The show started with footage from last MNB when SIW Heavyweight Champion Gavin Payne tried to attend the event but was instead ejected from the building. In the parking lot, Matt Uzi tried to run him over with a black pick up truck but fortunately Payne jumped out of the way. Uzi tied him up to the back of the truck but before driving off, security rushed out to stop the assault. Uzi came out at the beginning of Carnage and ran his mouth about Payne being scared of the “Greatest One”. Uzi said he swore that he heard Gavin cry when he found out he was tied to the back of a truck. Gavin Payne came out to the ring and got in a shoving match with Uzi until Muret came out and told them to calm down. They started pushing Muret until Rikki Cook rushed out and all hell broke loose in the ring. It took a dozen of officials to break up the fight.

APB where in tag team action against Ragin’ Craig and Zach Blain in the first match. Sylk missed a closeline and Craig capitalized by side slam and a leg drop of the ropes. He went for the pin but Klubber broke the count. Late in the match, Klubber had Blain in a sleeper hold but from the back, the SIW Tag Team Champions Lomond and Kuone made it to ringside. Kuone distracted the referee while Lomond took Carlos Prez’s chair and swung at Blain but he ducked and Klubber took the chair to the head. The referee caught him red handed and awarded the match to APB via DQ. Craig grabbed Lomond to deliver the Rage Factor but from behind Kuone hit a low blow. The SIW Tag Team Champions left quickly after the damage was done.

Carnage GM Kevin “Titan” McColl was backstage giving orders to some SIW staff members but soon stepped aside to answer his cell phone. Apparently the person on the other line was his new assistant who was to be revealed next week.

After a promo for TNC Global Warning on PPV August 21 in Sidney, Australia, Travis Dunns and Mike "The Mic" announced the official release of Thursday Carnage Season 1 on DVD. SIW The Music Vol:3 will be released on August 8 at midnight.

Suicide made his debut in match against Ryan Vincent for a chance to face the SIW Lightweight champion Envy at Global Warning. Envy did commentary as Vincent and Suicide delivered a stunning performance with high impact moves. Ryan dominated the beginning of the match until he missed a flying body press to the outside. Suicide whipped him into the Spanish table and leveled him with a Missile Dropkick that went him over the steel railing. Suicide jumped off the table and delivered a devastating Flying Clothesline. The matched ended when Suicide pinned him after delivering the Suicide Dive. At the end of the match, Envy got in the ring and went to hit Sucidal but he simply caught her arm and told her that they had a date at Global Warning.

The SIW Extreme champion was talking to some beautiful women when all of sudden Metalgod smashed him in the back of his head with a trash can. He put the can over NuTz’s head and smashed it several times with a steel chair. Metalgod then delivered the God Bomb into a table holding monitors and other electrical equipment leaving the champ motionless.

After a promo for SIW Wednesday War, Michelle and Heaven Lee competed in a memorable strap match. Michelle showed an aggressive side that had yet to be seen till this match. She whipped Heaven to the corner and pulled her back with the strap for a devastating closeline. After choking Lee till she was blue, Heaven managed to flip her over the top rope and let Michelle hang until she brought her back in the ring with a suplex. It was a close match but Heaven managed to get the win after delivering Heaven’s Fury and touched all four corners.

Christina York walked up to Matt Uzi’s locker room. His agent answered and said that there was no time for any interviews. Another person was heard in the background talking to the former three time SIW Champion. Could it be the masked person from last week?

The SIW Tag Team championship was on the line as The Beastiary got a rematch against Kuone and Lomond. Dark Tiger hit kuone with a DDT and went for a elbow off the second rope but Kuone moved out of the way and made the tag. The match got intense when Chimera body pressed Lomond outside of the ring when Ragin Craig and Blain came out to give the champs some payback. Blain hit Lomond with a right hand and Craig leveled him with the Rage Factor. In the ring Kuone closelined the Beastiary out of the ring but fro behind, Blain turned him around and delivered the Punishment Driver. The referee awarded the match to the champs via dq.

Christina York held an interview with the SIW Heavyweight Champion Gavin Payne before the main event. After some inspiring words, he pinched her ass and dedicated the match to her.

The main event featured a fatal four way elimination. The match was all out chaos and ended in a bloody mess. As Uzi whipped Payne to the ropes, the masked person appeared from under the ring and knocked him out with a set of nun chucks leaving a huge bump on his head gushing blood. He passed them to Uzi who beat Gavin in his kidney’s and got himself disqualified. Muret and Cook continued the match as paramedics took out Gavin on a stretcher. Uzi and the masked person moved the paramedics aside and then pushed the stretcher until throwing it off the entrance ramp. Muret got the upset win over the SIW North American Champion after delivering the Flatliner and getting the pin fall. The program ended with Muret celebrating in the ring.
