SIW champion Natedawg comes out to ringside at the beginning of the show and calls out none other than “The Assassin” Sonny Smith who made his return at Last In Line by attacking the champion after his match. Smith runs out and all hell breaks loose in the ring. Nate and Smith fight on the outside until road agents break up the fight. Out of nowhere Smith and Nate assault the road agents and continue their Brawl until assistant general manager C.R. Roberts comes out and announces that he doesn’t want to see them at each others throats until they have a match. If they fight again before their match, he will suspend both of them. General Manager Greg Banks comes out and tells Roberts that he doesn’t have the power to suspend anybody. Roberts grabs Banks by his tie and goes to punch him but then Trevor Derickson makes a surprise appearance and says he notices that Roberts and Banks can’t get along. TJD says he decided that Carnage can only have one GM so there will be a representative match between Banks and Roberts. Each manager will pick a someone to represent them in a match, whoever wins will become the official general manager of Carnage. Trevor tells them they have till next week to announce their representatives

T-Murder takes on "The Phenominal" Jay Douglas in the first match of the night. Both competitors are fairly new to Carnage and both fight hard to get a win. Douglas jumps off the top rope with a flying body press but Murder catches him and counters into a powerslam. Murder covers but Douglas kicks out. T-Murder continues to dominate the match until he misses a corner elbow and Douglas delivers a drop kick. Muder avoids a clothesline and goes for The Glock but Douglas counters into a DDT. Douglas covers but T-Muder kicks out. Muder chases Douglas around the ring and out of nowhere he slides between his legs and Douglas rolls him up and steals the win. After the bell rings, Douglas slides out of the ring as T-Murder has a surprises look on his face

Rated X members, Extreme champion Gaze, Bernardo and the new SIW North American champion Johnny Ringo are backstage with Jessica White. Gaze congratulates Ringo on winning the Na title and Ringo congratulates him on his title defense against Miguel. Their attorney Warren Adams looks on as Bernardo says he wants to do something tonight so he can be special also. Bernardo announces that he will hold an open challenge tonight here on Carnage. Ringo and Gaze start laughing but then there is a knock on the door and it’s the SIW Tag Team Champions Darren Knight & Glenn Kirby with Emilio Estevez. They announce that since they got them involved with legal issues with EA, then Emilio Estevez will sue them for using the name of his show he directed Rated X. Ringo says you can’t copyright a show and slams the door in Emilio’s face which knocks him on the ground. Kirby tells a bloodied Emilio that he can also sue them for assault now

On September 30, 2007, Titan and Monday Night Brawl present Red Alert on pay per view live from the Quicken loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio!!

The next match is a table match between Miguel Cervantes from Definition and Asylum. The winner could possibly get a shot at Michael Gaze’s Extreme championship. Asylum charges Cervantes right as the bell rings and whips him out of the ring. They battle on the outside and Asylum sends Miguel crashing into the steel steps. Asylum goes for an irish whip into the security wall but Miguel counters and Asylum’s back hits the wall. Miguel sets up a table and goes for a powerbomb but Asylum counters with a back body drop on the table but it doesn’t break. Back in the ring Asylum climbs to the second rope but Miguel hits him with lefts and rights and executes the phoenix wing. Miguel slides the table in the ring but Asylum levels him with a clothesline and uses the table and hit Miguel in his ribs. Asylum delivers a shoulder breaker and sets up the table. Asylum places Miguel on the top rope and goes for a superplex but Miguel pushes him off and delivers a moonsault. Miguel picks up the win after delivering a german suplex through the table. After the match, Asylum is checked by paramedics and out of nowhere, Gaze attacks Miguel. Gaze pulls out a barbed wire steel chair and hits Miguel is his face and across his back. Gaze pulls his hair and yells in his face that he will never get his extreme title

Jessica White gets a few words from the current general manager Greg Banks. Greg says that he has been in this situation before when he sent Titan packing to Brawl when they had Angel and Brandon Gateman as their representatives at Rampage 2006. Banks boast about how he won that one with Angel as his representative. Banks says he will shock the Carnage fans next week when he introduces his representative

Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed this week’s edition of Monday Night Brawl

Marc Dustin and Mike “The Mic” announce that former SIW champion Ragin’ Craig suffered sever cuts to his body and medial ligament damage to both his knees during his King Of The Streets match at Last In Line against SIW Champion Natedawg. He should only be out of action for roughly 2 to 3 weeks. Definition is suppose to introduce a replacement in their match against Dawg House

The next match is the Carnage diva roulette match between Jill and Michelle. C.R. Roberts spins the wheel and the match the divas must compete in is a Last Diva Standing match. Jill nails Michelle with a head butt before the bell rings and then levels her with a clothesline from hell. Jill covers but Michelle kicks out. Jill and Michelle battle near the commentary table and Michelle slams Jill head several times on the side of the table and then nails her with a scissor kick. Michelle covers but Jill kicks out. Jill rakes Michelle’s eyes and then sends her head first into the ring post which knocks out the playboy sensation. Jill claims to be the REAL Queen of Carnage. Jill says her man is resting at home but when he gets back, Natedawg and everybody else in the locker room better watch out

