The show starts with singles competition between T-Murder and Asylum. They put on a great back and forth match and get the crowd pumped up but unfortunately the match ends in a double count out as they refuse to get back in the ring. Asylum and T-Murder battle on the entrance ramp until road agents break it up
Jessica White interviews Primetime and the current SIW North American champion Johnny Ringo. Rated X claim that last week they proved that they are a better team than Fight Knight and tonight one of them will become the #1 contender for the SIW Championship. Ringo says if Natedawg were in front of him right now, he would knock him out. All of a sudden, Rated X and Bernardo are confronted by Dawg House members Krazy J, Killa Red and the SIW Champion Natedawg with Chastity. The SIW champion gets into a stare down with Primetime and Ringo and promises he will break their necks if they make it to Unhallowed Desires. Both teams start pushing each other but fortunately security is on hand to stop the brawl

"The Phenomenal" Jay Douglas takes on Dazz Dillinja in the next match. Both competitors are headed to Unhallowed Desires in 9 days to compete in a four way ladder match with Gabriel Cervantes and Krazy J for the SIW Lightweight championship. Dillinja executes a standing drop kick early in the match and then performs a moonsault of the top rope and covers but Douglas kicks out. Dillinja whips Douglas to the corner and goes for a corner splash but Douglas moves and goes off the top rope with a flying clothesline and covers but Dillinja kicks out at two. Dillinja surprises Douglas with a roll up but he kicks out to stay in the match. The high flying match continues back and forth until Douglas takes control after delivering the JayDT off the top rope. Douglas wins this one by pin fall after executing the Phenomenal Drop
Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed this week’s edition of Monday Night Brawl
Rikki Cook and C.R. Roberts are discussing their match tonight against Gateman and Banks. Roberts says he can’t wait till Banks is gone from Carnage so he can have full control. Cook says he won’t let him down and guarantees victory over Gateman at Unhallowed Desires. Can Gateman and his untrained boss get a win over Roberts and Cook tonight in tag team action?
Mike “The Mic” and Marc Dustin give us an update on Queen Liana who was kidnapped by Chris Macavedi and his gangsters last Monday on Brawl. Trevor Derickson has contacted the feds to organize a search for the mother of his son Trevor Jr. C-Mac announced last Monday that the CEO will not see him or his Queen until Unhallowed Desires. Nobody has heard from C-Mac or Liana since last Monday night
Dawg House members take on the Cervantes brothers in a rematch from last week where Gaze cost the Cervantes the match after he interfered. Things will not be easier this week for the Cervantes brothers with Gaze being involved in the match as the special guest referee. Krazy J gets a near fall early in the match after delivering a hurricanranna and then a rolling thunder to Gab but the former lightweight champion kicks out. Krazy and Gab entertain the fans with high flying maneuvers and then Gab tags in Miguel. Krazy misses a clothesline and The Phoenix delivers the spine breaker. Miguel covers but Killa Red gets involved to break the count. Gaze tells Killa to get back in his corner but out of nowhere Gabriel attacks Killa and Gaze gets knocked down to the canvas. Gaze assaults Gab and drops him with a DDT but out of nowhere, Miguel hits him with a drop kick and Gaze goes flying into the corner. Killa is tagged in and rolls up Miguel from behind but Gaze is still down and starts counting too late and Miguel kicks out at two. Gab is tagged in but as he battles Killa, we see Gaze whip Miguel out of the ring and attacks him on the outside while Killa and Krazy double team Gab. Killa Red executes the Killa Instinct and covers Gab. Gaze whips Miguel into the steel steps and slides in the ring and counts to three and awards the match to Dawg House
Jessica White is backstage with Fight Knight and Michelle and are informed that Killa Red and Krazy J have officially become the #1 contenders for the tag team titles. Kirby and DDHK say they are the best tag team in the SIW today and won’t back down from anybody especially Dawg House. Kirby hypes his partners match tonight against Rated X and Sonny Smith and announces he will be at ringside. Kirby and Michelle are convinced that DDHK will go to Unhallowed Desires to challenge Natedawg for the SIW Championship
A fight breaks out backstage between SIW champion Natedawg and Sonny Smith. Nate tells Smith that he will regret ruining his date with the Queen last Friday. The fight continues until several road agents get involved and stop the chaos

