Carnage starts with a video package of Wednesday War where Brawl’s JaeVeli’s defeated Matt Uzi for the Heavyweight championship with the assistance of the returning Chris Macavedi. Uzi also suffered a broken arm. Definition members come out to the ring. SIW Champion Ragin’ Craig says even though Banks made the main event at Summersonic a triple threat, Gabriel still gets to decide the stipulation since he defeated Drako at War. Damage Inc members come out and tell Craig that last week he got lucky as he took advantage of a fallen Grunge to take his championship but tonight Grunge is taking back what belongs to him. A huge brawl breaks out at the beginning of the show. It takes dozens of officials and security to break it up
Mike ‘The Mic” announces that Greg Banks had a family emergency and will not be on Carnage tonight. However SIW CEO Trevor Derickson is scheduled to be on the show.
The first match of the night is a four way hardcore diva match between Liana Lewis, Jill, Chastity and Erica. Jill spears Erica into the ring post and she became motionless for most of the match. Jill and Chastity try to double team liana but their plans backfire as Liana avoids a double clothesline and delivers a flying body press. Liana throws Erica over the security wall and levels Jill with a steel chair to her skull. Chastity charges Liana but the first lady of the SIW kicks her in the mid section and drops her with Liana’s Flow on the chair and pins her to win the match. After the match, Liana says she was robbed of the SIW Championship last week but when Trevor arrives tonight, justice will be served
On July 29, 2007, The SIW presents the “Hottest Event of the Summer” Summersonic live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada!
Jessica White is backstage with Natdawg who officially became the #1 contender for the SIW Champion at War with a victory over Duane Doogan. Natedawg says not only does he have a chance at winning the North American championship tonight he gets to beat the hell out of Doogan again. White announces that Doogan has not arrived at the arena and may have stuck to his word and retired after his loss at War. Natedawg rolls his eyes and calls him a pussy. Natedawg puts his arm around her and tells her they can continue to talk in his locker room as the cameras go back to ringside
New SIW Extreme Champion Asylum puts his title on the line against Metalgod who claims the title was made for him. Metalgod pulls out a crowbar from under the ring and swings at Asylum’s head but he moves and Metalgod hits the steel steps. Asylum nails him with an elbow to his face and then body slams him on the Spanish table. Asylum goes to deliver a piledriver on the table but Metalgod counters with a back body drop on the other table. Asylum goes through the table and Metalgod covers but the resilient champion kicks out. Metalgod pulls out a stop sign but out of nowhere Asylum delivers a drop kick on the sign and hits Metalgod’s face. Asylum delivers a shoulder breaker and then climbs to the top rope and executes a shooting star press and pins Metalgod to retain the title
Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed this week’s edition of Monday Night Brawl
A limo arrives backstage and it’s none other than the CEO of the SIW Trevor Derickson who greeted by several staff members. He is escorted inside the arena surrounded by heavy security
"The Illusionist" Spade takes on Gabriel Cervantes accompanied by his brother and manager Miguel Cervantes in the next match for the SIW Lightweight Championship. Cervantes charges Spade but he mysteriously floats out of the way and Cervantes crashes into the turnbuckle. Spade almost gets an early upset win with a backslide but Cervantes kicks out. As this high flying match continues, Miguel is assaulted by Damage Inc members. Cervantes nails Spade with a spinning kick off the top rope and then calls for paramedics for his brother. Spade attacks him from behind and they battle until the referee counts them out

July 14, 2005 Charlotte Coliseum | Charlotte, North Carolina – Ragin’ Craig fought James Muret to a time limit draw
