The show starts with a backstage Brawl between SIW North American Champion Jace Parker Davidson and “The Wrestling God” Adrian Quake. Officials have a hard time breaking up the fight and call for security for help. GM Lynn Roberts orders them to stay at separate sides of the arena until their match. Should they cause more backstage problems, there will be sever consequences. Jace tells Lynn not to threaten him because she will regret it

Nathan Holmes takes out Johnny Jobber with aggression in the first match and pins him after delivering a modified steiner screwdriver. After the match, Nathan calls Metalgod out only to see footage on the Trevortron of his wife Hannah tied up. Metalgod tells Nathan that he has her stashed in a hidden location. Nathan runs backstage to find Metalgod
Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed this week’s edition of Monday Night Brawl
Jessica White interviews Zach Blain and Ashleigh and hypes the steel cage match for one half of the SIW tag team championship. Blain says Marquis is predictable and he looks forward to kicking his ass in the steel cage
Mysery takes on a mystery opponent in the next match. A masked wrestler comes out and the match starts with the competitors exchanging lefts and rights. Mysery pulls off the mask and it’s none other than The Renegade. Mysery and Renegade battle back and forth until we see Marquis Laveaux and Jace Parker Davidson comes to ringside. Mysery nails Marquis with a baseball slide and slaps Jace off the apron. As Mysery turns around Renegade drops him with the Slam Jam DDT and pins him to pick up the huge win. After the match, Mysery snaps and pulls out a spiked ball and chain from under the ring and chases Marquis and Jace through the crowd. Renegade celebrates his return with the Oklahoma fans
SIW Women’s Champion Tara Michaels cuts a promo with Jessica White hyping her match at Unhallowed Desires. The match will be a double title 4 way diva match between herself, Queen Bailey, Lightweight champion Vixen Foxx and Michelle. Out of nowhere Vixen knocks her out with the lightweight title and tells Tara that she is going to take out each and everyone of her opponents before UD and she happens to be the first victim
SIW Champion Terror Soule hypes his match against Metalgod and says he couldn’t care less about his soap opera problems with Nathan Holmes. Soule says Metalgod better bring his “A game” because as far as he is concerned, the god of extreme is going to get defeated tonight 1-2-3
Marquis Laveaux and Zack Blain get into a stare down as the cage is lowered and all of a sudden Mysery climbs the cage with a folded steel chair and swings at Marquis but misses and hits the cage. Mysery tells Blain to stand back but he is suprised when Blain levels him with a low blow. Marquis and Blain double team Mysery and bust him open with the folded steel chair. Jace makes his way to the ring and also takes shots at Mysery who is left bloodied in the middle of the ring. Jace introduces the fans to Carnage’s newest alliance that will take over the brand: SIW North American Champion Jace Parker Davidson, Marquis Laveaux & Zach Blain

Trevor Derickson and Chris Macavedi are booed as they make their way to ringside. Trevor challenges his ex girlfriend Liana Lewis to fight C-Mac in a no holds barred match at Unhallowed Desires. Trevor says she has exactly one week to answer them. He also adds that if she refuses to fight she will be suspended indefinitely

Jace Parker Davidson takes on “The Wrestling God” Adrian Quake and his manager Blair is attacked by Blain and Marquis on the outside. The Trevortron then shows footage of Mysery still covered in blood standing next to a casket in a dark room. Inside is a body that looks like Marquis and Mysery sets it on fire. Blain and Marquis go backstage to find Mysery as the match continues between Jace and Quake. After delivering a DDT, Jace climbs to the top rope but Blair pushes him off to the canvas. Quake takes control of the match until he misses a clothesline and gets hit with a neck breaker. Jace picks up and impressive victory by pin fall after delivering the Twisted Reality
After a short break, Adrian Quake and his manager Blair complain about his loss to GM Lynn Roberts and demands a rematch for the North American championship. Lynn says he will get one more chance but only at Unhallowed Desires. If Quake looses at Unhallowed Desires, he will get traded to Monday Night Brawl. Lynn also informs the fans that the SIW championship will be defended at Unhallowed Desires but the challenger won’t be announced till next week
Nathan Holmes shocks the SIW fans as he tells Jessica White he wants to fight Metalgod to get Hannah back at Unhallowed Desires. But he doesn’t want a regular match; he wants to show Metalgod what “extreme” really is in a noose match
Metalgod takes on SIW Champion Terror Soule in the main event but couldn’t’ get the job done as the champion puts him away with the Soule Fusion after he gets distracted by Nathan Holmes standing at the top of the ramp. After the match, Terror Soule celebrates with the fans but a huge brawl breaks out between Nathan Holmes and Metalgod. Nathan pulls out a noose from under the ring and wraps it around Metalgod’s neck and hangs him over the entrance ramp as the show ends with paramedics and security running out