Roberts and Rikki Cook are booed as they make their entrance for their match against Greg Banks and Brandon Gateman. Banks is knocked down with a hard right hand to his face from Roberts and then C.R whips him in the corner. Roberts kicks down Banks and then levels him with a knee to his face. Roberts covers but Gateman breaks the count. Cook is tagged in and delivers a snap suplex and covers but Banks stays in the match by putting his foot on the bottom rope. Gateman gets in the ring and assaults Cook but out of nowhere Roberts joins in and they double team Gateman. Banks cautiously gets behind Roberts and levels him with a low blow. Gateman drops Cook with the BKO and covers but the referee tells him Banks is the legal man in the ring. Banks quickly covers Cook but it’s a little too late and Cook kicks out at two. The match ends in a disqualification against Team Roberts as Cook breaks a hockey stick over Gateman’s head. Banks slides out of the ring and calls for security as Cook and Roberts assault Gateman. Security stops the assault in the ring and Banks helps Gateman backstage

Advertisement for the next Monday Night Brawl. Bozzman and Heavyweight champion JaeVeli will both compete in beat the clock matches. The winner with the best time will get to choose the stipulation for their match at Unhallowed Desires. The fans will also get to vote for which women’s champion Pamela will challenge. C.R. Roberts and Rikki Cook are backstage with Jessica White and Roberts announces that Cook’s match at Unhallowed Desires will be a no disqualification match
The main event is the four way elimination match between Ringo, Primetime, DDHK and Sonny Smith to determine Natedawg’s challenger at Unhallowed Desires. The SIW Champion Natedawg takes on commentary with Mike and Marc. The first elimination happens at 7:02 in the match when Ringo shocks the fans by pinning his own partner Primetime after executing the Ringo Rocket. DDHK and Smith are both down after nailing each other with a double clothesline and Ringo cover both of them but DDHK and Smith both kick out. Ringo tried to make a deal with Smith so they can double team DDHK and have the match all to themselves after. Smith shakes his hand but that quickly changes into a standing clothesline. Smith delivers several knee drops to Ringo’s head but out of nowhere DDHK drops him with an impaler DDT. DDHK covers but Smith kicks out. DDHK applies a texas cloverleaf submission in the middle of the ring to Smith but the Assassin fights his way to the ropes to break the hold. Ringo kicks DDHK’s head like a football and applies an illegal choke lock. Ringo lets go when the referee threatens to disqualify him. Ringo surprises Kirby wit ha baseball slid and the A.O.A crashes into the security wall. Ringo deliver several knife edge chops in the corner and out of nowhere Smith squashes both of them in the corner with a corner splash. As the match continues, we see C.R. Roberts make his way to ringside to observe the match and orders Michelle and Kirby to go backstage. Ringo hits Smith the Ringo Bingo but DDHK surprises him with a spear and pins him after delivering the Direct Hit. The match continues as DDHK and Smith battle back and forth and the referee suddenly gets knocked down in the heat of the action. Roberts the opportunist decides to get involved and levels DDHK with the Democratic Kick. Roberts puts Smith on top of DDHK and the referee counts to three and awards the match to Sonny and declares him the new #1 contender. The fans start a “C.R. Sucks” chant as he looks proud of his actions and laughs at an upset DDHK. General manager Greg Banks comes out and tells Roberts he’s a disgrace to the SIW. Banks says that DDHK was screwed and deserves another chance and it will happen at Unhallowed Desires. The SIW Championship will be defended twice in one night. The first match will be between Sonny and Natedawg and the winner will have to defend the championship once again in a match against DDHK in the main event