Jaffar and EBW Champion Mohamed get major heat as they make their entrance for their match against Queen Liana. Mohamed is not afraid to strike the Queen as he starts the match by slapping her face. Liana pushes Mo to the canvas and the evil duo are both surprised. Mo charges the Queen but liana delivers a drop toe hold and delivers a leg drop off the ropes. Liana covers but Jaffar pulls out Mo out of the ring. Liana slides out of the ring and nails Jaffar with an elbow and then body slams him on the mat. Mo attacks her from behind and then slides her back in the ring. Mo applies the Sheik Clutch and the Queen is in trouble. Trevor Derickson comes out during the match and gets on the apron but Jaffar hits him with Liana's golden scepter across his back. Liana reaches the ropes to break the hold but then she’s double teamed by Mohamed and Jaffar and Mo gets disqualified. After the match, Mo and Jaffar are upset at the loss and assault both Liana and TJD until Grunge surprises everyone by coming out and cleaning house by swinging steel chair

Bernardo comes out wearing his adidas track suit for his open challenge which is answered by none other than Fake Vex. Bernardo is thrown around in the ring like a rag doll and can’t seem to get any offensive moves in. As Vex whips him across the ring, the referee is slightly knocked out as he gets in the way of the action. The fans erupt as we see an old face in Primetime Ryan Johnson appear from the crowd and hits the Fake Vex with the Primetime Plunge and puts Bernardo on top of him. The referee counts to three and awards the match to Bernardo. As the bell rings, a suprised Bernardo wants to give Primetime a hug but Primetime pulls Bernardo by his ear and drags pulls him all the way to the parking lot. He throws Bernardo in the limo and they leave the Value City Arena

Michael Gaze and Johnny Ringo are backstage and are wondering why Primetime would come back and kidnap Bernardo? Ringo says first Emilio Estevez, now Primetime? Gaze thinks Kirby and Daren Knight could be behind all this

SIW Champion Natedawg and Krazy J have buried the hatchet since their fight last week and are ready to take on Definition in a tag team tornado match. SIW Lightweight champion Gabriel Cervantes announces that since Craig will be out 2-3 weeks, one of his good friends will take his place in tonight’s match. He is known as The Destroyer. Nate and Krazy J have their hands full with Destroyer and Cervantes. Krazy J almost wins the match early by pinfall after hitting Cervantes with a spinning round house kick but Cervantes kicks out. Destroyer levels Nate with a big boot and then delivers a huge leg drop and covers but the SIW champion kicks out. Cervantes whips Krazy J in the corner and executes a corner splash but Krazy moves and clips his knee. Nate and Destroyer battle on the outside as Krazy J picks up the huge win over Definition by pinning his rival Cervantes after delivering the Tha Krazy Xpress

Sonny Smith cuts a promo with Jessica White and says he enjoyed the last match but next week Nate won’t have his partner to rely on. Smith announces that it’s official; he will take on the SIW Champion next week in a non title match

Greg Banks is backstage with Miguel Cervantes. Banks says he says what happened tonight that’s why he has decided to make another match with him against Gaze. Banks announces that next week it will be Miguel Cervantes against Michael Gaze for the Extreme Championship in a bring your own weapons match. The rules are like a hardcore match but they can use weapons that the fans bring to the show. Banks says that big things could happen for Miguel in the coming weeks and hope he can beat NuTz next week on Brawl in a Brawl vs Carnage match to determine a new #1 contender for the European championship

Advertisement for the next Monday Night Brawl. Mysery, Raven Frost & Pamela from Outlaws Inc. will battle JaeVeli, C-Mac & Alize from The Cartel in a 6 man tag team match. Two of Brawl’s rising stars, world tag team champion JD Stars and current SIW Hardcore champion Scott Chambers battle in a non title match. This and much more on the FX Network next Monday

C.R. Roberts tells the Carnage fans that Banks is not the only one that will surprise everyone next week with his representative. Roberts says they will reveal their choices on C.R.’s Office next week on Carnage. A staff member then interrupts the assistant general manager and says that they found something shocking on the internet. Apparently Kirby and DDHK have posted pictures of him dressed in drag when he was in Vegas a few months ago. Roberts doesn’t like what he hears and says that they didn’t lean their lesson at Last In Line

The fans start a “Fight Knight” chant as the SIW Tag Team champions make their entrance accompanied by Emilio Estevez. Attorney Warren Adams comes out and asks the fans not to call the team Fight Knight because it is currently not legal for them to use it. The fans start chanting even louder. The match starts as Ringo attacks Kirby at the beginning of the match and rolls him up with a handful of tights but Kirby kicks out. Off the ropes Kirby delivers a flying clothesline and then tags in DDHK. Kirby delivers a flying head butt off the top rope and DDHK covers but Gaze breaks the count. Gaze is tagged in and continues the fight with DDHK but on the outside there is an altercation with Emilio Estevez and Warren Adams. Estevez nails him with a hard right and throws him the attorney to the ground. The match ends when DDHK drops Gaze with the Direct Hit and pins him to win the match. After the match, Ringo takes a folded steel chair and misses DDHK’s skull and gets leveled by a Thug Bug from Kirby. SIW Tag Team champions DDHK, Kirby and Emilio Estevez celebrate as the show ends
