Carnage starts with Brandon Gateman finding a letter in his locker room from his former fiancée Michelle. The note tells Gateman that she misses him and she would like to talk to him in private in room 104 after her match. The note also says to keep it discreet and not to tell anybody about this especially her current fiancee Darren "Direct Hit" Knight. Gateman sprays some “tag” and plans on meeting Michelle later in the night

The first match of the night is a triple threat diva match between Michelle, Poison and Chastity. Last week, Poison made her Carnage debut by attacking Michelle after her match. Chastity is launched out of the ring when Michelle flips her over the turnbuckle. Out of nowhere, Poison delivers the Back Cracker to Michelle and pins her to win the match. After the match, Poison announces that she will be the last diva standing at Staying Alive and Michelle does not stand a chance

General Manager Greg Banks comes out to ringside and claims that Carnage will dominate Brawl at Staying Alive and introduces the Carnage Team Captain as none other than the “Baddest Man On The Planet” Maurice Bad who will also be the match enforcer/referee in the main event. Bad gets a standing ovation and then announces that his partners are going to be non other than the SIW Tag Team Champions Killa Red and Krazy J

"The Phenominal" Jay Douglas takes on Killa Red in the next match. Douglas gets many nears falls on the tag team champion but in not able to get a three count. Douglas charges Red in the corner and he gets kicks in his face and Killa clotheslines him out of the ring. Killa slides out of the ring and they continue to fight up the ramp and are eventually counted out. Road agents come running out to break up the huge brawl after the match

Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed this week’s edition of Monday Night Brawl

Brandon Gateman walks up to room 104 and opens the door and sees Michelle getting undressed. Gateman puts his arms around her waist and she thinks it’s Darren but jumps out of her skin and starts screaming when she realizes it’s her ex. Darren Knight jumps out of the washroom and levels Gateman with a folded steel chair and whips him into the wall. Knight opens the door and then throws Gateman out. Down the hall we see SIW North American champion Johnny Ringo and Bernardo laughing their asses off and seem to be behind this phony letter

Gabriel Cervantes looks to regain his SIW Lightweight champion from Krazy J who is a multiple champion holding both the lightweight title and the tag team title. Cervantes delivers a devastating DDT late in the match but doesn’t go for a cover but climbs to the top rope for a moonsault. Krazy moves and wins the match by pin fall to retain the lightweight title after delivering the Tha Krazy Xpress. After the match, Cervantes gets a beaten down by Killa Red and Krazy J until officials break up the assault

Jessica White is backstage with SIW Champion Natedawg who gets a nice pop from his hometown crowd. Nate says tonight in his hometown he will prove he is the best on Carnage by beating his two biggest threats in one match. Nate says the best team in SIEW history Affirmative Action reunites tonight and Smith will get a little taste of what’s going to happen to him at the pay per view. Natedawg claims Sonny will not be able to “stay alive” on November 25. Maurice Bad appears the crowd star a “Maurice” chant. Bad claims he will call the match down the middle and tells the fans that this will be one of the greatest matches in SIW history. But tonight Affirmative Action must show the fans just why they are the best tag team to ever compete in the SIW by defeating Sonny Smith and Darren Knight

SIW Extreme champion “The Phoenix” Miguel Cervantes gets an opportunity to become SIW North America champion as he takes on Johnny Ringo in the next match. Cervantes earn this title shot when he defeated Scott Chambers at Wednesday WAR. Ringo and Cervantes get into a test of strength but Ringo kicks Cervantes in the mid section and then delivers a snap suplex. Ringo covers quickly but Cervantes kicks out before three. Ringo whips Cervantes in the corner and then delivers a corner elbow to his face. Ringo starts kicking Cervantes in his ribs but Cervantes catches his foot and then pushes him on his behind. Miguel goes off the ropes and delivers a drop kick to his face. Cervantes climbs to the top rope but Bernardo grabs his leg to stop him and Cervantes responds by kicking Bernardo in his face and knocks him off the apron. All of a sudden, Ringo jumps up and delivers a t-bone suplex off the tope rope. Ringo covers but Cervantes kicks out. Ringo whips Cervnates from post to post but as he goes for a corner splash, “The Phoenix” moves and delivers the Chimera Combo. Cervantes continues to dominate until we see Brandon Gateman run out and attacks Ringo on the outside after Cervantes launches him with a back body drop. The referee calsl the match a DQ and Miguel looks extremely disappointed. As officials try to break up a fight between Ringo and Gateman, we see Douglas appear from the crowd and levels Cervantes with the “Just Phenomenal” super kick and knocks him out cold. The Philly fans give Douglas a mixed reaction as he stands above Cervantes holding up the SIW Extreme title

Advertisement for the next Monday Night Brawl. Heavyweight champion Bozzman must defend the title in a gauntlet against unknown opponents. The Renegade takes on JD Xtreme one on one for the SIW European championship. This and much more on the FX Network next Monday

Mike "The Mic" announces that Queen Liana was not able to make it to Carnage due to illness. However the Queen of Carnage will make the trip to Birmingham next week when Carnage invades the UK. Mard Dustin also announces that the cage match between Roberts and Knight at Stayng Alive has officically become a #1 contenders match for the SIW Champion

Affirmative Action reunites for one night only as they take on the team of “The Assassin” Sonny Smith and Darren “Direct Hit” Knight in tag team competition. Knight and Bad start the match by locking up and we see Bad throw Knight across the ring. They lock up again and Knight throws him across the ring. After exchanging lefts and rights, Knight tags in Sonny and Bad tags in Nate and all hell breaks lose in the ring. Smith delivers a drop toe hold and then applies the Loc Jaw in the middle of the ring but Natedawg manages to fight his way to the ropes to break the hold. Smith’s irish whip is countered and Natedawg levels him with a clothesline from hell. Nate covers but Sonny kicks out at two. Bad is tagged in and delivers a triple german suplex to Smith and covers but Smith puts a leg on the bottom rope to stay in the match. Smith avoids a clothesline from Bad and tags in Knight who is full of energy and drops Bad with the impaler DDT. Knight covers but Natedawg interferes to break the count. Late in the match, Smith and Natedawg starts brawling outside of the ring and we see Grunge and C.R. Roberts appear from the crowd and they attack Darren Knight. The referee is out cold as C.R. assaults Knight as he’s held from behind by Grunge. Back in the ring, Smith knocks Nate off the apron and then levels Bad with the Assassination and pins him to win the match. They fans jump out of the seats as Heavyweight champion Bozzman runs out and attacks C.R. Roberts and Grunge who both escape through the crowd. Officials and road agents run out to stop the huge brawl between Nate and Smith but Bad has everything under control as the show comes to an end. Will Bad be able to keep order in the main event at Staying Alive?