SIW CEO Trevor Derickson in introduced as he makes his way to the ring accompanied by Liana Lewis. TJD says he has come to Carnage for two reasons. TJD says that Friday the 13th represents bad luck to some people but not for Liana. Tonight, Liana Lewis will be part of the main event rematch for the SIW Championship between Craig and Grunge since she was screwed last week. TJD then introduces the newest Superstar on Carnage, the true creator of the former group known as Rated X, not Primetime, not DVR but the one and only Johnny Ringo along with his manager "The One and Only" Bernardo Williams. The fans are shocked to see Ringo return as he shakes hands with TJD and Liana Lewis. The Rated X creator says he’s back in the SIW to make an impact and he will be part of Summersonic one way or another
SIW Lightweight champion Gabriel Cervantes says that Damage Inc are nothing but cowards but he’s interrupted by Spade who says that they have unfinished business and he wants a rematch at Summersonic. Cervantes shakes his hand and tells him he’s on. But next week, Gabriel challenges Damage Inc to a 6 man tag team match next week on Carnage against himself, Craig and his brother Miguel
After a short commercial break, Damage Inc’s Darren “Direct Hit” Knight puts his SIW North American title on the line in a 6 way match just two days after defeating Sonny Smith to retain at War. The match starts as Drako and Sonny Smith exchange punches. Gateman immediately attacks Darren Knight and kicks him in the head in the corner. Natedawg starts kicking Gateman also in the corner but then the lights go out and when they come back on Doogan is standing behind Natedawg. Doogan chops him in his throat and whips him out of the ring. Doogan goes to whip Nate into the steels steps but Nate counters and Doogan crashes into the steps. Knight drop kicks Drako to the outside and he lands on Nate and Doogan. Gateman nails Smith with the BKO but out of nowhere Knight delivers a DDT to Gateman and pins him after delivering the Direct Hit. After the match, Johnny Ringo appears from the crowd and levels Knight with the North American title. Ringo assaults Knight and we see Michelle come out and begs Ringo to stop. Gateman pulls her by her arm and drags her backstage. Ringo is finally chased away by Drako swinging a steel chair
Jessica White catches up with Johnny Ringo backstage and asks him he attacked Darren Knight when he never did anything to him. Ringo says he wanted to make an impact so he sent a little message to the North American champion. Out of nowhere, Knight attacks Ringo backstage and security is called to break it up. Ringo tells Knight he wants a match at Summersonic and the gladly accepts
Metalgod is backstage kicking Asylum's door. Metalgod tells Asylum that he wants a rematch for his title at Summersonic in a thumbtack match. Asylum appears from behind and smashes his head on the locker room door and then whips him into some steel crates. Asylum crushes Metalgod between the crate and the wall
TJD hugs Liana before her match and says he will be at ringside to make sure nothing happens to her. Craig walks in their locker room and he offers to team with Liana so they can take out Grunge first and then the match will be between them. Liana thinks about it and agrees as Craig reminds her it was Damage Inc that screwed her last week. Can Liana Lewis do the impossible and defeat Craig and Grunge for the SIW Championship tonight on Carnage?
The main event is a triple threat between Grunge, Liana and Craig for the SIW championship. Craig clotheslines Grunge at the beginning of the match and double teams the former champ with Liana. Grunge kicks Craig in the groin and headbutts Liana. Grunge kicks Liana in her ribs and TJD gets on the apron and starts shouting at Grunge. Grunge responds with a fist to the CEO’s mouth and he falls off the apron. Craig picks him up and delivers a samoan slam and covers but Grunge kicks out. Liana jumps off the top rope and levels Craig with a flying elbow. Liana covers but Grunge breaks the count. Grunge drops Craig with a power slam and the referee gets knocked down also. TJD slides in the ring with a folded steel chair and smashes it over Grunge’s skull. Liana covers and the referee is slow to count. Craig pulls Liana off Grunge to stop the count. Liana whips Craig to the ropes but he reverses and Liana knocks TJD off the apron. Craig picks her up and delivers the Rage Factor. Before Craig can pin her, Grunge rolls him up from behind but Craig reverses and pins him to win the match to retain the title. After the match, a frustrated Grunge assaults TJD and Liana until Ringo comes out and throws Grunge out of the ring. The rest of Damage Inc come out and beat the hell out of Ringo until Definition gets involved. Security tries to break up the fight between Definition and Damage Inc as the show goes off the air
