Kim Blair came out to ringside and received a great crowd reception. She admitted that Titan was a good general manager and with his cooperation they can make Carnage the #1 show on television. She was eventually interrupted by TJD accompanied by the SIW Champion Duane Doogan. As they walked down the ramp, they were suddenly attacked by Ian Bishop from behind. Bishop punched Trevor in the jaw. He turned around and Doogan went to level him with an elbow to the face. Doogan kicked him in the ribs and back but Bishop fought back and hit the champion with a knife edge shop to his throat. They fought all the way backstage until Kim got security to break it up. TJD threatened to kick his ex-wife’s ass but before he knew it, the SIW Tag Team Champions APB and The Fugitive stood in front of her for protection forcing TJD to back off and walk away.
Ragin’ Craig and Brandon Gateman faced each other in a No Dq, No Count out match to finally settle their differences once and for all. Brandon choked Craig with a camera wire but Jill got involved by pulling him off by his hair. Back in the ring, Brandon whipped Craig in the corner but as Gateman went for a corner splash, Jill pulled Craig out of the ring. As Brandon started yelling at Jill, Craig nailed him with a knee to his back and then whipped him into the steel steps. Craig managed to steal the win by pin fall after delivering the Rage Factor. At the end of the match, Jill and Craig said they figured out what their problem was, it was the other System members that were holding them back They said from now on they were going to do things their way and it will start at Unhallowed Desires when Craig wins the Elimination Chamber and Jill wins the Diva Rumble 3.

TJD who was bleeding from the mouth was trashing the corporate lounge in a rage and Doogan who was bleeding also was trying to calm him down. They started talking and then Titan walked in and said it was great to have the SIW Champion on his show and said that Kim won’t be around for long cause he had a plan to get rid of her and Bishop for good. The scene faded to black as Titan started going over his plan.
The next match was booked as a champions vs. champions match but one night before on Wednesday War, The Dead Pool defeated The Family for the SIW World Tag Team Championship. With the help of a surprise visit from The Dead Pool, the SIW Tag Team Champions Klubber and Sylk continued their winning streak when Klubber won the match by submission making D’Amor tap out to the Iron City Claw after Mysery and Stars interfered. After the match APB said that they had Kim’s authorization to bring back someone that Trevor fired without justification. He or she will be back at Unhallowed Desires.
Michelle found time away from the Playboy mansion to be on Carnage. She cut a promo for the PPV this Sunday but the fans were stunned to see former SIW Women’s Champion Angelica Hunt make her way to the ring. Angelica told Michelle that she was nothing compared to the “original diva” of the SIW. Angelica said that since Envy is still injured and will always be injured because she’s smaller than an ant and doesn’t have what it takes to compete in the SIW, she has just signed a contract to wrestle for Titan to be Carnage’s top diva and has taken Envy’s spot in the Diva Rumble 3 at Unhallowed Desires. Angelica Hunt won the first ever Diva Rumble and just like Michelle she will be looking to bring back the SIW Women’s Championship to Carnage.
Bozz Man waited in the ring impatiently as the #1 contender for the SIW North American Championship Armani Styles came to the ring holding a package. He handed Bozz Man the package and inside was a cup cake. Bozz Man looked at it and all of a sudden smoke was seen and a flash blinded Bozz. Armani attacked him right away as the bell rang. Bozz Man was blinded but still managed to fight for over five minutes. Armani Styles stole the win after delivering a Verticle Suplex into a DDT and got the pin fall. After the match, Armani Styles went in the front row and asked Jerry Springer who he thought should be the SIW North American Champion. Jerry said he has money on Muret to beat him at Unhallowed Desires. Armani hit him in the face and suplexed him over the barrier. Security held back the #1 contender from doing any further damage.
Tony “The Bull” Viction held an interview with Christina York who looked better than she did last week. Viction stated that at Unhallowed Desires, there was no way any of those other five assholes were going to take his championship from him in the elimination chamber. At UD, he wants to show everyone that Metagod is an Extrem God but an Extreme Fraud. He announced that since he was the champion, he was to be released last in the chamber at the PPV.
Titan was leaving the arena when all of a sudden he was approached by Bozz Man who demanded he be part of the SIW North American title match at Unhallowed Desires. Titan told him no then Bozz Man reminded him that he beat both of them in a match. Before peeling out of the arena, Titan cut him a deal; he told him that he could face the SIW North American Champion whoever it may be the following Carnage after the PPV.
The SIW North American Champion James Muret teamed up with “Incredible” Ian Bishop to take on NuTz and the SIW Heavyweight Champion Matt Uzi. Bishop dominated NuTz in the ring as Uzi and Muret battled on the outside. SIW Champion Duane Doogan eventually came to ringside and distracted the referee as Uzi smashed Muret with a steel chair. The match ended when Doogan went to hit Bishop with a steel chair but Ian moved and the Doogan hit Uzi instead. Bishop hit NuTz with the Cyclone and pinned him to win the match. Doogan and Bishop fought all the way through the parking and out on Center Avenue. The Pittsburgh Police was called and with the help of the SIW official, they manage to separate the two enemies.
