Carnage starts with singles action with a rematch between "The Phenomenal" Jay Douglas and T-Murder. Last week Jay got an upset win and T is looking to get even this week. T-Murder controls the pace of the match by beating down his opponent in the corner in the beginning. Murder whips Douglas to the other side of the ring and levels him with a clothesline from hell. Murder goes for a pin but Douglas lifts his left shoulder just before three. Murder whips him to theother corner and executes a corner elbow but Douglas moves and delivers a drop kick. Douglas delivers the Surf’s Up rolling thunder and covers but T kicks out. Douglas comes off the ropes but out of nowhere Murder nails him with a big boot to his face. Muder delivers a powerbomb and covers but the referee stops the count when he notices Murder has a handful of tights. Murder and the referee get into an altercation but out of nowhere, Douglas rolls him up from behind and gets another upset win. After the match, T-Murder drops Jay with a DDT and then slides a folded steel chair in the ring. Murder then delivers The Glock on the same chair. Paramedics check on Douglas as T-Murder heads backstage with a smirk on his face
Next is C.R.’s Office and his guest is none other than the current General Manager on Carnage Greg Banks. The G.M. and his assistant were order by Trevor last week to pick a representative each and whoever wins will officially becomes the General Manager on Carnage. Banks said he promised to have a big name represent him and then the fans are on their feet as former Heavyweight champion Brandon Gateman makes his way to the ring and shakes hands with Banks. Gateman who’s has been involved in this type of match before back at Rampage 2006 tells C.R. Roberts that he can beat anybody he brings out, whether it be Rated X, Kirby/Darren or even the SIW Champion Natedawg. Roberts then shocks the fans once again as he calls out none other than “Red Hot” Rikki Cook to the ring. The crowd goes nuts as Gateman and Cook get into a stare down in the middle of the set. Trevor Derickson then makes a surprise appearance and says he is impressed at their choices but a match of this caliber can only take place on a big stage like Unhallowed Desires. It is official, C.R. and Greg’s careers will be on the line as Gateman and Cook tear up Madison Square Garden live on pay per view

the next match is a four way diva ladder match with an unknown surprise hanging in a briefcase from the rafters. Queen Liana is attacked by Jill, Chastity who wears a Natedawg t-shirt and Michelle as she calls them peasants. Liana avoids a double clothesline from Michelle and Chastity and they hit Jill instead. Jill nails Michelle with a spear and Liana drops Chastity with w reversed neck breaker. Liana slides the ladder in the ring and uses it to hit Chastity in her ribs. The Queen starts climbing the ladder but Jill knocks it down and Liana falls to the canvas. Jill puts the Queen between the ladder and stomps on it from the second rope. Jill sets up the ladder but out of nowhere Michelle clips her knee and whips her to the outside. Michelle starts climbing the ladder but then she’s knocked down and takes a fall to the outside. Liana levels Chastity with Liana’s Flow on the ladder and then climbs it and grabs the briefcase to win the match. After the match, Queen Liana opens the briefcase only to find out she won a date with SIW champion Natedawg. Chastity who has been rumored to be having an affair with the SIW champion tells The Queen that Nate is her man and to stay away from him. They get into a fist fight until road agents break it up

Rated X members Johnny Ringo and Michael Gaze are arguing about what happened last week on Carnage. Gaze blames Johnny for their loss for not stopping the referee from counting to three. They continue arguing and Ringo leaves the locker room and slams the door behind him
SIW Tag Team Champions Glenn Kirby and Darren Knight along with Emilio Estevez see a pizza delivery boy and he looks very familiar. They confront the guy and realize it’s Ringo’s so called attorney Warren Adams. Kirby and Darren look at each other and then throw Adams into a dumpster and put him pizza on top of his head
The next match is the first of three EBW Last In Line rematches tonight on Carnage. The SIW Lightweight championship is on the line as Gabriel Cervantes from Definition is accompanied by The Destroyer as he takes on Krazy J from Dawg House. Cervantes delivers a hurricanranna early in the match and covers his challenger but Krazy kicks out. After a snap mare, Cervantes goes for a top rope landing pin but Krazy moves out of the way and then delivers an elbow off the ropes. Krazy whips the champ into the ropes and delivers a spinning round house kicks and then delivers a 450 splash off the tope rope but it’s not enough to win the match. Krazy goes for a scissor kick but Cervantes counters into a enziguri and covers but Krazy kicks out. The match continues back and forth with a lot of high impact moves. Cervantes goes for the Cervmission but Krazy breaks out of the maneuver by reaching the ropes. Cervantes continues to dominate until Krazy catches him off guard and nails him with the Krazy Xpress and pins him to win the title and end Cervantes record breaking title reign
Queen Liana and Chastity are arguing backstage but then Natedawg tells them to settle down because he could take both of them out at the same time. Out of nowhere, the crowd erupts in cheers as Sonny Smith assaults Nate from behind. Smith whips the champ from wall to wall until security breaks this one up. Smith and Nate will battle in a non title match tonight in the main event
T-Murder tells Banks and Roberts that he wants a rematch against that punk Jay Douglas who has just been lucky the last two weeks. Banks tells Murder that he has already lost twice what makes him think he can beat Douglas? Roberts tells Banks to stop being so hard and informs Murder that he will get another chance next week on Carnage but it will be his last. Banks doesn’t like it when Roberts makes his own decisions and tells his assistant he can’t wait till Gateman defeats Cook at Unhallowed Desires
We see a limo arrive in the parking lot and it’s none other than Charlie Sheen and his father Martin Sheen. Jessica White gets a few words and they inform the everyone that they are disappointed in Emilio Estevez and they will confront him tonight on Carnage

