel Cervantes makes his entrance along with his manager/brother Miguel. Gabriel says he may not be 100% after his brutal match with Metalgod but he would love nothing more than to beat Grunge and Damage Inc and take the SIW Championship. Liana Lewis comes out to a mixed crowd reaction and would like to become the very first diva to win the SIW Championship. Grunge makes his entrance accompanied by Drako and DDHK and Damage Inc are booed. The fans start a “Grunge Sucks” chant as he gives the crowd the middle finger. As the bell rings, Liana punches Grunge in the face and applies a head lock but Grunge picks her up and slams her on the canvas. Gabriel nails Grunge with a scissor kick and rolls him up with for a pin but Grunge kicks out. Cervantes climbs to the top rope but liana climbs up and delivers a superplex and covers him but Grunge breaks the count by dropping an elbow to the back of her head. Grunge nails Liana with a hard right and whips her out of the ring. The fans start chanting “Bullshit” as DDHK and Drako kick Liana while she’s down. The referee then tells the Damage Inc members they are ejected from the match. Drako and DDHK beat the hell out of the referee and security come out and escort them backstage. Grunge whips Cervantes into the corner but out of nowhere Liana delivers Liana’s Flow and the fans are on their feet as she covers to become the new SIW Champion but there is no referee. Another referee runs out but he’s too late and Grunge kicks out at two. Cervantes hits Liana with a Hurracanrana but out of nowhere Grunge uses the last of his energy and nails Cervantes with the Grunganator and pins him to win the match and retain he SIW Championship. Immediately after the match, Ragin’ Craig shocks everyone as he cashes in his money in the bank and everyone is banned from ringside. Security hold Damage Inc back as Ragin’ Craig attacks a beaten Grunge and levels him with the Rage Factor and pins him to win the SIW Championship. The show ends with an emotional Ragin’ Craig celebrating with Gab, Miguel and his wife Jill
