Greg Banks comes out to ringside accompanied by NuTz at the beginning of the show and gets greeted with boos. Banks says that he doesn’t understand why people are booing him when they should be booing TJD and Liana over at Brawl for trying to get Blackowt to pull out of the15 man battle royal at Summersonic. Banks says since he’s replaced Titan on the Carnage the ratings have increased and stars such as Gateman, Uzi, Vex, Ian Bishop, Mike London, Tony Viction and referee Wayne Cashman have come back to SIW television. Banks hypes the four way match at WAR between London, Bishop, Bozzman and NuTz, the greatest stars to never win the big one but then Banks is interrupted by “The Greatest One” Matt Uzi who questions him about last week’s video. The lights dim and six black hooded figures appear at the top of the ramp carrying a casket that says Uzi RIP on top. The fans go crazy as Uzi grabs a steel chair and goes to strike the hooded men but the arena goes completely black. Seconds later the lights go back on and everything is back to normal.
The first match of the night is a handicap match with the unlikely team of Ian Bishop & Gateman as they take on Craig Rodger, Johnny Jobber & Zero Thomas. Gateman dominates and hits Thomas with a side slam and then drops an elbow and covers but Thomas kicks out. Bishop is tagged in and almost gets the win after hitting Jobber with the clothesline from hell and covering him but Rodger breaks the count. Late in the match, Brandon keeps looking for a tag but Bishop doesn't respond. Soon all three opponents are after Bishop all at once but Bishop side steps and the three hit Brandon. As Brandon flies off the apron to the outside while Bishop spears Jobber, clotheslines Thomas to the outside at hits Rodger with the Cyclone to seal the deal via pin fall.
After the match, Gateman confronts Ian wondering what his problem is. Bishop pushes him and Gateman pushes him back. As they exchange punches, Michelle gets involved and nails Gateman with a low blow from behind and Bish hits the Cyclone.

SIW Heavyweight Champion “The Assassin” Sonny Smith cuts a promo with Christina York and admits his match with Uzi won’t be easy but he will win nonetheless. Smith says that he’s been dragged into the feud between Snake and Vex but he’ll teach them a thing or two and says that he trusts Uzi will call the match down the middle. When asked about Uzi’s predator, Smith had no comment.
New SIW Extreme Champion Grunge puts his title on the line in a rematch against “The Natural” Sylk Walker. Grunge dominates this match as Walker didn’t appear to be a hundred percent. Grunge body slams Walker on the entrance ramp and then pins him after delivering the Grunganator thru the Spanish table. After the match, a bloody Grunge says this Sunday at Summersonic, history will be made as he becomes the very first undisputed SIW Hardcore/Extreme Championship. Renegade then appears live via sattelite on the Bankstron and tells Grunge he's full of himself and the D.O.H is the only true hardcore icon in the SIW. As they argue about who more hardcore, Walker attacks Grunge from behind and Renegade is knocked out with a shovel to the head thanks to Metalgod who then smashes the camera with the shovel. This Sunday the SIW Extreme and Hardcore championshiops will be on the line in a four way ttile unification match.
Affirmative Action are pacing back and forth waiting for Shocker to arrive. Bad calls him a motherfucker and says he thinks that he fucked them over. Natedawg says they don’t need Shocker anyway and that they can win the match on their own and disband the Asylum. Banks walks in and says that the match is still on even if Shocker doesn’t show up but he also says that in the interest of fairness, the SIW Tag Team Championship will be on the line as the two of them take on the Bastion, Aeson and Rikki Cook.

Mike London makes his Carnage return and the fans give him a nice pop. London starts his seg by telling TJD and Liana to kiss his ass and says that the t.W.o sucks. London says he happy to be back home on Carnage and after talking to GM Banks he was given the authority to issue a five competitor open challenge in which the winner will become the #1 contender for the North American Championship. Tony Viction is the first to step up and comes out to make his return as well and says that he will be more than happy to accept his challenge. More challengers will be announced this week.
Affirmative Action take on The Asylum in a handicap match and the losing stable must disband. Scott Bastion hits Bad with a reverse DVD and covers but the referee is pulled out of the ring by Nate. As the referee is giving Nate a warning, Cook, Aeson and Bastion triple team the wrestling machine. Cook misses a clothesline and Nate hits him with the S.O.S kick. Nate covers but Bastion brakes the count. Moments later Bad is tagged in and battles Rikki while Nate is getting ambushes on the outside. Bad applies the Bad Lock to Cook and wins the match via submission and Cook cost Bastion and Aeson the tag titles. Bad and Nate take the belts and head backstage after their upset win. After the match, Aeson and Bastion confront Cook and then assault him. Aeson gets a steel chair and puts it around Cook’s throat and Bastion hits a leg drop off the ropes on the chair crushing Cook’s larynx.

After a commercial break, Ian Bishop and Michelle are seen backstage talking about Summersonic when Michelle begins to flirt with Bishop. Bishop looks like he wants to avoid the situation but Michelle pulls on his shirt and brings him in for a deep kiss, Bishop pulls away quickly but Brandon sees this and in a rage tackles Bishop to the ground and the two fight out into the parking lot where security is needed to separate the two competitors. Anything can happen this Sunday when these two veterans step in the ring.
Banks and his bodyguard NuTz are discussing the big battle royal at Summersonic. Banks gives him a pep talk to motivate him so he can bring the Euro title back to Carnage. NuTz says he would love to do that and he could also use the $100 000 reward Banks has offered the Carnage stars to get the job done since he hasn’t received a raise in two years. Affirmative Action walk in without knocking and appear drunk as hell and thank Banks for the opportunity. Banks tells them they can return the favor by winning the battle royal and Euro title this Sunday at Summersonic, he doesn't care who wins as long as it's a Carnage star.
The main event is next and Vex dominates both the SIW North American Champion Snake and Heavyweight Champion Sonny Smith. Uzi is the guest referee and keeps the match under control. Vex whips both Snake and Sonny into the corner and hits a corner splash. Vex throws Smith to the outside and then unleashes on Snake. Vex delivers a pump handle slam and then locks Snake in a choke hold. Uzi warns Vex and threatens to disqualify him. Smith is back in the ring and hits Vex with a drop kick which sends him to the outside. Smith battles with Snake and then sends him to the outside as well with a back body drop. Smith feeds off the crowd and keeps dominating until Vex clips his knee from behind. Vex and Snake double team the champion but as they whip him off the ropes they miss a double clothesline and Smith responds with a flying body press. The match ends Vex hits Snake with the Flat Line and covers for the three count but Smith pulls him out and covers Snake and steals the win. Vex can’t believe what just happened and attacks Smith but Uzi jumps in and so does Snake. The ring becomes a war zone as all four competitors battle each other.