SIW Extreme champion Michael Gaze takes on Miguel Cervantes in a Last in Line rematch. The match is for the Extreme title and is a bring your own weapons match. Fans in the front row are asked to bring their own weapons so the competitors can use them randomly. Miguel attacks Gaze as he makes his entrance and then whips him several times in the security wall. Miguel takes a toilet seat cover and hits Gaze on his skull and covers but he kicks out. Miguel kicks him in his ribs and then whips him in the commentary table. Gaze gets back on his feet and out of nowhere Miguel nails him with a cookie sheet. Miguel jumps off the top rope and lands on Gaze with a flying body press to the outside and covers but Gaze kicks out. Miguel goes to launch Gaze into the steel post but Gaze counters and Miguel’s skull hits the steel. Gaze takes a tool box from a fan and open it. He opens it and pulls out a hammer and goes to hit Miguel but he moves and Gaze hits the side of the ring. Miguel punches him and then executes a powerslam. Late in the match, Gaze levels Miguel with a beer bottle and Miguel is out cold. Out of nowhere we see Primetime and Ringo appear from the crowd and drop Gaze with a heart attack on the entrance ramp and put Miguel on top of him. Miguel wins and is declared the new champion but Gaze is assaulted by Ringo and Primetime. It appears that the real Rated X are back together as they leave Gaze bloodied and celebrate in the ring with Bernardo

After battling for over 14 minutes for the SIW North American championship, Primetime and Bernardo decide to get involved in Ringo’s and DDHK’s match. Kirby and Primetime exchange lefts and rights while Bernardo nails DDHK with a low blow. The referee calls the match a DQ as all hell breaks loose. Kirby and DDHK and Rated X start brawling and then Charlie Sheen and Martin Sheen come out and a family feud breaks out between them and Emilio Estevez. Greg Banks comes out and says that he’s had enough of everybody in the ring. Banks announces that next week on Carnage, Rated X will team up with Charlie Sheen to take on Fight Knight and Emilio Estevez. A fan holds a sign that says “Coach Bombay rules” and Bernardo rips it up. If Rated X win, they will be able to keep their name, if they loose they must drop the Rated X moniker
Jessica white is backstage with the former extreme champion and former Rated X member Michael Gaze. He says that he wanted out of Rated X since the beginning; him joining was Banks’ idea to start a new team. Gaze announces that Miguel better not get comfortable with his title because Roberts has just granted him a rematch at Unhallowed Desires. But before he gets his title back, Ringo and Primetime better watch their back because the most Innovative star on Carnage wants revenge
Sonny Smith gets a standing ovation as he takes on the SIW champion Natedawg in a non title match. These two have been at each other’s throat since Smith’s return at Last In Line. Rumors going around that if Smith can get a win, he may earn a title shot. Smith almost gets a quick win early in the match after delivering the Assassination but Natedawg shock the crowd as he kicks out of Smith’s finisher. Smith can’t believe it and goes for another but Natedawg counters and launches him out of the ring with a back body drop. Nate slides to the outside and hits Smith’s head on the commentary table several times and then whips him in the side of the ring. Late in the match, Smith delivers a superplex and then applies the Loc Jaw but Nate fights his way to the ropes to break the submission hold. Nate kicks Sonny in his left knee and delivers the S.O.S. Nate cover but Smith surprisingly kicks out. Sonny reverses an irish whip and the referee gets knocked down and Nate knocks out Smith with his chain. Nate slowly covers Smith and the referee counts a slow three and awards the match to Natedawg as the show ends
