The program starts with a video tribute to the career of former SIW champion Natedawg. The tribute focuses on the start of his career in 2005 to Affirmative Action and his path to the SIW championship. Last Monday on Brawl, the new SIW champion Darren Knight defeated Natedawg in a loser is fired match for the title. Natedawg is also a former 7 time tag team champion and a former extreme champion
In a Brawl vs Carnage Diva Match, Queen Liana and Olivia open the night with a great back and forth match that is unfortunately ruined by interferences from Rashaa Kaad, Chastity and SIW Women’s champion Poison. The three divas assault Queen Liana and Olivia sending them a message before their big six diva match next Monday on Brawl. The fans are delighted to see Xtina make her way to the ring swinging a folded steel chair and clears the ring. It was stated last Monday that If Olivia, Xtina and Liana lose; they are transferred to Carnage and banned from Brawl. Trevor Derickson and C-Mac appear on the Trevortron via a satellite feed somewhere in the islands. They are accompanied by six beautiful women in bikinis and Trevor announces that they are celebrating his birthday. Trevor says the trio of Chastity, Rashaa and Poison made him proud by attacking his dog of an ex girlfriend Liana and Olivia. C-Mac tells Xtina that she should have minded her business but she is going to pay for it next Monday on Brawl. They end their promo by telling the fans to enjoy their night because they certainly will enjoy their own and the cameras fade out as the women jump on top of the two kings of Brawl

Injured Superstar ”The Assassin” Sonny Smith is the special guest on C.R.’s Office. Roberts tells Smith that he’s washed up and will never be champion again. Smith irritates Roberts by suggesting he could be DDHK’s opponent at Road To Glory. Roberts says that his crippled ass won’t even be at Road To Glory and then slams a phone in his face and clotheslines him by jumping over his desk. Roberts works on Smith’s leg but out of nowhere Maurice Bad runs out and attacks Roberts and applies the Bad Lock in the middle of the ring. Several road agents are needed to stop Bad from snapping C.R.’s ankle. Bad and Roberts are scheduled to meet in the tournament later in the night
SIW Extreme champion Miguel Cervantes and Brandon Gateman open the tournament which left the fans on the edge of their seats. Gateman gets an early near fall with a roll up and a handful of tights but “The Phoenix” kicks out before three. Gateman whips Cervantes in the corner and levels him with a corner clothesline and then delivers a bulldog. Gateman covers but Miguel kicks out. Cervantes counters a suplex and drop kicks Gateman out of the ring. Gateman counters an irish whip and sends Miguel head first into the ring post. Gateman slides Miguel back into the ring and covers but Miguel kicks out. Out of nowhere Cervantes delivers the Last Hope and covers but Gateman puts a foot on the bottom rope to stay in the match. Gateman goes for a BKO late in the match but Cervantes pushes him into the turnbuckles and executes a german suplex and then pins him after delivering the Phoenix Decent. The fans give Cervantes a standing ovation and The Phoenix himself is shocked with the win over the former Heavyweight Champion
Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed this week’s edition of Monday Night Brawl
Jessica White is in the parking lot as a limo pulls up. It’s non other than the new SIW Champion Darren “Direct Hit” Knight and his fiancée Michelle. Knight announces that Banks has kept his Road To Glory opponent a secret from him like everyone else but he will announce who it is tonight
Asylum who has been very vocal about his position on Carnage recently takes on Krazy J in the next tournament match. Asylum has made it very clear that he wants to become the SIW Champion. Krazy J who is responsible for paralyzing Jay Douglas last Friday is more vicious than ever in this match. Krazy nails Asylum with a knee to his face in the corner and then stomps his head a few times before throwing him out of the ring. Krazy suplexes Asyum on the outside and smashes his head ion the side of the security wall. After sending him shoulder first into the steel steps, Krazy slides him back in the ring. Krazy goes to the rope for a high risk maneuver but as he comes down Asylum moves ands Krazy tastes the canvas. Asylum delivers a Hangmans Noose Neckbreaker and then pins Krazy after delivering a shooting star press and advances in the tournament
Jessica White gets a few words from Maurice Bad who said that he did the right thing by coming out and helping his former partner. Maurice Bad tells C.R. Roberts that he can’t wait to get him in the ring one on one so he can break his ankle

Maurice Bad and C.R. Roberts go one on one in the next tournament match. Roberts slides out of the ring to avoid getting hit by Maurice. Bad chases him around the ring but Roberts slides back in the ring and drops a big elbow on Bad who follows him back in the ring. Roberts applied a head lock to weaken his opponent and then turns the head lock into a DDT. Roberts covers using the bottom rope for leverage but he is caught by the referee. Roberts gets into an argument with the referee but from behind Bad executes a triple german suplex and covers but Roberts kicks out. Maurice makes Roberts fall on his face wit ha drop toe hold and applies the Bad Lock in the middle of the ring. Roberts quickly twists around and kicks Bad in his head and sends him crashing into the referee. Out of nowhere Roberts pulls out a set of brass knuckles from his tights and knocks out Bad wit ha shot to his forehead. Roberts covers and the referee counts a slow three. The crowd starts booing as Maurice Bad was robbed the opportunity to becoming a major champion once again by Roberts

”The Living Dead” Duane Doogan claims the higher power has ordered him to come back. Doogan says that he is going to destroy Ringo tonight in honor of the whole Carnage locker room for what he did at Staying Alive. Ringo comes out accompanied by Bernardo and a swat team with shields for their protection. Doogan doesn’t waste any time and attacks Ringo as soon as the bell rings and dominates the current SIW North American champion. Doogan delivers a spine buster and then executes a flying elbow off the top rope but it’s not enough to put Ringo away. Late in the match which Doogan basically dominated Bernardo gets on the apron to distract the referee. Ringo gets a steel chair and throws it to Doogan and falls to the ground pretending to be unconscious. The referee turns around as sees Doogan with the chair in his hands and Ringo out cold and has no choice but to call the match a disqualification. Doogan levels the referee with the steel chair and launches Bernardo off the apron with a kick to his face. Doogan grabs Ringo by his throat and chokeslams him in the middle of the ring. Doogan fight s the swat team one by one before dropping Ringo with the DooganDT on the steel chair and busting wide open. Doogan looks down on a bloody Ringo and mentions that the higher power told him to do it
Mike "The Mic" announces that former Heavyweight champion James Airington will be on Carnage next week. No other details are mentioned
Greg Banks comes out accompanied by the new SIW Champion Darren Knight and his fiancée Michelle to make a blockbuster announcement. Banks says that Darren Knight’s opponent at Road To Glory is a wrestler that Monday Night Brawl could not handle. It is a wrestler that has lost his mind and will do anything to become the SIW Champion. It is a man that is feared and looked up to amongst the guys in the locker room and has been under contract to the SIW since 2004. This dangerous challenger has a court date for stabbing his wife and is the controversial “returning superstar” who has been lurking on the SIW website for several weeks….NuTz!! The SIW veteran, who appears to be bigger than ever comes to the ring and gets into a stare down with Darren Knight. Security and several officials are called out to keep things in order as the show ends
