Carnage starts with Darren Knight coming to ringside accompanied by his fiancé Michelle. DDHK is not in his usual good mood and calls out C.R. Roberts for a fight. C.R.’s music plays but’s it’s General Manager Greg Banks comes out instead and announces that Roberts is too much of a coward to fight him but next week at Wednesday WAR it will be DDHK taking on C.R. Roberts and Roberts will have no where to run and nowhere to hide. Banks says he hates Roberts just as much as he does and hopes he can take out Roberts once and for all. Out of nowhere, Roberts comes out from the back and assaults Banks from behind and kicks him in his ribs until out of nowhere DDHK jumps him and all hell breaks loose. Security is all over the place and manage to stop the chaos at the beginning of the show
Dazz Dillinja takes on Asylum in the first match if the night and picks up the win by pin fall on the former extreme and lightweight champion after delivering the Dillinja's Deviation. After the match, Dillinja announces that he wants Miguel Cervantes in a match next week on Carnage. Dazz says he wants to earn an extreme title shot with a win over Miguel

Dawg House are backstage and SIW Champion Natedawg says that Dawg House run things on Carnage. SIW Tag Team Champion Krazy J and Killa Red are booed as they tell their opponents Smith, DDHK and Miguel that they are going to lose just like the Rockies lost to the Red Sox
Greg Banks gets security to find C.R. Roberts and orders them to escort him out of the building. Banks tells Roberts he hopes DDHK puts him in the hospital at Wednesday WAR. Roberts tells Banks DDHK is a gutless coward just like he is and their both going to pay for kicking him out of Madison Square Garden

Michelle takes on Chastity in the next match and gets in impressive win by pin fall after delivering the playboy effect. After the match, we see Roberts standing at the top of the ramp and sends out a masked person who assaults Michelle after the match. Roberts takes off her mask and it’s none other than Raven Frost’s girlfriend Poison. As Roberts and Poison assault Michelle, DDHK runs out to ringside but Roberts and Poison escape through the crowd

Jessica White interviews Johnny Ringo and Bernardo and claim that the Gateman/Cook match bored the fans to death at Unhallowed Desires that’s why he must make the fans happy tonight and beat the hell out of both of them at the same time. Bernardo tells Cook and Gateman that he will be watching Ringo’s back so they better try any foil play
SIW Lightweight champion Gabriel Cervantes takes on Jay Douglas in a non title match. Jay gets a near fall early in the match after delivering the Surf’s Up but Gabriel kicks out. Douglas applies the Deep Blue Sharpshooter in the middle of the ring but Gab manages to reach the ropes to break the hold. Jay goes to the top rope but Gab is back to his feet and nails him with as few punches and then delivers a hurricanranna off the top rope. Gabriel goes for a high risk maneuver again but out of nowhere we see Krazy J run out and levels Gab with the Lightweight championship to his skull. The referee calls the match a disqualification. Krazy J continues his assault but all of a sudden Douglas nails him with a drop kick and Krazy goes flying out of the ring. Krazy tells Douglas after he’s done with Gab he is coming for him
Wednesday War promo. The classic SIW event will be aired on CBS live from the Carmichael Auditorium in Chapel Hill, North Carolina on November 7, 2007. JaeVeli and Bozzman battle for the Heavyweight championship in the main event
Advertisement for the next Monday Night Brawl. Heavyweight champion Bozzman teams up with his WAR opponent JaeVeli as they take on Titan’s former henchman Darksyde and The Joker. Two hardcore legends Metalgod and Renegade will battle in a hardcore match. Trevor and C-Mac will present a special segment called: Great Moments in t.W.o History. This and much more on the FX Network next Monday
Rikki Cook and Brandon Gateman tried their hardest to win the SIW North American championship in the next triple threat match but Johnny Ringo has been on a roll recently and is pretty much unbeatable. Late in the match, Cook drops Ringo with the High Temperature and all he has to do is pin Ringo to win the title but out of nowhere Cook is hit with Gateman’s BKO. Gateman covers Cook but just before three Ringo breaks the count. Ringo throws Gateman out of the ring and Bernardo levels Gateman with a few kicks to his head. Back in the ring Johnny delivers the Ringo Rocket and pins Cook to retain the SIW North American title. After the match, Bernardo sets up a table on the outside and Ringo delivers a power bomb to Gateman through the table. Bernardo takes the mic from the announcer and announces that Johnny Ringo is the greatest North American champion of all time and the greatest wrestler in the world. Ringo and Bernardo walk backstage to a booing crowd
General Manager Greg Banks announces that the main event for this year’s Staying Alive pay per view with be “The Assassin” Sonny Smith taking on “The Street Soldier” Natedawg for the SIW Championship. Another title will also be on the line as Johnny Ringo will defend the North American title against Brandon Gateman. Also in the weeks leading up to the ppv there will be several elimination style matches announced. Last year Team Brawl (SIW Champion Bozzman, Angel, Renegade and Metalgod) defeated Team Carnage SIW Tag Team Champion Duane Doogan, Natedawg, SIW Lightweight Champion Adrian Quake & SIW North American Champion “The Assassin” Sonny Smith)
The main event is a 6 man tag team match between the team of Smith, DDHK and Miguel against Dawg House. Miguel almost wins the match early after hitting his brother’s foe Krazy with the phoenix wing but Killa makes the save. DDHK clotheslines Killa and then knocks Nate off the apron. Sonny Smith is tagged in and double teams Krazy with Miguel until they are hit by a double clothesline from the SIW Champion. Nate is the legal man in the ring and delivers a power slam to Smith and covers but Smith kicks out. Nate applies a chin lock but out of nowhere DDHK tackles him to the canvas and all six competitors enter the ring. Miguel and Krazy battle back and forth on the outside but back in the ring Natedawg and Killa dominate Smith and DDHK until DDHK kicks Killa in his face as he comes at him in the corner and delivers the impaler DDT. Natedawg delivers the Gangstanator to Smith but out of nowhere DDHK drops the SIW champion with the Direct Hit and pins him to win the match. Carnage ends as Dawg House walks up the entrance ramp shocked at their loss and Smith, DDHK and Miguel celebrate with the New York City fans
