Carnage kicked off with a match between Dark Tiger and former SIW Extreme champion Metalgod. Tiger caught Metalgod in mid-air as he jumped off the top rope and then hit him with a running power slam. Metalgod drop kicked Tiger into the referee which knocked him down. Metalgod removed the padding off the top turnbuckle but Tiger came up from behind and rammed his head in the corner until he busted him wide open. Dark Tiger won the match by pin fall after he delivered a reversed powerbomb into the exposed turnbuckle.

APB and SIW Lightweight Champion Fugitive came to the ring and demanded that one of them take Kim's spot at Staying Alive since she is not a fighter. Titan came out wearing a Blue Demons jersey and told them that they had lost their minds but they gave him a good idea. He told them that if they could beat the SIW Tag Team Champions next week then he would let one of them replace Kim at Staying Alive.

The next match was the first diva tournament match between Jill and Angelica. Jill wore down her opponent at the beginning of the match by executing an illegal choke hold. Angelica gained momentum by hitting Jill in the stomach as she came down off the top rope with a double ax handle. Angelica won the match after she hit Jill with the A-Bomb Drop and got a pin fall. Jill was clearly upset at her loss and lost her composure by attacking the time keeper. She hit him across his skull with his own bell. Nurse Jenny Kox took over time keeping for therest of the night.

After a commercial break, the second tournament match got underway as Heaven Lee took on Playboy sensation Michelle. Things almost got out of hand when the fight went outside of the ring with the referee was debating whether of not to call a double count out. As Heaven went to climb back in the ring, Michelle nailed her with a baseball slide and sent her crashing into the announcing table. Heaven overcame all odds and came back in the match to deliver a vicious Scissor Kick and pinned Michelle to get the huge win.

Trevor Derickson was seen with Titan in their corporate lounge talking to four independent wrestlers who had to chance to shine if they could all take out Ian Bishop so he won’t be able to compete at Staying Alive. Kim Blair, who will be Ian's partner, came and said if they even tried to injure Ian, she would take disciplinary action. TJD and Titan just laughed on the ground at the threat and walked out with the wrestlers.

They talked about their beginning at the academy, The System and winning the tag belts. LTP had a message for APB and The Fugitive. LTP told them to forget about TJD and Titan and start worrying about Staying Alive because they won’t be able to handle the champs let alone their mystery partner. LTP promised that next week on Carnage, their mystery partner will be in the house and they will reveal him to the world.

As voted by the fans on the SIW site, the next match was a stun gun match between the former SIW Tag Team Champions Klubber and Sylk. They shook hands but when the bell rang it was business for these competitors. After delivering a press slam, Klubber climbed the turnbuckle to reach the gun but Sylk jumped up and delivered a back drop off the top rope. Sylk managed to get the Stun Gun but as he turned around, Klubber came off the ropes and kicked him with a big boot. Klubber went to use the weapon but Sylk hit him with a kick to the back of the knee and quickly picked up the weapon and zapped Klubber with the stun gun to win the match. After the match, Klubber was left motionless in the middle of the ring and Sylk called for paramedics. Titan came out and said he didn’t expect this to happen and he was sorry. As Titan looked down, Klubber was faking everything and then Sylk zapped the GM with the Stun Gun in his back. Security had to come out but APB got their revenge.

SIW Heavyweight Champion Matt Uzi was booed by the Illinois crowd and he told them they could all go to hell and demanded respect. Matt Uzi taunted the first row by calling them names and spitting at them. Uzi then flat out challenged Angel to a last man standing match at Staying Alive for a title they never competed for, The SIW Heavyweight Championship. He told Angel if he has any balls, he will bring his ass to Staying Alive and take on the greatest wrestler, performer, athlete, icon and entertainer to ever grace the squared circle.

”Incredible” Ian Bishop was standing by his Corvette talking to some staff members in the parking lot when all of a sudden Kim warned him that TJD was up to something. Seconds later, he was immediately ambushed by the four indy wrestlers. Kim fled to safety as Ian knocked out three and then hit one with the Cyclone. As Ian got up and turned around however, TJD nailed him with a steel chair and busted his nose. Trevor told Bishop that was just a warning as he took a crowbar and smashed up the Corvette.

In the main event, James Muret teamed up with Bozz Man to take on the SIW North American Champion Armani Styles and Brandon Gateman. Bozz kicked Styles in the corner and whipped him to the other side and hit Brandon off the apron. Bozz threw styles to the outside and Brandon hit his own partner with closeline thinking he pushed him on purpose. Muret and Bozz delivered great teamwork with frequent tags but things went sour when Muret missed a Dragon Screw on Brandon and nailed Bozz by mistake. Not knowing what happen, Bozz tagged himself in and hit James with a reversed DDT. Armani begged for a tag but it was too late to do anything after Bozz elbowed him off the apron and pinned Brandon after a Jack-Knife Power Bomb. After the match it was all out chaos between the four competitors. Road agents and security even had a hard time breaking up this one as the program ended.
