Carnage starts with General manager Greg Banks coming out to ringside and announces that Carnage will change networks within the next month. Banks is then interrupted by Ian Bishop accompanied by Michelle. Bishop demands a title shot against Smith at Global Warning which prompts the Heavyweight champion to come out and they push Banks aside and get into a stare down. As they engage in a fist fight, free agent, “The Living Dead” Duane Doogan appears at the top of the ramp and suggests that Smith puts the title on the line in the main event triple threat match. The fans go crazy as Banks agrees and sanctions the match. Gateman remains the guest referee.

"Abnormal" Aaron Bentley makes his first Carnage appearance as he takes on commentary to introduce himself during the opening match as former SIW North American Champion Snake takes on Ryan “NuTz” Brown. Snake gets a huge win over the SIW veteran via pin fall after delivering the Snake Bomb but after the match he laid out by Bentley who nails him with Abnormailty.
On October 11, 2006, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS for a third time. The classic event will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage.
Tony “The Bull” Viction takes on Heaven Lee in the next match for the SIW Intergender Championship. Heaven is overpowered by the former SIW Extreme Champion and is defeated after the Bull delivers the Death Design and pins her. After the match, Viction renames the title back to the Lightweight Championship and pulls out the old belt out of a bag.
EBW members, Grunge, Drako, Douglas, Mysfit are backstage and hype their show Last In Line on August 26, 2006. Down the hall is former SIW Diva Olivia Danger talking to Greg Banks about a possible return. EBW approach her and invite her to their show. Olivia agrees and tells Banks he’ll get his answer about joining Carnage or EBW at Last In Line. Just announced is Angel taking on Chris Macavedi for the SIW Championship.
Christina York calls out Mike London who seems pissed about his loss at War and the current SIW North American Champion Vex for their exclusive interview except it’s not Vex. The Fake Vex comes out wearing a “I’m a retard” t-shirt and carries a foam replica belt. London gets the Fake Vex to admit that Mike London is the greatest wrestler alive and that he’s scared of him. London kicks the living hell out of the Fake Vex and drops him with the Spinal Trauma. London celebrates with the replica belt until the real Vex rushes out and all hell breaks lose in the ring. Vex picks up London throws him over the top rope and into the Spanish table. Security stops Vex from continuing his assault but what will happen at Global Warning when these two top Carnage stars battle one on one for the SIW North American Championship?

SIW Tag Team champions Affirmative Action put their titles on the line against EBW Champion Grunge & Drako and the team of Aeson & Scott Bastion. Grunge almost gets the upset win after delivering the Grunganator to Aeson but from the crowd comes out the Southern Kings. Jamison pulls out Grunge out of the ring and Murdoc levels him with a steel chair. Drako clotheslines Storm to the ground but from behind Murdoc nails him with a low blow. Douglas fights them off but back in the ring Natedawg pins Bastion after delivering the Gangstanator. Southern Kings continue their assault against EBW but Affirmative Action shocks everyone and helps the EBW. Southern Kings escape from the crowd but the damage has been done. Grunge, Drako and Douglas will get their chance at revenge at Southern Kings Last In Line.
During SIW Unlimited, Affirmative Action is invited to EBW Last In Line.
After a commercial break, Greg Banks is introducing Carnage’s newest diva Marissa Juanita Martinez to several staff members and wrestlers. This talented diva from La Habra Heights, California will make her wrestling debut next week in a match against Michelle.
Brawl For All - For those that missed Monday Night Brawl this week.
Mike London and Vex are battling backstage and officials are having a hard time separating the two. Chief of Security Polar sends reinforcements to break up the braw.
Brandon Gateman gets a nice pop from the crowd as he makes his way to the ring to officiate the triple threat between Doogan, Bishop and the SIW Heavyweight champion Sonny Smith. This match had the fans on the edge of their seats as all three competitors delivered many near falls. Doogan nails Smith with the DooganDT but before he can cover, Bishop delivers the Cyclone. Bishop covers but Gateman doesn’t execute a count. Bishop gets in Gateman’s face but out of nowhere Gateman hits the BKO and puts Doogan on top of him and counts a fast three. The fans start booing at the title change as Gateman tells Doogan he’ll see him at Global Warning to get his belt back.
