The show started with Titan firing his executive consultant Johnny Jobber for incompetence and then threw him out of his office after demoting him back to a wrestler. He said that next week he’ll announce his new consultant.

Klubber and The Fugitive took on Lomond and Kuone in a dumpster match. APB got the win after Fugitive sent Kuone sliding down the entrance ramp in the dumpster hitting the ring hard. Klubber body pressed Lomond over the top rope onto his tag team partner in the dumpster and Fugitive closed the lid.

A video package covering the Global Warning PPV was aired. Uzi defeated Payne with the help of DVR, Muret defeated Cook for the NA title, Metalgod managed to keep the Extreme title after beating NuTz, Blain and Ragin Craig became new SIW Tag Team Champions after a huge win over Kuone and Lomond. Envy also defeated all odds and retained her SIW Lightweight title by getting another win over Suicide after Ryan Vincent played a role in the outcome of the match.

Former SIW North American Champion Rikki Cook arrived at the Rose Garden Memorial Coliseum wearing a “James Muret Sucks” t-shirt and cut a promo with Christina York for his upcoming match against Tyler “The Monster” Osborn. Cook guaranteed victory and warned Muret to watch his back.

In the next match, Suicide and Ryan Vincent brawled to the outside and fought to double count out. After the match they fought all the way to the parking lot until security broke it up. Titan showed up with several officials and decided to make a no DQ, no count out match between the two competitors next week on Carnage. SIW Lightweight Champion Envy appeared and asked to be the special referee, Titan agreed.

After a promo for MNB Red Alert on PPV September 30 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Travis Dunns and Mike "The Mic" were joined by Dr. Frank N Furter at commentary.

The winner of the next match became the #1 contender for the SIW North American Championship. Osborn missed a big boot late in the match and Cook took him down with a kick to his left knee. Cook threw him to the outside as the ref started the count. Frank poured his water bottle over Osborn but “The Monster” retaliated by punching Frank in the nose. The match ended when Rikki rolled him up with a handful of tights after a low blow and won the match to become the #1 contender for the SIW North American Championship.

Last Sunday on Carnage, Matt Uzi became the very first competitor to win both the SIW Championship and the SIW Heavyweight Championship but that milestone came at a price. Uzi lost four pints of blood after taking a beating and was taken out by paramedics. It was announced that Matt Uzi was doing better and was going to be at Carnage next Thursday to sign a new TNC contract and to answer the challenge made by Gavin Payne for a rematch.

After a promo for SIW Wednesday War and the current SIWA Heavyweight Champion Heavy Metal Hero, fan favorites and current SIW Tag Team Champions Zach Blain and Ragin’ Craig put their titles on the line against the former champions The Beastiary. Craig picked up the win for the team after he pinned Dark Tiger after delivering the Rage Factor. Craig and Blain celebrated in the ring after the match.

Christina York held an exclusive interview with the new SIW North American Champion, and moeny in the bank winner James Muret. He held his brifcase as he talked about his busy schedule wrestling in the SIW and managing the academy at the same time but the hard work has paid off when he beat Rikki Cook, the longest running North American champion in the last five years. Out of nowhere, Rikki Cook attacked him by breaking a camera over his head. Cook jumped on his and punched him repeatedly in the face until security pulled Cook off and escorted him out of the building.

A geek named Eric Bunder, a censor for the network came to the ring and said that he was working on canceling the Carnage program because it promotes nothing but violence, sex and other degrading activities. He was interrupted by the Carnage GM who said he had an idea how to boost the ratings, Titan grabbed him by his throat and chokeslamed him in the middle of the ring.

David Von Ramrock was ready to fight Gavin Payne in the main event but instead he got Gavin on the Trevortron live via satellite from Australia at the hospital where Matt Uzi was staying. Ramrock had to fight Payne’s trainer Cameron Frost instead. Frost attacked him from behind and quickly pinned him after delivering The Frost Bite. Cameron choked DVR with a wire until his face turned blue and blood started dripping on the canvas. Meanwhile in the hospital, Payne grabbed Uzi’ IV and beat the hell out of the SIW Heavyweight Champion with it while he rested in his bed. Gavin nailed him with a DDT and then injected him with an antipsychotic tranquilizer
