Prior to the show, MTV presents a one hour special to celebrate the return of it’s hit program Carnage. Live from Dallas, Texas, the show starts with Christina York introducing The Killers who perform their new hit single “Here, Now”.
The first match of the night is an entertaining diva match between Michelle and Olivia Danger. Michelle takes control of the match after executing an illegal rake to the eyes and covers after delivering a Tilt-A-Whirl Backbreaker but Olivia kicks out. The match ends with Michelle missing a clothesline and Olivia picks up the big win using the Tumble of Life. After the match, the fans get into an “Olivia” chant but Michelle is irritated by the chants and slaps her across her face and they continue fighting until officials come out and separate them.
Carnage general manager Greg Banks comes to ringside and welcomes everyone to the Carnage premier on MTV. Banks is interrupted by Heavyweight Champion Brandon Gateman who tells Banks what happened last week was unacceptable and he demands that Sonny Smith gets punished. Banks tells the champ that he can punish him in their match in the main event but Gateman says he wants more, he wants Smith suspended for two weeks after he beats him tonight. Banks says that’s a little extreme but he’ll authorize the stipulation on one condition, if Smith wins, it will be Gateman that gets suspended.
On October 11, 2006, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS. The classic event will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage.
The New Inferno makes his Carnage debut in a triple threat match between Grimm Jones and the SIW Hardcore Champion Terror Soule. Inferno dominates the match and proves he can go hardcore. Inferno leaps over the top rope and levels Grimm and Terror with a flying body press and sends them crashing into the security wall. Terror tries to slow down Inferno by nailing with the steel steps but Inferno moves and Soule hits Grimm. As Inferno continues to dominate, EBW’s Natedawg and Maurice Bad come out and ambush Inferno. Affirmative Action members then launch Inferno to the side of the entrance ramp and into a bunch of electrical equipment. Back in the ring, Soule picks up the win and retains via pin fall after hitting Grimm with the Soule Fusion. Inferno’s debut was botched by Affirmative Action’s interference but this Saturday at EBW Last In Line, Inferno will get a chance at revenge and the tag titles when he teams up\ with Angel.
Former SIW Heavyweight Champion Sonny Smith cuts a promo with Christina York and gets a pop from the crowd. Smith says that he attacked Gateman last week to give him a reality check because that belt he wear belongs to Sonny. Smith then announces the birth of his new baby girl and dedicates his match to her and says he’s going to get the title back by pinning Gateman for the three count or even make his ass tap out to the Loc Jaw.
Gavin Payne is backstage with none other than actress Scarlett Johansson. Payne asks her who her favorite Carnage superstar is and Scarlett says it’s a tie between him and his friend Brandon Gateman. Payne smiles and says most wrestlers on the roster are decent except this loser Adrian Quake who thinks he’s a “Wrestling God”. From behind, Quake nails Payne with a ladder and starts hitting him with lefts and rights until security comes out and breaks it up. Fortunately Scarlett Johansson was unharmed.
The unlikely team of Mike London and SIW North American Champion Vex take on Affirmative Action with Grunge for the SIW Tag Team Championship. Midway through the match, Drako comes out to ringside and the odds are stacked against Vex and London. Vex and London dominate nonetheless and come close to stealing the belts after Vex delivers the Flat Line to Bad but then Grunge gets Affirmative Action disqualified by interfering. After the match, Nate and Bad assault London on the outside and back in the ring, Grunge holds Vex from behind as Drako busts him wide open with the North American title. Drako is proud of his actions as he looks at Vex full of blood in the middle of the ring but then quickly runs away through the crowd as Vex sits up out of nowhere and goes after him.

Gavin Payne takes on SIW Lightweight Champion Adrian Quake in a brutal ladder match for the title. Half way through the match, Quake has Payne on the Spanish table and then drops a sick leg drop off the top rope and the table collapses in two pieces. Quake is hurt also but gets back to his feet and slides the ladder in the ring. Quake sets up the ladder and starts climbing but out of nowhere, Payne drop kicks the ladder and Quake falls to the outside and crashes into the security wall. Gavin Payne picks up the huge win as he climbs the ladder and retrieves the championship. Gavin Payne becomes the second wrestler in SIW history to hold both the Lightweight title and Heavyweight title. The other competitor is James Airington.
After a commercial break, Adrian Quake is surprisingly calm and tells Christina York that scumbag Payne got lucky because he underestimated him. Quake said that he’s already made arrangements with Greg Banks and next week their going to have a rematch.
SIW Heavyweight Champion Brandon Gateman takes on Sonny Smith in the main event. EBW Champion Grunge comes out and joins Mike and Travis at commentary. Smith has the fans on their feet as he applies the Loc Jaw in the middle of the ring. Gateman is in pain and struggles but manages to reach the ropes to break the hold. Smith continues to dominate the champ but out of nowhere Gateman delivers the BKO and covers Smith for the huge win and retains the championship. After the match, Grunge attacks Gateman from behind and splits his head open with the Grunganator on the Heavyweight title. Grunge continues to assault Gateman but then the fans go nuts as SIW Champion Chris Macavedi from Brawl runs out and attacks Grunge and drops him with the Kiss Of Death Dominator. Bandon gets back to his feet and offers C-Mac a handshake but C-Mac responds by also nailing him with a Dominator as Carnage goes off the air.
